Development of cost-effective and environmental friendly energy storage devices(ESDs) has attracted widespread attention in recent scenario of energy ***,the environmentally viable "water-in-salt"(WiS) electrolytes has received significant interest for the development of advanced high performance *** WiS electrolyte exhibits wide electrochemical stability window(ESW),highsafety,non-flammability and superior electrochemical performance compared to the conventional "salt-in-water" *** review aims to provide a comprehensive discussion on WiS electrolyte based on theoretical,electrochemical and physicochemical characteristics.A strategic way for the usage of WiS electrolyte in rechargeable metal-ion batteries and supercapacitors with potentially improved electrochemical performance has been reviewed *** review also discussed the unique advantages of WiS electrolytes as well as the future scope and challenges.

2008年3月-2011年5月在武汉市的4家哨点医院门诊部收集儿童和成人腹泻大便样本,用以监测轮状病毒基因型的波动。儿童和成人A组轮状病毒检出率分别为24.6%（458/1859）和12.1%（96/795）。在554人份阳性样本中,优势基因型为G3P[8]（57.9%）,其次为G1P[8]（29.4%）。与武汉市2000年12月-2008年2月的监测相比,G3P[8]在本研究期间内逐年减少,2011年1-5月的优势株转换为G1P[8]（50%）。研究期间,检出了9株P[8]b亚型（OP354样P[8]）。确定和分析了其中2株G9P[8]b型轮状病毒（E1545和Z1 108）的VP7,VP4,VP6和NSP4基因的全长核酸序列。E1545的VP7,VP4,VP6和NSP4基因与Z1108的4个基因相比较显示了高度的核酸序列同源性（＞98%）。2株的VP6和NSP4基因的基因型分别为I1 and E1,VP4基因与其他P[8]b亚型的同源性是97.4-99.6%,而与所有P[8]a亚型的同源性小于89.9%。VP4和VP8基因的系统进化分析表明E1545和Z1108与2003年以后在东南亚检出的P[8]b亚型株紧密关联,而与2003年以前检出的P[8]b亚型株相距较远。G9型VP7基因的系统进化分析表明E1545和Z1108属于谱系3,该谱系包含在全球流行的主要G9P[8]a和G9P[8]b亚型轮状病毒。VP6和NSP4基因与哪些来源与不同国家的（主要是亚洲国家）P[8]a或P[8]b亚型的G1、G3、G9和G12处于同一谱系。以上结果表明2011年武汉市A组轮状病毒的优势基因型已发生转换且检出与分布于其它亚洲国家的P[8]b毒株遗传相关的P[8]b亚型毒株。

Numerous Internet of Things(IoT)systems produce massive volumes of information that must be handled and answered in a quite short *** growing energy usage related to the migration of data into the cloud is one of the biggest *** computation helps users unload the workload again from cloud near the source of the information that must be handled to save time,increase security,and reduce the congestion of ***,in this paper,Optimized Energy Efficient Strategy(OEES)has been proposed for extracting,distributing,evaluating the data on the edge *** the initial stage of OEES,before the transmission state,the data gathered from edge devices are supported by a fast error like reduction that is regarded as the largest energy user of an IoT *** initial stage is followed by the reconstructing and the processing *** processed data is transmitted to the nodes through controlled deep learning *** entire stage of data collection,transmission and data reduction between edge devices uses less *** experimental results indicate that the volume of data transferred decreases and does not impact the professional data performance and predictive *** consumption of 7.38 KJ and energy conservation of 55.57 kJ was found in the proposed OEES *** accuracy is 97.5 percent,data performance rate was 97.65 percent,and execution time is 14.49 ms.

Clinical outcome of orbital apex syndrome in COVID associated mucormycosis patients in a tertiary care hospital

AIM: To share clinical pattern of presentation, the modalities of surgical intervention and the one month postsurgical outcome of rhino-orbito-mucormycosis(ROCM) ***: All COVID associated mucormycosis(CAM) patients underwent comprehensive multidisciplinar y examination by ophthalmologist, otorhinolaryngologist and physician. Patients with clinical and radiological evidence of orbital apex involvement were included in the study. Appropriate medical and surgical intervention were done to each patient. Patients were followed up one-month post intervention. RESULTS: Out of 89 CAM patients, 31(34.8%) had orbital apex syndrome. Sixty-six(74.2%) of such patients had pre-existing diabetes mellitus, 18(58%) patients had prior documented use of steroid use, and 55(61.8%) had no light perception(LP) presenting vision. Blepharoptosis, proptosis, complete ophthalmoplegia were common clinical findings. Seventeen(19.1%) of such patients had variable amount of cavernous sinus involvement. Endoscopic debridement of paranasal sinuses and orbit with or without eyelid sparing limited orbital exenteration was done in most cases, 34(38.2%) patients could retain vision in the affected eye. CONCLUSION: Orbital apex involvement in CAM patients occur very fast. It not only leads to loss of vision but also sacrifice of the eyeball, orbital contents and eyelids. Early diagnosis and prompt intervention can preserve life, vision and spare mutilating surgeries.

Objectives:Pesticide toxicity has become one of the major environmental menaces affecting all types of life forms of the *** get washed off from agricultural fields into nearby water bodies and enter the aquatic *** bio-accumulated form finally reaches the human race,through consumption of pesticide infested aquatic animals,causing several physiological *** it becomes necessary to find a therapeutic cure/a preventive measure to stop the health hazard issues of *** this projection a search for a phyto-based-product was made whose primary objective would be to lower the pesticidal toxicity in fish and simultaneously in the human ***:In this study we tried to check whether the phyto-chemical,Chlorophyllin(CHL),known for its anti-genotoxic,anti-oxidant activities,could render any kind of protection against Cypermethrin(CM)induced-toxicity in fish model and mammalian cell line *** the model L6 and fish were pre-treated with CHL prior to exposure of *** scientific parameters like%cellular cytotoxicity,reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation,nuclear condensation,etc were checked to validate the possibility of CHL in protecting CM-induced ***:The overall results revealed that pre-treatment with CHL could restrict the ROS generation leading to modulation in associated cytokine proteins expression NFkβand IFNγ.Further,CHL lowered nuclear condensation and elevated expression of DNA repair proteins p53 and PARP,showing a kind of pre-activation of signalling cascades for overall protection against the severity of pesticidal ***:Thus,this phyto-based preventive approach would possibly solve many areas of human health issues related to pesticide toxicity in future.
