PPARγ expression by rambutan peel extract in obesity rat model-induced high-calorie diet

Objective: To monitor the physiological characteristics and genes expression of obesity rat model after rambutan peel extract(RPE) ***: Twenty-four 12-week-old male rats were divided into 4 groups: normal,obesity, obesity treated with ellagic acid(O-EA) and obesity treated with RPE30(ORPE30). Physiological characteristics were monitored by measuring body weight, calorie intake, size of adipocyte and level of triglyceride. Peroxisome proliferator activated receptor gamma(PPARg), CCAAT/enhancer-binding proteins a and fatty acid binding protein 4(FABP4) expression were observed using immunohistochemistry, Western blotting and quantitative RT-PCR ***: Body weight gain of O-EA and O-RPE30 rats were lower than obesity group and size of adipocyte cells were smaller than obesity group(P < 0.05), but when we compared to normal group, those groups had higher body weight gain and larger adipocyte cells. The level of triglycerides, protein expression of PPARg and m RNA level of FABP4 genes were significantly downregulated on O-EA and O-RPE30 compared to obesity group(P < 0.05). Our results indicated that RPE had potential substance as inhibitor of body weight gain, declining of size of adipocyte, level of triglycerides, PPARg expression and m RNA level of FABP4 gene on obesity rat ***: RPE have anti-obesity activity by inhibiting body weight gain, declining size of adipocyte, decreasing triglyceride, PPARg expression and m RNA level of FABP4 gene on obesity rat model.

旅游业是一个国家经济的主要组成部分,世界上有的国家经济的发展主要依赖旅游业的发展。旅游业的发展不仅可以促进国家与国家之间的国际关系,还能促进全球相关国家之间的贸易和商业活动。近年来,越来越多的印度尼西亚人到中国旅游,不仅因为旅游成本相对欧美国家便宜,而且因为中国旅游在自然、文化和历史价值方面为印度尼西亚旅游者提供了新鲜、独特和有趣的体验。目前,只有少数学术研究直接关注印尼游客的满意度,而对印尼游客对中国旅游的满意度方面的研究基本没有。本文对相关概念进行了界定,阐述了相关理论基础,陈述了中国对印度尼西亚旅游者的吸引力。本文着重研究了旅游满意度的六个要素,即住宿、餐饮、旅游景点、娱乐、购物和交通。本文以问卷调查为主要数据采集工具,同时增加了访谈调查,通过一系列统计程序对数据进行分析。调查问卷被分发给到过中国旅游的印度尼西亚游客,包括休闲、健康、商务及学习人士进行填写。本问卷旨在分析印度尼西亚游客对到中国旅行或旅游的满意度水平,并从印度尼西亚游客的角度探讨如何提高到中国的旅游体验。被调查人员认为中国可以从提升公共厕所卫生、工作人员的态度、缺乏讲英语的工作人员和以英语提供的旅游信息,以及在印度尼西亚缺乏中国旅游推广等等方面进行改进。针对存在的问题,本文提出了丰富旅游产品内容、改善旅游服务质量、改进交通服务、加强国际化营销及服务能力的措施。本文研究成果能够为中国一带一路建设及提升中国旅游质量提供参考价值。

Improving Fuel Diesel Efficiency Using Fuel Filter

The price of fuel oil continues to rise, decreased supplies oil at the other side, both factors increase the interest of researchers to conduct research related to fuel efficiency. Therefore the aim of this study is to improve the efficiency fuel of diesel engine using fuel filter. The method used for the research is testing the most efficient fuel filters made of coil wire coil winding 5,000, the three distinguished from the coil core diameter of 44.5, 28.5 and 17.5 mm in diesel engine. The performance test was conducted from 1,100 rpm to 1,700 rpm, the throttle opening of 30%-60%. The first testing was done by creating a constant speed 1,500 rpm and throttle opening varies from 30% to 60%, further testing is done by varying the rpm start from 1,100 rpm to 1,700 rpm to make constant valve 40% and 60%.

Study on Image Quality of Computed Radiography

This study examined the image quality on Computed Radiography (CR) in conjunction with the proper radiation dose as indicated based on the set-up on the anode-cathode voltage (V) and filament current (i). During this study, a set of radiographic images of step wedge for various combinations of V and i was developed. The results showed that good image quality may be achieved by considering the effective V and i set up. Increasing V had a better effect to the image quality rather than increasing i. The X-ray power set-up of 2.5-4.0 kW with voltage 50 kV-80 kV and current of 50 mA may be chosen depends on the targeted aluminum thickness equivalent to obtain good image quality at the acceptable low radiation dose. Optimization set-up based on aluminum (Al) thickness equivalent may lead to significant reduction on the radiation dose and power consumption.
