Study of Complex Nitrogen and Oxygen-bearing Molecules toward the High-mass Protostar IRAS 18089–1732

The observation of oxygen(O)-and nitrogen(N)-bearing molecules gives an idea about the complex prebiotic chemistry in the interstellar *** millimeter and submillimeter wavelength observations have shown the presence of complex O-and N-bearing molecules in the star formation ***,the investigation of those molecules is crucial to understanding the chemical complexity in the star-forming *** this article,we present the identification of the rotational emission lines of N-bearing molecules ethyl cyanide(C_(2)H_(5)CN)and cyanoacetylene(HC_(3)N),and O-bearing molecule methyl formate(CH_(3)OCHO)toward high-mass protostar IRAS18089–1732 using the Atacama Compact *** also detected the emission lines of both the N-and O-bearing molecule formamide(NH_(2)CHO)in the envelope of IRAS 18089–*** have detected the v=0 and 1 state rotational emission lines of CH_(3)*** also detected the two vibrationally excited states of HC_(3)N(v7=1 and v7=2).The estimated fractional abundances of C_(2)H_(5)CN,HC_(3)N(v7=1),HC_(3)N(v7=2),and NH_(2)CHO toward IRAS 18089–1732 are(1.40±0.5)×10^(-10),(7.5±0.7)×10^(-11),(3.1±0.4)×10^(-11),and(6.25±0.82)×10^(-11)***,the estimated fractional abundances of CH_(3)OCHO(v=0)and CH_(3)OCHO(v=1)are(1.90±0.9)×10^(-9)and(8.90±0.8)×10^(-10),*** also created the integrated emission maps of the detected molecules,and the observed molecules may have originated from the extended envelope of the *** show that C_(2)H_(5)CNand HC_(3)N are most probably formed via the subsequential hydrogenation of the CH_(2)CHCNand the reaction between C_(2)H_(2)and CN on the grain surface of IRAS 18089–*** found that NH_(2)CHO is probably produced due to the reaction between NH_(2)and H_(2)CO in the gas ***,CH_(3)OCHO is possibly created via the reaction between radical CH_(3)O and radical HCO on the grain surface of IRAS 18089–1732.

CONSPECTUS:Recently,supramolecular polymers(SPs),which depend on the formation of reversible bonds between monomers,have attracted attention as a class of materials that can overcome the potential environmental problems of conventional polymeric *** development of various supramolecular polymers is important not only for their direct application as materials but also because their unique polymerization processes and dynamic properties have a profound influence on the development of polymeric and small-molecule-based functional *** other words,by limiting the dimensionality of molecular assemblies to one dimension,we can discover the essential aspects of selfassembly and *** particular,supramolecular polymerization,in whichπ-electron-rich planar molecules are stacked one-dimensionally via multiple interactions,is interesting because it gives“π-stacked SPs”with one-dimensional crystal-like *** excellent intrinsic(internal)structural order ofπ-stacked SPs is difficult to observe in higher-order structures that exhibit only a monotonous linear ***,our research has shown that when internal structural order intrinsically generates curvature,the curvature appears as a major feature of the entire polymer *** intrinsic curvature allows the formation of diverse topologies such as toroids,random coils,waves,spirals,and helicoids usingπ-stacked SPs and also allows structural changes at the single-polymer-chain level along a topology-dependent energy *** other words,π-stacked SP-based nanomaterials could enable free control of the structure at the single-polymer-chain *** Account will focus on our research into curved supramolecular polymers(CSPs)during the last five *** are formed by the hydrogen bonding between barbituratecontainingπ-conjugated molecules to produce giant supramolecular *** first give an overview of the molecular design of the monomers required for the formation of CSP

Fabrication and evaluation of carboxymethyl guar gum-chitosan interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) nanoparticles for controlled drug delivery

Guar gum(GG)has drawn more interest from researchers in the last several decades for the controlled delivery of *** aim of the research is to fabricate and evaluate an interpenetrating polymer network(IPN)based nanocarriers system employing chemically modified GG to achieve controlled release of *** present study,we have reported the synthesis of carboxymethyl GG-chitosan IPN nanoparticles for controlled release of metformin *** guar gum(CMGG)was synthesized and employed for developing IPN nanoparticles in combination with chitosan in varying polymeric ratios.A cross-linking agent,sodium tripolyphosphate(Na-TPP)was used for the synthesis of IPN colloidal suspension of nanoparticles which was lyophilized to obtain *** carboxymethylation of GG was confirmed through Fourier transform infra-red spec*** mean particle size was 440.6 nm indicating a polydispersity index of *** drug entrapment efficiency was found to vary between 67.461.64%to 88.232.02%.The differential scanning calorimetry study revealed the presence of amorphous metformin hydrochloride as a homogenous dispersion in nanoparticles(NPs)*** vitro drug release study indicated controlled release ability of developed IPN matrix.A2 formulation(chitosan:CMGG-1:1)exhibited 78.110.27%release after 8 *** evaluation performed in alloxan-treated diabetic rat model exhibited a prolonged hypoglycemic efficacy over 6 h,for A2 formulation treated group,compared to the group receiving only metformin HCl,which demonstrated a reduction in blood glucose levels for up to 4 *** study findings demonstrated the efficacy of the CMGG-chitosan based IPN nanoparticulate system for sustained delivery of therapeutic agents.

The Shola (Tropical Montane Forest)-Grassland Ecosystem Mosaic of Peninsular India: A Review

Tropical montane forests (alternatively called tropical montane cloud forests or simply cloud forests) represent some of the most threatened ecosystems globally. Tropical montane forests (TMF) are characterized and defined by the presence of persistent cloud cover. A significant amount of moisture may be captured through the condensation of cloud-borne moisture on vegetation distinguishing TMF from other forest types. This review examines the structural, functional and distributional aspects of the tropical montane forests of peninsular India, locally known as shola, and the associated grasslands. Our review reveals that small fragments may be dominated by edge effect and lack an “interior” or “core”, making them susceptible to complete collapse. In addition to their critical role in hydrology and biogeochemistry, the shola-grassland ecosystem harbor many faunal species of conservation concern. Along with intense anthropogenic pressure, climate change is also expected to alter the dynamic equilibrium between the forest and grassland, raising concerns about the long-term sustainability of these ecosystems.

Lipid Profile of Coronary Heart Disease Patients: A Prospective Observational Study

Background: Coronary heart disease (CHD) remains the major cause of mortality and morbidity in the entire world population despite therapeutic advances that control many risk factors. Lipid profile is regarded as an important factor in the development of coronary heart disease. There have been numerous studies confirming the association of hyperlipidemias with coronary heart disease in most of the Western as well as Asian countries of the world. But we have very little data on the relation between CHD and lipid profile. Aim of the Study: The aim of this study was to assess abnormal lipid levels and their association with coronary heart disease. Methods: This comparative observational study was conducted at the Department of Cardiology in M. Abdur Rahim Medical College, Dinajpur, Bangladesh from January 2019 to December 2019. Properly written consent was taken from all the participants before starting the main part of the investigation. Obeying inclusion and exclusion criteria of the study, a total of 131 participants were finalized as the study population. Among them, the Case Group was formed with 90 patients who had CHD, and with 41 healthy people, the Control Group was formed. All necessary data were collected, analyzed, and disseminated by several programs of MS-Office and SPSS version 23.
