An optimized formulation of a sustained release tablet of Gliclazide was developed. The use of Doptimal design with a polynomial statistical model to analyze dissolution data reduced the number of laboratory tests required to obtain an optimal dosage form. The final formulation contained 22 mg of Methocel®E15LV, 16.5 mg Methocel®E15 and 10.0 mg of Dibasic Calcium Phosphate per 30 mg Gliclazide sustained release tablet. Dissolution studies performed on tablets from 5000 tablet test batches released greater than 90 percent of loaded drug in eight hours. Drug release from the optimized tablets followed a pattern more closely similar to zero-order than other mechanisms of drug release tested. Storage of tablets in accelerated and ambient conditions for 6 and 12 months respectively did not alter any of the physico-chemical properties, drug release or the drug release rate compared to initial observations and dissolution data of the prepared tablets. The addition of potassium phosphate and monosodium phosphate to the tablet reduced the effect pH has on Gliclazide dissolution compared to the commercially available product.

In the present work we use the NASA-JPL global ionospheric maps of total electron content(TEC),firstly to construct TEC maps(TEC *** local time MLT,and magnetic latitude MLAT) in the interval from 1999 to 2005. These TEC maps were,in turn,used to estimate the annual-to -mean amplitude ratio,A,and the semiannual-to-mean amplitude ratio,A,as well as the latitudinal symmetrical and asymmetrical parts,A′and A″of ***,we investigated in detail the TEC climatology from maps of these indices, with an emphasis on the quantitative presentation for local time and latitudinal changes in the seasonal,annual and semiannual anomalies of the ionospheric *** we took the TEC value at 14:00 LT to examine various anomalies at a global scale following the same *** reveal similar features appearing in NmF2,such as that the seasonal anomaly is more significant in the near-pole regions than in the far-pole regions and the reverse is true for the semiannual anomaly;the winter anomaly has least a chance to be observed at the South America and South Pacific *** most impressive feature is that the equinoctial asymmetry is most prominent at the East Asian and South Australian areas. Through the analysis of the TIMED GUVI columnar[O/N2] data,we have investigated to what extent the seasonal,annual and semiannual variations can be explained by their counterparts in[O/N2].Results revealed that the[O/N2]variation is a major contributor to the daytime winter anomaly of TEC, and it also contributes to some of the semiannual and annual *** contribution to the anomalies unexplained by the[O/N2]data could possibly be due to the dynamics associated with thermospheric winds and electric fields.

以管状金属钛网为支撑体,采用浸涂工艺在其外表面依次制备了气体扩散层、Pt/C催化层和Nafion膜,制得管状阴极,并分析了影响电池性能的因素.研究结果表明,采用浆液浸涂工艺制备的阴极气体扩散层与催化层,均具有有利于气体传质和电化学反应的多孔结构.随着阴极催化剂载量的增加,单电池的性能也逐渐提高.当Pt载量为4.3 mg/cm2时,常温下以空气作为氧化剂,电池功率密度峰值约为12.3 mW/cm2,而同样的电池,在60℃下以氧气作为氧化剂,则可以达到40.0 mW/cm2,这表明温度和氧化剂种类与催化剂载量一样,是影响电池性能的重要因素.电池经约100 h工作时间后进行的等电压放电试验结果表明,该管状Ti基阴极的电化学稳定性优良.

以邻苯二甲酸二 [2 -乙基己 ]酯 ( DEHP)和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯 ( DBP)为研究对象 ,以废水污泥和填埋场沥出液为接种物 ,在严格厌氧环境下 ,进行了苯二甲酸酯生物降解的研究试验。结果表明 ,DBP有较好的可降解性 ,去除率大于 95 %;而 DEHP在填埋场沥出液培养样中去除率小于 3 0 %;但当接种物为消化污泥时 ,DEHP的去除率为 89.7%。
