Objective:To assess the virus infection in mosquitoes during different seasons and correlated with various climatic ***:The field collected vectors were screened for Japanese encephalitis(JE) virus after dessication using ELISA *** of the positive pools were recorded from Culex tritaeniorhynchus(***) and ***(***) during JE transmission season(winter) and some positive pools were also reported during non JE transmission periods(*** and rainy seasons).Results:The minimum infection rates(MIR) of 1.75 from *** and 0.17 from *** has been reported in the year 2002 at the beginning of the study and the values were found nil at the end of the study(2006) from the study areas of Kurnool ***:From this study it is noted that MTR of *** and *** were modulated by various meteorological *** mosquito vector abundance increases after the monsoon period(winter) and lowest in dry season(summer). Similarly,MIR fluctuated between seasons with higher MIR recorded after monsoon period and lower in the rest of *** of these metrological parameters in JE virus infected mosquitoes is discussed in this paper.

Friction stir welding(FSW) of high strength aluminum alloys has been emerged as an alternative joining technique to avoid the problems during fusion *** recent times FSW is being used for armor grade AA7075 aluminum alloy in defense,aerospace and marine applications where it has to serve in non uniform loading and corrosive *** though friction stir welds of AA7075 alloy possess better mechanical properties but suffer from poor corrosion *** present work involves use of retrogression and reaging(RRA) post weld heat treatment to improve the corrosion resistance of welded joints of aluminum *** attempt also has been made to change the chemical composition of the weld nugget by adding B4C nano particles with the aid of the FSW on a specially prepared base metal plate in butt *** effects of peak aged condition(T6),RRA and addition of B4C nano particles on microstructure,hardness and pitting corrosion of nugget zone of the friction stir welds of AA7075 alloy have been *** though RRA improved the pitting corrosion resistance,its hardness was slightly *** improvement in pitting corrosion resistance was achieved with addition of boron carbide powder and post weld heat treatment of RRA.

In this paper, we have applied the Lie algebraic model to nano-bio molecules to determine the vibrational spectra of different stretching and bending vibrational modes. The determined vibrational energy levels by the Lie algebraic model are compared with the experimental data. The results from the theoretical mode[ are consistent with the experimental data. The vibrational energy levels are clustering in the excited states.

随着医学模式转变及新技术手段的应用,医患共同决策逐渐成为“以患者为中心”医疗模式的重要组成部分。护士自身专业素质及职业属性使其在共同决策中具备天然优势,更易克服实践中的障碍,促进决策顺利开展。然而,当前我国医患共同决策尚处于探索阶段,护理从业者存在专业知识缺乏、相关培训不足、角色定位模糊等问题,无法充分发挥角色作用[1-2]。因此,本文从医患共同决策的内涵与发展、护士角色作用、实践场景及面临的挑战等方面展开综述,以期为我国医患共同决策护士的岗位建设和教育培训提供参考。

Teacher evaluations intend to cultivate quality among teachers. However, since they are traditionally dependent on observers and their reports that are likely biased, the procedures probably effectuate discords among the calling-teaching professionals. An evaluation procedure that can ascertain fairness in the decisions about teacher retentions, terminations, promotions, and sanctions can capture the accordance of all teachers and teacher facilitators. This paper identifies the possibility of such an evaluation system that is built upon the existing value-added methods. Drawing upon the observations and recommendations by Chetty, Friedman, and Rockoff （2012） on value-added methods of evaluation, and considering the uniqueness of ELTs （English Language Teachers） as it was observed by Borg （2006） and Lee （2010）, this paper describes the application of the value-added evaluation method, in gauging the quality of ELTs. The paper further explicates the vantages and conformities embodied in the procedure that could boost up the morale of ELTs as independent professionals of a creative art, and help them perform to their fullest potential

Industrial applications of aluminium and its alloys are restricted because of their poor tribological properties. Thermal spraying, laser surfacing, electron beam welding are the most widely used techniques to alter the surface morphology of base metal. Preliminary studies reveal that the coating and layering of aluminium alloys with ceramic particles enhance the ballistic resistance. Furthermore, among aluminium alloys,7075 aluminium alloy exhibits high strength which can be compared to that of steels and has profound applications in the designing of lightweight fortification structures and integrated protection systems. Having limitations such as poor bond integrity, formation of detrimental phases and interfacial reaction between reinforcement and substrate using fusion route to deposit hard particles paves the way to adopt friction stir processing for fabricating surface composites using different sizes of boron carbide particles as reinforcement on armour grade 7075 aluminium alloy as matrix in the present investigation. Wear and ballistic tests were carried out to assess the performance of friction stir processed AA7075 alloy. Significant improvement in wear resistance of friction stir processed surface composites is attributed to the change in wear mechanism from abrasion to adhesion. It has also been observed that the surface metal matrix composites have shown better ballistic resistance compared to the substrate AA7075 alloy. Addition of solid lubricant Mo S2 has reduced the depth of penetration of the projectile to half that of base metal AA7075 alloy. For the first time, the friction stir processing technique was successfully used to improve the wear and ballistic resistances of armour grade high strength AA7075 alloy.

Adipogenesis is the healthy expansion of white adipose tissue (WAT),serving as a compensatory response to maintain metabolic homeostasis in the presence of excess energy in the ***,the identification of novel regulatory molecules in adipogenesis,specifically membrane receptors such as G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs),holds significant clinical *** receptors can serve as viable targets for pharmaceuticals,offering potential for restoring metabolic homeostasis in individuals with *** utilized trajectory inference methods to analyze three distinct single-nucleus sequencing (sNuc-seq) datasets of adipose tissue and systematically identified GPCRs with the potential to regulate *** verification in primary adipose progenitor cells (APCs) of mice,we discovered that ADGRD1 promoted the differentiation of APCs,while GPR39 inhibits this *** the obese mouse model induced by a high-fat diet(HFD),both gain-of-function and loss-of-function studies validated that ADGRD1 promoted adipogenesis,thereby improving metabolic homeostasis,while GPR39 inhibited adipogenesis,leading to metabolic ***,through the analysis of 2,400 ChIP-seq data and 1,204 bulk RNA-seq data,we found that the transcription factors (TFs) MEF2D and TCF12 regulated the expression of ADGRD1and GPR39,*** study revealed the regulatory role of GPCRs in adipogenesis,providing novel targets for clinical intervention of metabolic dysfunction in obese patients.

The aluminium alloy AA2219(Al—Cu—Mg alloy) is widely used in the fabrication of lightweight structures with high strength-to-weight ratio and good corrosion *** is main fabrication method of AA2219 alloy for manufacturing various engineering *** stir welding(FSW) is a recently developed solid state welding process to overcome the problems encountered in fusion *** process uses a non-consumable tool to generate frictional heat on the abutting *** welding parameters,such as tool pin profile,rotational speed,welding speed and axial force,play major role in determining the microstructure and corrosion resistance of welded *** main objective of this work is to develop a mathematical model to predict the corrosion resistance of friction stir welded AA2219 aluminium alloy by incorporating FSW process *** this work a central composite design with four factors and five levels has been used to minimize the experimental *** polarization testing was carried out to determine critical pitting potential in millivolt,which is a criteria for measuring corrosion resistance and the data was used in *** the response surface method(RSM) was used to develop the *** developed mathematical model was optimized using the simulated annealing algorithm optimizing technique to maximize the corrosion resistance of the friction stir welded AA2219 aluminium alloy joints.
