Design, Synthesis and Characterization of Novel Sulfonamides Derivatives as Anticancer Agent Targeting EGFR TK, and Development of New Methods of Synthesis by Microwave irradiation

Some novel sulfonamide-derivatives were designed to develop novel kinase inhibitors. The molecular docking study was performed for the designed compounds against epidermal growth factor kinase receptor T790M/L858R (TMLR) (PDB iD: 5EDQ) to identify new drug candidates for treating cancer. Binding free energy was calculated by Molegro virtual docker (MVD) to select the most promising hits. The corresponding docking score values into EGFR (TMLR) of 4b gave the best energy docking -147.213 Kcal/mol. And some of the designed sulfonamide derivatives have been synthesized by conventional method in addition to a microwave-assisted method of synthesis. The reaction of an amino group-containing drug;sulfamethoxazole and sulfanilamide with carbonyl group in benzoyl chloride and phthalic acid in basic media, generated a series of sulfonamide derivatives. The structures of all the synthesized compounds were well characterized by Mass spectrometry (MS), infrared spectroscopy (iR), 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR), 13C nuclear magnetic resonance (13C NMR) and elemental analysis. After obtaining experimental data regarding the yield and the time taken for the synthesis by both the approaches, conventional and microwave-assisted method, it was shown that the microwave-assisted method gave higher yield with shorter time and higher temperature compared to conventional heating methods.

Several novel sulfonamide-derivatives were designed and studied their physicochemical properties to develop novel kinase inhibitors. Therefore, molecular docking was performed for the designed compounds against epidermal growth factor receptor (PDB iD: 2iTY) to identify new drug candidates for treating cancer. Binding free energy was calculated by Molegro virtual docker (MVD) to select the most promising hits. The corresponding docking score values into EGFR of 4b gave the best energy docking —128.819 Kcal/mol. The identified hits can serve as starting points for further chemical synthesis and optimization to develop new potent anticancer agents.

Modulation signal classification in communication systems can be considered a pattern recognition *** works have focused on several feature extraction approaches such as fractal feature,signal constellation reconstruction,*** recent advent of deep learning(DL)models makes it possible to proficiently classify the modulation *** this view,this study designs a chaotic oppositional satin bowerbird optimization(COSBO)with bidirectional long term memory(BiLSTM)model for modulation signal classification in communication *** proposed COSBO-BiLSTM technique aims to classify the different kinds of digitally modulated *** addition,the fractal feature extraction process takes place by the use of Sevcik Fractal Dimension(SFD)***,the modulation signal classification process takes place using BiLSTM with fully convolutional network(BiLSTM-FCN).Furthermore,the optimal hyperparameter adjustment of the BiLSTM-FCN technique takes place by the use of COSBO *** order to ensure the enhanced classification performance of the COSBO-BiLSTM model,a wide range of simulations were carried *** experimental results highlighted that the COSBO-BiLSTM technique has accomplished improved performance over the existing techniques.

A new colorimetric sensor based-azo dye for Cu^2+ detection was synthesized and characterized by FTiR and NMR spectroscopies. The results showed that the azo dye had a high selective and sensitive recognition toward Cu^2+. The solution containing the sensor changed color from pink to pale yellow with a hypsochromic shift in the presence of Cu^2+. The sensor selectivity and sensitivity toward Cu^2+ ions were investigated by colorimetry and UV-Vis spectroscopy. For practical applications, a cellulosic textile test strip for high-selectivity detection of Cu^2+ ions in aqueous solution was developed using the synthesized azo dye as chromogenic chemosensor molecule, while using a solid cellulose textile as a substrate. As a result, a spectacular color change of the test strip was observed do pending on the amount of copper ions in contact with the strip, which allows an estimation of Cu^2+ concentration by naked eye.

The coastal plain aquifer down gradient of Wad Essaquia Elhamra(WEE),is the main source of groundwater in the arid region of Laayoune Essaquia El Hamra located in south of *** over-exploitation of this aquifer over the last decade for water supply,agriculture and industry led to deterioration of groundwater quality,including seawater *** objective of this study is to investigate the spatial variation of groundwater quality,and to assess the influence of sea water intrusion on the groundwater quality using hydro-chemical *** measurement campaigns of physico-chemical parameters of the groundwater were performed,which shows a very high mineralization ratios versus chloride,confirming the double influence of mixing mechanisms of fresh and saline waters and the water-rock *** seawater fraction for sampled water shows that the average mixing rate of seawater intrusion reached 10.5%,confirming the marine intrusion in the *** highest values were registered in coastal *** the upstream around Laayoune and the spreading area,nitrate concentrations exceed 50 mg/L which is the threshold set by the World Health Organization,revealing a high level of contamination by domestic *** combination of ionic ratios and seawater fraction is a useful tool to assess marine *** study reveals that the phenomenon of marine intrusion is not the only process that dominates hydrochemistry of ground *** high groundwater mineralization is also due to rockwater interaction associated with reverse ion exchange with clay material and anthropogenic pollutants.

How Much Digital Activism Plays a Role in Political Activism： A Case Study of Morocco＇s February 20th Movement

The present paper seeks to investigate the extent to which digital activism plays a role in political activism in Morocco through the intersection between women and young activists movement and the social media. By doing so the author argues that while facebook and the Moroccan political arena are Male dominated public areas, young female activists have emerged as prominent leaders in both spaces. The author will more particularly explain why female and youth activists are important in the current state of Moroccan politics. Next, the author provides a discussion of the February 20th Movement, and the movement＇s utilization of Facebook. it will show that young female activists involved in the February 20th Movement have used Facebook in unique and creative ways to further the Movement.

Balancing Between the New Family Law and Religious Practices and its impact on Moroccan Women＇s Lives

The present paper seeks to shed light on the main factors lying behind the non-implementation of Article 20 of the New Moroccan Family Law reformed in 2004 which is concerned with legal minimum age of marriage for both sexes, 18 years old for both. This study aims at investigating why the number of marriages of young girls continue to increase despite the establishment of the Law. The author takes the region of Fez as a case in point to explore this social behavior in Moroccan society. A qualitative approach has been adopted by interviewing 10 persons including Family Affairs Judges, lawyers and University Professors of islamic studies at the University of Fez. Added to this, the technique of observation has equally been utilized to have everyday life concrete experiences of young girls ＂marriages＂. it has been argued that a unilateral approach to this social phenomenon cannot succeed to understand the complex nature of this bad social habit that is still predominant among rural areas and marginalized urban districts. A rather global approach taking into account the economic, socio-cultural, and legal dimension of the issue under investigation proves to be much more adequate to explore the intricate nature of this problems in which a number of diverse variables interact. The paper ends up with a conclusion and a number of recommendations on how to reduce this social act.

The bioactive triterpenoid 3-oxo-6-β-hydroxy-β-amyrin(1)has been isolated from multiple plant *** this study,chloroform fraction of Pistacia integerrima extract was processed for the isolation of the *** compound identity was confirmed by advanced spectroscopy technique.X-ray crystallography was applied for molecular structure *** addition,compound 1 was screen for its activity on reversal of MDR(multidrug resistance)mediated by P-gp(P-glycoprotein).This was accomplished by using rhodamine123 exclusion on multidrug-resistant human ABCB1 gene transfected mouse T-lymphoma cell *** revealed that MDR reversing effect was comparable to verapamil as positive control in *** of TPA-induced tumor promotion with 3-oxo-6β-hydroxy-β-amyrin led to reduction in the applied anti-tumor promotion *** chemo-preventive effect of 3-oxo-6β-hydroxy-β-amyrin was comparable to curcumin as positive control based on the reduction of immediate early tumor antigen *** docking by applying Autodock Vina 1 and i-GEMDOCK v 2.1 tools indicated that compound 1 gives good docking results,as determined by their fitness score and ***,results showed that compound 1 isolated from Pistacia integerrima precisely attached to a region where co-crystallized ligand for receptor previously *** findings may explain the use of Pistacia integerrima plant extracts as an anticancer agent in folk medicine.

本研究旨在评价枣椰堆肥能否通过增加土壤腐植酸复合物来确保土壤碳含量的持续增长。通过设置土壤添加枣椰堆肥与羊粪(粪肥)2个处理,以不添加2者的土壤为对照处理。试验土壤样品分别取自0~20 cm和20~40 cm的土层。利用物理化学分析和光谱分析对3个处理土壤中提取的腐植酸进行分析。结果表明:当堆肥的p H为中性和C/N比为11.9,表明枣椰/粪肥堆肥已腐熟。施用枣椰堆肥能有效提高士壤质量。
