The loading strategy of cocatalysts affects its activity exerting and atom utilization.Here,a novel strategy for loading precious metal(Pt)cocatalysts by means of ultrathin N-doped carbon layer is reported.The strategy is based on a pyrolysis process of predesigned N-containing polymers and Pt complexes on hard-template surface,during which Pt can be reduced by carbon from pyrolysis at high temperatures.Finally,the hollow TiO_(2)composite with stable and dispersed Pt on its inner surface was prepared.It shows an ultrahigh photocatalytic H_(2)production activity as high as 25.7 mmol h^(-1)g^(-1)with methanol as sacrificial regent,and displays an apparent quantum yield as 13.2%.The improved photocatalytic activity and stability can be attributed to the highly dispersed and ultrafine Pt nanoparticles,enhanced interaction between Pt-species and carbon support,fast photo-excited electron transport from the high graphitization degree of NC layers,ample oxygen vacancies/defects,as well as the manipulated local charge distribution of Pt/NC-layer configuration.Additionally,the universality of the proposed strategy was demonstrated by replacing metal sources(such as,Ru and Pd).This work presented a promising strategy for the design and development of novel photocatalysts,which shows a broad application prospect.

中国股票市场的波动性来源问题研究

本文运用结构向量自回归方法,将影响股票市场波动的因素分解为基本面的永久性波动、暂时性波动(可视作政策冲击)和非基本面波动(市场情绪冲击),以此来研究中国股票市场的波动性来源问题。研究结果表明,在短期内影响股票波动的最重要因素是非基本面因素;在半年的时间内,非基本面因素对股票波动的贡献下降到24%;基本面因素的永久性波动的贡献为40%,暂时性波动的贡献为30%;随着时间的拉长(1年内),基本面永久性波动和暂时性波动的贡献大致相同,即各占40%左右,非基本面因素的贡献约为20%。在此基础上,本文分析了各个冲击背后的真正原因,并提出了相应的政策建议。

复合微生物菌肥KMM减缓苹果再植病害机制

为揭示木美土里复合微生物菌肥(Kimidori microbial manure,KMM)促进再植苹果树的生长及减缓苹果再植病的作用机制,采用土壤常规农业化学分析法和Illumma MiSeq高通量测序技术比较分析KMM和常规有机肥(对照)处理后再植苹果树的生长指标、理化因子、根际土壤酶活性以及细菌群落结构和功能的变化。结果表明,施用KMM后,果树的株高增长率、干径增长率、叶绿素含量、分枝个数和分枝长度等生长指标均显著升高,有机质含量显著增加,中性磷酸酶、脲酶、蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶活性均显著提高,同时增加了再植土壤细菌群落的丰富度和多样性。从采集土壤中分离得到51株细菌并进行盆栽试验,其中经KMM-15、KMM-37和KMM-50菌株处理后海棠苗叶绿素含量、株高、茎粗均显著提高,经鉴定这3株菌株为贝莱斯芽胞杆菌Bacillus velezensis。表明春秋2次施用KMM提高了土壤有机质含量和酶活性,并重塑了根际土壤中细菌群落结构,进而缓解苹果再植病害发生程度,促进果树生长。

Droplets impacting solid superhydrophobic surfaces is appealing not only because of scientific interests but also for technological applications such as water-repelling.Recent studies have designed artificial surfaces in a rigid–flexible hybrid mode to combine asymmetric redistribution and structural oscillation water-repelling principles,resolving strict impacting positioning;however,this is limited by weak mechanical durability.Here we propose a rigid–flexible hybrid surface(RFS)design as a matrix of concave flexible trampolines barred by convex rigid stripes.Such a surface exhibits a 20.1%contact time reduction via the structural oscillation of flexible trampolines,and even to break through the theoretical inertial-capillary limit via the asymmetric redistribution induced by rigid stripes.Moreover,the surface is shown to retain the above water-repelling after 1,000 abrasion cycles against oilstones under a normal load as high as 0.2 N·mm−1.This is the first demonstration of RFSs for synchronous waterproof and wearproof,approaching real-world applications of liquid-repelling.

针对硫磺回收装置尾气SO_2达标排放问题,开发了SO_2超低排放核心技术。通过在克劳斯段采用有机硫水解性能优良的CT6-8钛基硫磺回收催化剂、在尾气加氢反应器中采用CT6-11新型尾气低温水解催化剂和在加氢尾气脱硫系统采用CT8-26加氢尾气H_2S深度脱除溶剂,达到了降低装置排放尾气中SO_2质量浓度的目的。该技术在塔河炼化公司和中金石化公司成功进行了工业应用,实现了排放烟气中SO_2质量浓度分别低至50 mg/m^3和31 mg/m^3以下的超低排放水平。

Circular RNA expression and the competitive endogenous RNA network in pathological,age-related macular degeneration events:A cross-platform normalization study

Age-related macular degeneration(AMD)causes irreversible blindness in people aged over 50 worldwide.The dysfunction of the retinal pigment epithelium is the primary cause of atrophic AMD.In the current study,we used the ComBat and Training Distribution Matching method to integrate data obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus database.We analyzed the integrated sequencing data by the Gene Set Enrichment Analysis.Peroxisome and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)signaling and nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB)were among the top 10 pathways,and thus we selected them to construct AMD cell models to identify differentially expressed circular RNAs(circRNAs).We then constructed a competing endogenous RNA network,which is related to differentially expressed circRNAs.This network included seven circRNAs,15 microRNAs,and 82 mRNAs.The Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analysis of mRNAs in this network showed that the hypoxia-inducible factor-1(HIF-1)signaling pathway was a common downstream event.The results of the current study may provide insights into the pathological processes of atrophic AMD.

Morphological transformation of surface structures is widely manifested in nature and highly preferred for many applications such as wetting interaction;however,in situ tuning of artificial morphologies independent of smart responsive materials remains elusive.Here,with the aid of microfluidics,we develop a pneumatic programmable superrepellent surface by tailoring conventional wetting materials(e.g.,polydimethylsiloxane)with embedded flexible chambers connecting a microfluidic system,thus realizing a morphological transformation for enhanced liquid repellency based on a nature‐inspired rigid‐flexible hybrid principle(i.e.,triggering symmetry breaking and oscillator coupling mechanisms).The enhancement degree can be in situ tuned within around 300 ms owing to pneumatically controllable chamber morphologies.We also demonstrate that the surface can be freely programmed to achieve elaborated morphological pathways and gradients for preferred droplet manipulation such as directional rolling and bouncing.Our study highlights the potential of an in situ morphological transformation to realize tunable wettability and provides a programmable level of droplet control by intellectualizing conventional wetting materials.

Sandy-conglomerate reservoir has gradually become a major target of oil and gas exploration.Complex diagenetic process and diagenetic fluid play a significant role in affecting reservoir heterogeneity.Carbonate cements form at various stages of the diagenesis process and record various geological fluid information.Recently,one-billion-ton sandy conglomerate oil field was exposed in Triassic Baikouquan Formation,Mahu sag,Junggar Basin.Therefore,an integrated study applying casting thin sections,cathodeluminescence,fluorescence,carbon and oxygen stable isotopes,electronic probe microanalysis and aqueous fluid inclusions measurements was performed in order to identify the types of carbonate mineral and its representative diagenetic environment and discuss the influences of different CO_(2) injections on reservoir quality.The main findings are as follows:The reservoir is mainly composed of 70.33%conglomerate and 16.06%coarse-grained sandstone.They are characterized by low compositional maturity and abundant lithic debris.Four types carbonate cements are identified according to the petrological and geochemical characteristics,including two types of Mn-rich calcite,ferroan calcite,siderite and dawsonite.They display an unusual broad spectrum ofδ^(13)C values(-54.99‰to+8.8‰),suggesting both organic and inorganic CO_(2) injections.The δ^(13)C values of siderite are close to 0,and its formation is related to meteoric water.Theδ^(13)C values of ferroan calcite and the occurrence of dawsonite indicate the trace of inorganic mantle-derived magmatic fluids.Theδ^(13)C values and trace elements of Mn-rich calcite record the information of hydrocarbon-bearing fluids.The fluid inclusions measurement data and reservoir properties and oil-test data show that the oil content of reservoir is not only affected by the formation time of different cements,but also by the relative content of dissolution and cementation.For these reservoirs altered by carbonate cements,it does not cause poor oil-bearing due to blockage of secondary mineral

Applications of Light Stable Isotopes(C, O, H) in the Study of Sandstone Diagenesis: A Review

This article reviews the applications of light stable isotope, including carbon, oxygen and hydrogen, in thestudies on origin and formation temperature of authigenic carbonate, quartz and clay minerals. Theoretical knowledge andanalytical methods for major light stable isotopes are introduced in detail. Negative and positive δ^(13)C values indicatesignificant differences on the origin of carbonate cements. The δ^(18)O value is an effective palaeotemperature scale forauthigenic minerals formation. Various fractionation equations between δ^(18)O and temperature are proposed for carbonatecements, quartz cements and clay minerals, whose merit and demerit, applicable conditions are clarified clearly. Clumpedisotope analysis can reconstruct the temperature of carbonate precipitation with no requirement on the δ^(18)O of initial waters,which makes temperature calculation of carbonate cements formation more convenient and accurate. Hydrogen and oxygenisotopes mainly reflect the origin of diagenetic fluid for clay mineral formation, providing reliable evidence for diageneticenvironment analysis. This work aims at helping researchers for better understanding the applications of light stable isotopein sandstone diagenesis.
