The factors affecting the developmcnt of Sinopec lubricating oil were analyzed in this paper, and an analytic hierarchy process （AHP） model for selecting lubricating-oil producing bases was developed. By using this model, nine lubricating oil producing companies under Sinopec were comprehensively evaluated. The evaluation result showed that the Maoming Lubricating Oil Company （Guangdong province）, Jingmen Lubricating Oil Company （Hubei province） and Changcheng Lube Oil Company （Beijing） are top three choices, and should be developed preferentially for the development of Sinopec producing bases of lubricating oil in the future. The conclusions provide the theoretical basis for selecting lubricating oil producing bases for decision makers.

Delayed coking is an important process consumption and light oil yield are important factors used to convert heavy oils to light products. Energy for evaluating the delayed coking process. This paper analyzes the energy consumption and product yields of delayed coking units in China. The average energy consumption shows a decreasing trend in recent years. The energy consumption of different refineries varies greatly, with the average value of the highest energy consumption approximately twice that of the lowest energy consumption. The factors affecting both energy consumption and product yields were analyzed, and correlation models of energy consumption and product yields were established using a quadratic polynomial. The model coefficients were calculated through least square regression of collected industrial data of delayed coking units. Both models showed good calculation accuracy. The average absolute error of the energy consumption model was approximately 85 MJ/t, and that of the product yield model ranged from 1 wt% to 2.3 wt%. The model prediction showed that a large annual processing capacity and high load rate will result in a reduction in energy consumption.

To probe the scale inhibition mechanisms,calcium carbonate scale occurring before and after the ad- dition of scale inhibitors was *** results from scale SEM confirm that,without scale inhibitor, calcium carbonate scale shows rhombohedron and hexagon,which are the characteristic feathers of *** addition of inhibitors,morphology of scale is changed,and the more efficient the scale inhibitor is,the more greatly the morphology is *** elucidate the scale constitute,they were further analyzed by FT-IR,*** calcite,vaterite and aragonite occur in calcium carbonate scale after addition of inhibitors,and the higher scale inhibition efficiency is,the more vaterite presents in *** can be concluded that the alteration of morphology is ascribed to the change of crystal form. There are three stages in the crystallizing process including occurrence and disappearing of unstable phase,occurrence and disappearing of metastable phase,development of stable *** scale inhibitors,metastable phases usually transform into stable phase,thus the main constitute of formed scale is *** scale inhibitors are added,both formation and transformation of metastable phases are inhibited,which results in the occurrence of aragonite and *** the fact that more vaterite presents in scale with a more efficient scale inhibitor added,we can see that the function of scale inhibitor is realized mainly by controlling the crystallizing process at the second stage.

Polymer of n-alkyl substituted acrylate (PA) with the alkyl side chains C16- 30 were *** crystallinity, solubility and effect on pour point depression were studied. Results showed that only carbon atoms located far away from polar groups of PA pour point depressants participated in *** the number of carbon atoms that participated in crystallization is about three fourths of the average carbon number of wax in crude, the effect of PA is the best. The molecular weight distribution of PA pour point depressant has little influence on the effect of pour point depression, and the average molecular weight of PA in the range of (1.5- 2.2)× 104 shows the best effect. The introduction of polar groups into the molecule of PA can improve its performance. However, a too high content of polar groups in PA would cause deterioration, and even lead to loss of PA's performance for pour point depression.

Pour point depressants （PPD） are used to improve the theology of waxy crude. The affect of various factors on the theological properties, and the thermal characteristics of waxy crude treated by PPD have been investigated. The conclusions are as follows： PPD can reduce the pour point and abnormal point of waxy crude, broaden the temperature range of Newtonian fluid of waxy crude, and lower greatly the viscosity of non-Newtonian fluid of waxy crude. The influence of reheating and high-rate shear on the effect of PPD mainly depends on their temperature. When the reheating temperature is more than the abnormal point of crude by 10℃, the reheating process has little effect on the modification effect of PPD. However, when the reheating temperature is below the abnormal point of crude, the reheating process will reduce the modification effect of PPD. When temperature is above the abnormal point of crude, the high-rate shear has little effect on the modification effect of PPD. At a temperature range where a lot of wax is precipitating, high-rate shear will greatly reduce the modification effect of PPD.

The phase states of the catalytic system of FeCl3-Al（i-Bu）3-pyridine are studied in the paper by means of the Tyndall effect, electron microscopy and super-filtration. It is found that the catalyst dispersing in the butadienehydrogasoline solution exists in small particles and the size of particle is 30 nm or so in diameter. The catalyst belongs to a multi-phase catalytic system. The active center of catalyst lies on the surface of nanometer particles, which are amorphous. The ratios of different components of catalyst affect the formation of the particles. With the optimum ratio, nanometer particles, which disperse more uniformly and are of highly catalytic activity, can be obtained.

The interactions between the components of FeCl3-Al (i-Bu)3-bipyridine -catalyst were studied by the electric conductivity of these components in a hydrogenated gasoline medium at 25℃. It was found that Al (i-Bu) existed in an 3 associated state and was then dissociated into ion pairs. The reaction between FeCl3 and Al (i-Bu)3 is the chief reaction in the formation of nano-sized particles. Simultaneously, Al (i-Bu)3 reduced Fe3+ into Fe2+. The reaction between Fe2+ and bipy generated a Fe (bipyridine)2+ complex compound, which prevented Al (i-Bu)3 from reducing Fe2+ to a lower valence (Fe+, Fe0). The excessive Al (i-Bu)3 was dissociated into ion pairs and formed a double layer, which stabilized the nano-sized particles.

This study investigates the relationship between the persistence and the zonal scale of atmospheric dipolar modes(DMs). Results from the daily data of ERA5 and the long-term output of an idealized atmospheric model show that the atmospheric DMs with a broader(narrower) zonal scale dipolar structure possess a longer(shorter) persistence. A detailed vorticity budget analysis indicates that the persistence of a hemispheric-scale DM(1/1 DM) and a regional or sectoral DM(1/8 DM) in the model both largely rely on the persistence of the nonlinear eddy forcing. Linear terms can indirectly reduce the persistence of the anomalous nonlinear eddy forcing in a 1/8 DM by modifying the baroclinicity via the arousal of anomalous vertical motions. Therefore, the atmospheric DMs with a broader(narrower) zonal scale possess a longer(shorter) persistence because the effects of the linear terms are less(more) pronounced when the atmospheric DMs have better(worse) zonal symmetry. Further analyses show that the positive eddy feedback effect is weak or even absent in a 1/8DM and the high-frequency eddy forcing acts more like a concomitant phenomenon rather than a leading driving factor for a 1/8 DM. Thus, the hemispheric-scale DM and the regional or sectoral DMs are different, not only in their persistence but also in their dynamics.

In this paper,the problem of identifying autoregressive-moving-average systems under random threshold binary-valued output measurements is *** the help of stochastic approximation algorithms with expanding truncations,the authors give the recursive estimates for the parameters of both the linear system and the binary *** reasonable conditions,all constructed estimates are proved to be convergent to the true values with probability one,and the convergence rates are also established.A simulation example is provided to justify the theoretical results.
