特纳综合征患者血清转化生长因子β的变化

目的:观察转化生长因子β(transforming growth factor-beta,TGFβ)在特纳综合征(Turner syndrome,TS)患者血清中的变化及其与内分泌和心血管参数的关系。方法:选择TS患者和健康志愿者妇女(对照组)各40例,采用酶联免疫方法测定血清中的TGFβ1、TGFβ2及转化生长因子受体(endoglin)。所有TS患者均行心血管系统磁共振和超声检查。结果:TS患者血清中TGFβ1和endoglin水平均高于对照组(P<0.000 1),而TGFβ2的水平则低于对照组(P<0.000 1)。TGFβ的改变与年龄、血压、血小板、甲状腺功能、体重指数或心血管疾病的分型无关。结论:TS患者血清中TGFβ显著性改变对疾病的研究具有重要意义。

Cancer cells provide a therapeutic challenge as they impede the immune system and its response to *** inhibitors and targeted therapy provide novel methods for the treatment of these *** use of immunotherapy and targeted therapy is widespread,with indications including metastatic melanoma,squamous cell carcinoma,non-small cell lung cancer,colon cancer,gastric cancer,renal cell carcinoma,Merkel cell carcinoma and urothelial *** inhibitors act upon three main receptors or ligands to achieve this goal:cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen-4(CTLA-4),programmed death protein(PD-1)and programmed death ligand-1(PD-L1).Additionally,targeted therapies counter the mutations leading to cancer cell proliferation,which include the mitogen-activated protein kinase(MEK)pathway and BRAF ***,they are known to cause ocular side effects in up to 1%of patients,with uveitis comprising a fraction of these *** secondary uveitis manifestations can present with severity ranging from solitary anterior uveitis to panuveitis,sometimes in concert with systemic manifestations such as Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada(VKH)-like *** uveitis caused by these medications can present both diagnostic and treatment challenges that can complicate patient *** steroids have demonstrated mixed data regarding the reduction of cancer therapeutic efficacy,and as a result,immunotherapy and targeted therapy are often held when systemic steroids are used for immune-related adverse event(irAE)*** steroids,although prone to their own set of adverse effects,may therefore be preferable to systemic steroids in the treatment of uveitis secondary to cancer *** this review,we provide an overview of uveitis secondary to targeted therapy and immunotherapy,as well as treatment considerations.

Many potential applications of carbon nanotubes are expected to benet from the availability of single-walled carbon nanotube materials enriched in metallic species,and specifically armchair *** present work focuses on the modification of the pulsed laser vaporization(PLV)technique to selectively produce certain carbon nanotube *** nuclei were“warmed-up”with an additional laser pulse,timed to coincide approximately with the nucleation *** effect of the second laser on the carbon vapor temperature was studied by emission *** type populations with and without warm-up were compared by means of absorption,photoluminescence,and Raman *** was found that the warm-up of nanotube nuclei with a laser pulse has a noticeable,albeit small,effect on the nanotube *** intensity of spectral features associated with(9,7)nanotube and its large chiral angle neighbors increased,while small chiral angle nanotubes decreased,with exception of the(15,0)*** experiment demonstrates that nanotube population during PLV synthesis can be manipulated in a controlled fashion.

This review is focused on carbon nanotube(CNT)-elastomeric polymer nanocom-posites,which have attracted industrial and academic interest over the years due to their enhanced *** factors notably CNT type,surface modifica-tion,dispersion of CNT,and processing techniques that affect the physical properties of CNT-elastomeric polymer nanocomposites are reviewed,and several key physical properties,including tensile,electrical,and thermal properties,were also included in this *** of the key challenges that undermine the effectiveness of CNTs and their composites with elastomeric polymers,and the potential applications of CNT-elastomeric composites are also captured.
