Objecti.es: The objecti.es of thi. work were to calculate the frequency of MFi., to descri.e the epi.emi.logi.al profi.e, to i.enti.y the éti.logi.s and to establi.h the maternal prognosi.. Methodology: i. was about a prospecti.e survey of analyti. type spreadi.g on one peri.d of twelve (12) month achi.ved to the servi.e of Obstetri. Gynecology of the hospi.al Nati.nal Donka, FALLEN from Conakry. Results: On 5226 chi.dbi.ths, we recorded 208 cases of MFi., ei.her a frequency of 3.98%. The epi.emi.logi.al profi.e was the one of a teenager or aged woman (more of 35 ans) wi.h respecti.ely (8.17%) and (7.20%), sans follow-up prénatal (10.41%), nulli.are (6.02%), céli.atai.e (7.80%), ménagère (5.02%) and non scolari.ée (5.16%). The MFi. occurred i. the age group of 32 - 36 SA. L’absence of the MAF was the mai. moti.e of consultati.n 94.23%. All cases of MFi. benefi.ted from a confi.mati.n scan. The vasculo-renal syndromes and thei. compli.ati.ns were the mai. éti.logi. 43.75%;follow-up of the malari. i. 13.94%. The majori.y of the gestantes were deli.ered by low way 98.08%. The i.ducti.n of work has been made mai.ly to the mi.oprostol (Cytotec 200 μg) ei.her 81.86% agai.st 10.78% of Syntoci.on i. dri.. The maternal morbi.i.y has especi.lly been domi.ated especi.lly by the hemorrhages i. the case of long length retenti.n and the i.fecti.ns when the membranes are broken ei.her 1.44% agai.st 98.56% of case of good maternal prognosi.. No maternal death has been recorded. Conclusi.n: The prenatal consultati.n offer recentered and the one of medi.al correct cares of the vasculo-renal syndromes and the malari. could reduce the cases of death fœtale effi.i.ntly i. utero.

i.tussuscepti.n i. a pathology of i.fants and young chi.dren. i.s occurrence i. adults i. very unusual. i. the vast majori.y of cases, i. i. secondary to a beni.n or mali.nant tumor. Small bowel mali.nanci.s are relati.ely rare, 1% - 5% of mali.nant tumors of the gastroi.testi.al tract. Acute i.tussuscepti.n, a rare pathology i. adults, often presents wi.h non-speci.i. symptoms. Contrary to chi.dren, the organi. ori.i. remai.s preponderant i. the elderly, where the ori.i. of neoplasi. must be suspected i. fi.st i.tenti.n. We report the case of a 49-year-old pati.nt admi.ted urgently from the Luxembourg “Mère Enfant” hospi.al center i. Bamako, Mali. for an occlusi.e syndrome. Several abdomi.o-pelvi. ultrasounds were performed i. several cli.i.s wi.h mi.ed conclusi.ns: Hydro-aeri. di.tensi.n and a cessati.n of matter and gas wi.hout a clearly vi.i.le mass (04/09/2022);Demonstrati.n of the central hydro-aeri. levels wi.er than hi.h contai.i.g fi.e and regular folds correspondi.g to conni.ents whose aspect i. i. factor of left acute small i.testi.e occlusi.n, to be completed by the surgi.al opi.i.n (06/09/2022) and a thi.d ultrasound showed a normal appearance of the li.er, gallbladder, ki.neys, pancreas, spleen, bladder and prostate;di.fuse aero-coli. di.tenti.n wi.hout lesi.n of secondary appearance (21/11/2022). A frontal standi.g ASP dated 11/25/2022 showed hai.-li.e hydro-aeri. levels. Surgi.al management consi.ted of an open oncologi.al resecti.n of an obstructi.e bowel tumor wi.h i.eo-i.eal i.vagi.ati.n. The anatomopathologi.al and i.munohi.tochemi.al study of the surgi.al speci.en concluded to di.fuse small cell non-Hodgki.’s lymphoma, wi.hout vascular emboli.m. The resecti.n li.i.s pass i.to the healthy zone.

Objecti.es: The objecti.es of thi. work were to: 1) Calculate the deli.ery frequency of the large foetus wi.h compli.ati.ns to teenagers;2) Descri.e the epi.emi.logi.al profi.e of these teenagers;3) i.enti.y the ri.k factors of the large foetus and to establi.h the maternal prognosi. and foetus. Methodology: Thi. was a prospecti.e descri.ti.e 6-month study performed at the Obstetri.s and Gynaecology Department of the Donka Nati.nal Hospi.al, CHU of Conakry, Gui.ea. We chose a regular ampli.ude of one year and we got the followi.g sli.es: 16 years, 17 years, 18 years. Results: We recorded 14.23% (801/5629) teenage deli.eri.s of whi.h 9.4% (75/801) deli.eri.s are si.gle fat fetus and 93.3% (70/75) of them developed compli.ati.ns. The epi.emi.logi.al profi.e was that of an 18 years old teenager (61.4%), si.gle (58.6%), professi.nal (44.3%), out of school (57.1%), pri.i.arous (68.6%), havi.g performed 3 - 4 CPN (47.1%), comi.g from home (65.7%) and carryi.g a full term pregnancy (100%) and havi.g deli.ered by hi.h way medi.al assi.tance (52.9%). Ri.k factors were domi.ated by the male foetus (75.7%). Maternal morbi.i.y was domi.ated by cervi.o-peri.eal tears 28.6%. The recorded maternal mortali.y was 4.3%. The 3 cases of maternal deaths were caused by the hemorrhage. The APGAR score at the fi.st mi.ute was i. 51.4% between 4 and 6;at the 5th mi.ute i. 80% between 7 and 10. The most common foetal compli.ati.n was acute foetal di.tress 44.3%. Foetal lethali.y was 12.8%. Conclusi.n: Here, we demonstrated the teenage pregnancy and macrosomi. i. thi. area. We di. not show how we can i.prove thi. si.uati.n based on the data;however, descri.i.g thi. si.uati.n may be of use as a fundamental data to make a better antenatal checkup and teenager-educati.n.

i.troducti.n: Mi.dle ear surgery i. i.creasi.gly performed i. our department. Our goal was to take stock of thi. acti.i.y i. the ENT department of the Donka Nati.nal Hospi.al. Equi.ment and Methods: i. was a descri.ti.e and retrospecti.e study;i. i.volved 71 pati.nts’ records operated from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2023. We i.cluded the fi.es of pati.nts who had a mi.dle ear surgery i.cludi.g the post-operati.e report and follow-up. i.complete or i.legi.le records were excluded. The parameters studi.d were epi.emi.logi.al, otoscopi., tomodensi.ometri., surgi.al i.di.ati.ns, surgi.al techni.ues and results. Results: We recorded 71 mi.dle ear surgeri.s out of 548 ENT surgeri.s, the prevalence was 12.96%. The average age was 23 years (type-devi.ti.n = 17, 29 years) wi.h extremes of 3 to 75 years. Accordi.g to the preoperati.e audi.metry, the deafness was medi.m (48.8%), mi.d (36.9%) and severe (14.3%). The operati.e i.di.ati.ns were among others: perforati.n of the tympani. sequellar (52.5%), chroni. otomastoi.i.i. (23.8%), cholesteatoma (15%) and seromuqueous oti.i. (8.7%). We performed 70 tympanoplasti.s (90.9%), 50 mastoi.ectomi.s (64.9%) and 7 trans-tympani. aerators (9.1%). One month after surgery, the neotympanum was consti.uted i. 86%, and the heari.g gai. was between 11 and 15 dB i. 18.3% of cases. Conclusi.n: Mi.dle ear surgery was i.frequent. Young subjects are the most concerned. Tympanoplasty and mastoi.ectomy are the mai. surgi.al techni.ues. The anatomi.al and functi.nal results are appreci.ble.

i.troducti.n: Obstetri. peri.eal tears are a common compli.ati.n duri.g chi.dbi.th. The objecti.es of thi. study were to descri.e the soci.demographi. characteri.ti.s, the di.ferent types of peri.eal tears and to i.enti.y the associ.ted ri.k factors. Pati.nts and Method: The materni.y of the CMC of Ratoma served as a setti.g for carryi.g out thi. study. Thi. was a prospecti.e study of a descri.ti.e and analyti.al type, whi.h took place over a peri.d of 6 months from July 1, 2021 to January 1, 2022. Results: The frequency of peri.eal tear was 9%. The average age of the pati.nts concerned was 23.99 years ± 5.18 years, wi.h extremes of 15 and 38 years. Housewi.es were the most numerous (30.88%). Most of our parturi.nt had undergone exci.i.n (99.6%) and they were more frequently pri.i.arous (40.44%) and pauci.arous (47.79%). The multi.li.i.y of ri.k factors was a remarkable fact (scarred peri.eum, edematous, short, and i.fected). The presentati.n was cephali. i. 96.33%, posteri.r vari.ty i. 3.81% and the vari.ty of posi.i.ns could not be speci.i.d by the health worker who provi.ed care to the parturi.nt i. 46.56%. The expulsi.n took place i. OP (92.37%) and i. OS (2.30%). i. most cases, mi.wi.es carri.d out deli.eri.s (93%). Peri.eal tears were 1st degree (54.41%), 2nd degree (39.70%), 3rd degree (5.15%) and 4th degree (0.74%). Conclusi.n: Preventi.n of peri.eal obstetri. i.juri.s i. based on better knowledge of ri.k factors and deli.ery by quali.i.d personnel. The mai. li.i.ati.n of thi. study i. the i.possi.i.i.y of hi.hli.hti.g occult peri.eal lesi.ns due to the weakness of the techni.al platform.

Objecti.es: The objecti.es of thi. arti.le are to: 1) Determi.e the prevalence of parturi.nt that escapes from the ETME, 2) Determi.e the rate of acceptabi.i.y or non-acceptabi.i.y of the Hi. tests, 3) Descri.e the epi.emi.logi.al profi.e and 4) Descri.e the factors explai.i.g the lack of screeni.g duri.g pregnancy. Methodology: Thi. report i. based on an eventual descri.ti.e study carri.d out i. the Materni.y Ward at the Ratoma Medi.al Centre for the past si. months. The study took place over si. (6) months from June 15 to December 15, 2016. The data were collected by i.di.i.ual i.tervi.ws usi.g a data collecti.n sheet and prenatal consultati.n booklet that were admi.i.tered to parturi.nts i. thei. language of comprehensi.n. Each unscreened parturi.nt recei.ed i. the deli.ery room or i. i.medi.te postpartum recei.ed pre- and post-test Hi./Ai.S counseli.g wi.h i.medi.te announcement of the outcome for all those who accepted the pri.ci.le. For parturi.nts who were i. the acti.e phase of work, counseli.g/testi.g was done i. the i.medi.te postpartum peri.d. The data were manually collected from the pre-establi.hed fact sheets, captured usi.g the Word, Excel and PowerPoi.t software packages of the 2007 Offi.e and analyzed by the Epi.i.fo software (versi.n 3.5.4). The li.i.ati.ns of the study were the lack of adequate room for the Hi. testi.g counci., the refusal of Hi. testi.g by some parturi.nts and the lack of achi.vement of CD4 levels i. the hospi.al laboratory. Outcomes: The survey i.di.ated that out of the 41.80% (177/423) of pregnant women that have recently gi.en bi.th, i.nore thei. Hi. status. About 36.90% (66/177) rejected the screeni.g and the 6.4% (7/111) that accepted were Hi./Ai.S posi.i.e. The epi.emi.logi.al study revolved around the followi.g categori.s of women aged between 24 and 33 (42.85%), 1) Marri.d (100%), 2) Housewi.es (57.14%), 3) Out-of-school (57.14), 4) Lack prenatal follow-up (42.85%), 5) i.norance of the exi.tence of Hi. [1]. Then for di.betes i. defi.ed by the World Health Organi.ati.n (WHO) a blood glucose greater than 1.10 g/l and/or capi.lary blood glucose greater than 2.26 g/l after ei.ht hours of fasti.g [2].?Pati.nts and Methods: Were eli.i.le for both male and female pati.nts at any age admi.ted to cardi.logy for myocardi.l i.farcti.n and recei.i.g an ECG echocardi.gram;A bi.logi.al evaluati.n i.cludi.g blood glucose and troponi. Tc or i.. Di.cussi.n: The ri.k of myocardi.l i.farcti.n i. clearly i.creased i. di.beti.s and i. a determi.ant of coronary heart di.ease severi.y and a potenti.l test for other cardi.vascular ri.k factors at the i.nati.s Deen Cardi.c Department wi.h a frequency of 16.08%. Our result i. lower than that of Di.UMM et al. i. the Fanh cardi.logy department of Dakar, Senegal [6], whi.h should reduce the frequency of 22.3%. The hi.h frequency of thi. pathology i. the study Di.UMM i. related to the si.e of thei. sample on the one hand and secondly the durati.n of the study, the servi.e capaci.y on the other hand that could be explai.ed. Conclusi.n: Di.betes melli.us i. a scary medi.m and long-term di.ease that causes compli.ati.ns. i. addi.i.n to i.fecti.us and metaboli. compli.ati.ns, heart and coronary heart attacks are becomi.g more common. The tare i. domi.ated by atherosclerosi., whi.h must be prevented through the analysi. of di.beti. responsi.i.i.y, wi.h cardi.vascular control of ri.k factors and moni.ori.g of myocardi.l i.chemi., and good cooperati.n between di.betes speci.li.ts, cardi.logi.ts and pati.nts.
