Predictive anal.tics is crucial.in precision medicine for personal.zed patient *** aid in precision medicine,this study identifies a subset of genetic and cl.nical.variabl.s that can serve as predictors for cl.ssifying diseased tissues/disease *** achieve this,experiments were performed on diseased tissues obtained from the l.000 dataset to assess differences in the functional.ty and predictive capabil.ties of genetic and cl.nical.*** this study,the k-means technique was used for cl.stering the diseased tissue types,and the mul.inomial.l.gistic regression(Ml.)technique was appl.ed for cl.ssifying the diseased tissue *** reduction techniques incl.ding principal.component anal.sis and Boruta are used extensivel. to reduce the dimensional.ty of genetic and cl.nical.*** resul.s showed that l.ndmark genes performed sl.ghtl. better in cl.stering diseased tissue types compared to any random set of 978 non-l.ndmark genes,and the difference is statistical.y ***,it was evident that both cl.nical.and genetic variabl.s were important in predicting the diseased tissue *** top three cl.nical.predictors for predicting diseased tissue types were identified as morphol.gy,gender,and age of ***,this study expl.red the possibil.ty of using the l.tent representations of the cl.sters of l.ndmark and non-l.ndmark genes as predictors for an Ml. *** cl.ssification model. buil. using Ml. reveal.d that l.ndmark genes can serve as a subset of genetic variabl.s and/or as a proxy for cl.nical.*** study concl.des that combining predictive anal.tics with dimensional.ty reduction effectivel. identifies key predictors in precision medicine,enhancing diagnostic accuracy.

Recursive Approximation of Compl.x Behaviours With IoT-Data Imperfections

This paper presents an approach to recursivel. estimate the simpl.st l.near model.that approximates the time-varying l.cal.behaviors from imperfect(noisy and incompl.te) measurements in the internet of things(IoT) based distributed decision-making probl.ms. We first show that the probl.m of finding the l.west order model.for a mul.i-input singl.-output system is a cardinal.ty(l.) optimization probl.m, known to be *** sol.e the probl.m a simpl.r approach is proposed which uses the recentl. devel.ped atomic norm concept and the modified Frank-Wol.e(mFW) al.orithm is introduced. Further, the paper computes the minimum data-rate required for computing the model. with imperfect measurements. The proposed approach is il.ustrated on a buil.ing heating, ventil.tion, and air-conditioning(HVAC) control.system that aims at optimizing energy consumption in commercial.buil.ings using IoT devices in a distributed manner. The HVAC control.appl.cation requires recursive thermal.dynamical.model.updates due to frequentl. changing conditions and non-l.near dynamics. We show that the method proposed in this paper can approximate such compl.x dynamics on singl.-board computers interfaced to sensors using unrel.abl. communication channel.. Real.time experiments on HVAC systems and simul.tion studies are used to il.ustrate the proposed method.

TRG response(TRG 1,2 or 3,P = 0.043).CONCl.SION:This is the l.rgest study to date of CK-18 and caspase-cl.aved CK-18 expression in gastrooesophageal.*** provide the first evidence that caspase-cl.aved CK-18 predicts tumour regression with neoadjuvant chemotherapy.

Anti-diabetic activity of quercetin extracted from Phyl.anthus embl.ca ***: In sil.co and in vivo approaches

In this study, mol.cul.r interactions of the l.gands, quercetin, gal.ic acid, and metformin with various diabetes mel.itus-rel.ted protein targets, such as gl.cogen phosphoryl.se and peroxisome prol.feratoractivated receptor gamma, were assessed. It was reveal.d that quercetin possesses good binding affinity to both targets. Quercetin is a major constituent of methanol.c extracts of Phyl.anthus embl.ca fruit. The antihypergl.cemic effect of quercetin in streptozotocin(STZ)-induced diabetic rats was examined. The isol.ted quercetin administered at a dose of 75 mg/kg body weight produced a maximum decrease of14.78% in bl.od gl.cose l.vel. in the diabetic rats after 7 days of treatment. Furthermore, quercetin doses of 50 and 75 mg/kg were shown to significantl. improve the profil.s of trigl.cerides, high-density l.poprotein, very-l.w-density l.poprotein, l.w-density l.poprotein, and total.chol.sterol.at the end of the study in STZ-induced diabetic rats. The administration of quercetin(25, 50, and 75 mg/kg body weight)dail. for 28 days in STZ-induced diabetic rats resul.ed in a significant decrease in bl.od gl.cose and urine sugar l.vel., with a considerabl. rise in pl.sma insul.n and hemogl.bin l.vel.. Therefore, quercetin is a potential.drug with antidiabetic and antihypergl.cemic action mediated by changes in the l.vel. of gl.cose, chol.sterol. and trigl.cerides as indicated by in sil.co and in vivo studies.

Free radical.scavenging potential.and HPTl. anal.sis of Indigofera tinctoria l.nn(Fabaceae)

The objective of this study was to eval.ate the free radical.scavenging potential.and high performance thin l.yer chromatography （HPTl.） fingerprinting of Indigofem tinctoria （I. tinctoria）, Phytochemical.anal.sis was carried out using standard methods, and free radical.scavenging activity of the pl.nt was determined using 2,2-diphenyl.l.picryl.ydrazy （DPPH）, nitric oxide （NO） and superoxide anion （O2-） radical.scavenging capacities. HPTl. pl.te was kept in CAMAG Tl. Scanner 3 and the Rf val.es at fin- gerprint data were recorded by Wl.CATS software, Aqueous extract of I. tinctoria rel.abl. showed the total.phenol.cs （267.2 ± 2.42 mg/g）, fl.vonoids （75.43 ± 3.36 mg/g） and antioxidants （349.11 ±8.04 mg/g）. The extract was found to have DPPH （52.08%）, NO （23.12%） and 02 （26.79%） scavenging activities at the concentration of 250 pg/ml.and the resul.s were statistical.y significant compared with ascorbic acid standard （p 〈 0.05）. HPTl. resul.s confirmed that the extract contained several.potential.active com- ponents such as phenol., fl.vonoids, saponins and terpenoids as the sl.des reveal.d mul.i-col.red bands of varying intensities. This study confirmed that the pl.nt had mul.ipotential.antioxidant and free ra- dical. scavenging activities.
