瑞雷面波频散特征与地下介质特性有着密切的联系。利用瑞雷面波频散特征可反演浅层的地质结构。本文使用了灵活的高阶有限差分算子、合理的自由地表边界条件和高效的SPML吸收边界条件,获得了高精度的瑞雷面波正演记录。在此基础上将数值模拟提取的频散特征与理论的频散特征进行对比,两者非常吻合,验证了瑞雷面波有限差分模拟的精度很高,可用来深入研究复杂情形下瑞雷面波的频散特征。

Background: The increasing prevalence of colorectal cancer(CRC) in China and the paucity of information about relevant expenditure highlight the necessity of better understanding the financial burden and effect of CRC diagnosis and treatment. We performed a survey to quantify the direct medical and non-medical expenditure as well as the resulting financial burden of CRC patients in ***: We conducted a multicenter, cross-sectional survey in 37 tertiary hospitals in 13 provinces across China between 2012 and 2014. Each enrolled patient was interviewed using a structured questionnaire. All expenditure data were inflated to the 2014 Chinese Yuan(CNY; 1 CNY = 0.163 USD). We quantified the overall expenditure and financial burden and by subgroup(hospital type, age at diagnosis, sex, education, occupation, insurance type, household income, clinical stage, pathologic type, and therapeutic regimen). We then performed generalized linear modeling to determine the factors associated with overall ***: A total of 2356 patients with a mean age of 57.4 years were included, 57.1 % of whom were men; 13.9% of patients had stage I cancer; and the average previous-year household income was 54,525 *** overall average direct expenditure per patient was estimated to be 67,408 CNY, and the expenditures for stage Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, and Ⅳ disease were 56,099 CNY, 59,952 CNY, 67,292 CNY, and 82,729 CNY, respectively. Non-medical expenditure accounted for 8.3%of the overall expenditure. The 1-year out-of-pocket expenditure of a newly diagnosed patient was 32,649 CNY, which accounted for 59.9% of their previous-year household income and caused 75.0% of families to suffer an unmanageable financial burden. Univariate analysis showed that financial burden and overall expenditure differed in almost all subgroups(P < 0.05), except for sex. The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in June 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in June 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

Background Data on the epidemiology of hypertension in Chinese non-dialysis chronic kidney disease （CKD） patients are *** aim of the present study was to investigate the prevalence,awareness,treatment,and control of hypertension in the non-dialysis CKD patients through a nationwide,multicenter study in *** The survey was performed in 61 tertiary hospitals in 31 provinces,municipalities,and autonomous regions in China （except Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan）.Trained physicians collected demographic and clinical data and measured blood pressure （BP） using a standardized *** was defned as systolic BP ≥140 mmHg and/or diastolic BP ≥90 mmHg,and/or use of antihypertensive *** 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg were used as the 2 thresholds of hypertension *** multivariate logistic regression with adjustment for sex and age,we analyzed the association between CKD stages and uncontrolled hypertension in non-dialysis CKD *** The analysis included 8927 non-dialysis CKD *** prevalence,awareness,and treatment of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients were 67.3%,85.8%,and 81.0%,*** hypertensive CKD patients,33.1% and 14.1% had controlled BP to 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg,*** successive CKD stages,the prevalence of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients increased,but the control of hypertension decreased （P〈0.001）.When the threshold of BP 〈130/80 mmHg was considered,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension in CKD 2,3a,3b,4,and 5 stages increased 1.3,1.4,1.4,2.5,and 4.0 times compared with CKD 1 stage,respectively （P〈0.05）.Using the threshold of 〈140/90 mmHg,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased in advanced stages （P〈0.05）.Conclusions The prevalence of hypertension Chinese non-dialysis CKD patients was high,and the hypertension control was *** successive CKD stages,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased.

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV Linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The Linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

在完成文献检索、文献评价及文献总结的基础上,通过组内征求专家意见、专家论证会、专家指导组审核、组外专家及网上征求意见,制定《儿童哮喘治未病干预方案》,提出了儿童哮喘治未病干预的术语和定义,明确了流行病学、病因病机、筛查、诊断、分期、辨体质、干预方案和随访监测。该方案的提出,旨在规范儿童哮喘治未病干预措施,为临床医师提供儿科常见治未病标准化处理的策略与方法,提高中医儿科治未病技术规范和科研水平,可作为治未病技术规范和质量评价的重要参考依据,供中医科、儿科、儿童保健科、呼吸科、治未病中心等相关科室临床医师使用。

目的监测我国主要城市三级甲等医院住院患者分离革兰氏阳性菌耐药状况,掌握耐药流行趋势,为抗生素合理使用提供科学数据。方法定点收集来自全国19家医院临床分离细菌,由中心实验室统一用平皿/肉汤二倍稀释法测定抗菌药物最低抑菌浓度(MIC)值。结果对2019年7月至2020年6月间来自全国19座城市19家医院的2 377株临床分离致病菌进行了MIC测定。结果显示,甲氧西林耐药金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)和甲氧西林耐药表皮葡萄球菌(MRSE)检出率分别为34.8%和82.1%。未发现万古霉素不敏感葡萄球菌,金黄色葡萄球菌对利奈唑胺、替考拉宁100%敏感。粪肠球菌、屎肠球菌对氨苄西林的耐药率分别为4.5%和91.4%。万古霉素耐药肠球菌(VRE)检出率1.76%,利奈唑胺不敏感率粪肠球菌比例为19.8%,较前次监测上升明显。青霉素不敏感肺炎链球菌(PNSSP)检出率按非脑膜炎、非肠道系统给药折点计算为28.5%,按口服青霉素V折点计算为78.7%,连续两届监测呈上升趋势。金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌、屎肠球菌不同病房、不同年龄以及不同标本来源菌株耐药率比较差异均无统计学意义,肺炎链球菌不同年龄组间耐药率差异均无统计学意义。结论 VRE检出率稳定在低水平;MRSA检出率有所下降;肺炎链球菌对青霉素耐药率有所升高,值得注意。
