Neutron resonance imaging(NRI)has recently emerged as an appealing technique for neutron *** complexity surpasses that of conventional transmission imaging,as it requires a high demand for both a neutron source and ***,the progression of NRI technology has been sluggish since its inception in the 1980s,particularly considering the limited studies analyzing the neutron energy range above *** white neutron source(Back-n)at the china Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)provides favorable beam conditions for the development of the NRI technique over a wide neutron energy range from eV to ***-sensitive microchannel plates(MCP)have emerged as a cutting-edge tool in the field of neutron detection owing to their high temporal and spatial resolutions,high detection efficiency,and low *** this study,we report the development of a 10B-doped MCP detector,along with its associated electronics,data processing system,and NRI experiments at the *** heavy elements such as gold,silver,tungsten,and indium can be easily identified in the transmission images by their characteristic resonance peaks in the 1–100 eV energy range;the more difficult medium-weight elements such as iron,copper,and aluminum with resonance peaks in the 1–100 keV energy range can also be *** particular,results in the neutron energy range of dozens of keV(Aluminum)are reported here for the first time.

tAstrocytes are the largest glial population in the mammalian ***,we have a minimal understanding of astrocyte development,especially fate specification in different regions of the *** lineage tracing of the progenitors of the third ventricle(3V)wall via in-utero electroporation in the embryonic mouse brain,we show the fate specification and migration pattern of astrocytes derived from radial glia along the 3V ***,radial glia located in different regions along the 3V wall of the diencephalon produce distinct cell types:radial glia in the upper region produce astrocytes and those in the lower region produce neurons in the *** genetic fate mapping analysis,we reveal that the first population of astrocytes appears along the zona incerta in the *** occurs at an early time point in the dorsal region relative to that in the ventral region of the developing *** transcriptomic analysis of the region-specific 3V wall and lateral ventricle(LV)wall,we identified cohorts of differentially-expressed genes in the dorsal 3V wall compared to the ventral 3V wall and LV wall that may regulate astrogenesis in the dorsal ***,these results demonstrate that the generation of astrocytes shows a spatiotemporal pattern in the developing mouse diencephalon.

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the treatment of traumatic hemothorax by closed pleural drainage using a central venous catheter(CVC),compared with using a conventional chest ***:A prospective controlled study with the Ethics Committee approval was undertaken.A total of 407 patients with traumatic hemothorax were involved and they were randomly assigned to undergo closed pleural drainage with CVCs(n=214) or conventional chest tubes(n=193).The Seldinger technique was used for drainage by CVC,and the conventional technique for drainage by chest *** the residual volume of the hemothorax was less than 200 ml after the daily volume of drainage decreased to below 100 ml for two consecutive days,the treatment was considered *** correlative data of efficacy and safety between the two groups were analyzed using t or chi-squared tests with SPSS 13.0.A P value of less than 0.05 was taken as indicating statistical ***:Compared with the chest tube group,the operation time,fraction of analgesic treatment,time of surgical wound healing,and infection rate of surgical wounds were significantly decreased(Plications(P>0.05),or in the mean catheter/tube indwelling time and mean medical costs of patients treated successfully(P>0.05).Conclusions:Management of medium or large traumatic hemothoraxes by closed thoracic drainage using CVC is minimally invasive and as effective as using a conventional large-bore chest *** complications can be prevented and it has the potential to replace the large-bore chest tube.

超高性能混凝土(UHPC)是一种具有巨大潜力的复合材料。为了降低UHPC的成本并获得更好的性能,有必要研究钢纤维在UHPC中的增强机理,实践中也需要一个有效的数值模型来促进UHPC的应用。钢纤维从UHPC中拔出时会产生新的裂纹面,进而需要消耗更多的能量。基于此,推导了新裂纹及其裂纹表面能的公式,提出了一种考虑钢纤维与UHPC基体之间界面断裂能的断裂相场模型。利用该模型,对含钢纤维的三维UHPC试样进行了单轴拉伸数值模拟;开展对比实验验证了所提模型的正确性。结果表明,模拟结果与实验结果吻合较好。通过分析不同试样的新裂纹面与拉伸强度间的关系,发现UHPC的抗拉强度和残余强度随钢纤维体积含量的增加而增加,随钢纤维直径的增加而降低。进一步分析发现,UHPC的抗拉强度与钢纤维的侧表面积成正比。理论分析、数值模拟和实验表明,钢纤维在UHPC中的增强机理为:钢纤维的加入使UHPC基体与钢纤维在断裂过程中产生了一些新的裂纹,这些新裂纹消耗了更多的能量。本文研究工作可为UHPC的性能设计和开发有效的UHPC数值模型提供理论依据。

BACKGROUND Acute-on-chronic liver disease(AoCLD)accounts for the majority of patients hospitalized in the department of Hepatology or Infectious *** To explore the characterization of AoCLD to provide theoretical guidance for the accurate diagnosis and prognosis of *** Patients with AoCLD from the Chinese Acute-on-Chronic liver Failure(ACLF)study cohort were included in this *** clinical characteristics and outcomes,and the 90-d survival rate associated with each clinical type of AoCLD were analyzed,using the Kaplan-Meier method and the log-rank *** A total of 3375 patients with AoCLD were enrolled,including 1679(49.7%)patients with liver cirrhosis acute decompensation(LC-AD),850(25.2%)patients with ACLF,577(17.1%)patients with chronic hepatitis acute exacer-bation(CHAE),and 269(8.0%)patients with liver cirrhosis active phase(LC-A).The most common cause of chronic liver disease(CLD)was HBV infection(71.4%).The most common precipitants of AoCLD was bacterial infection(22.8%).The 90-d mortality rates of each clinical subtype of AoCLD were 43.4%(232/535)for type-C ACLF,36.0%(36/100)for type-B ACLF,27.0%(58/215)for type-A ACLF,9.0%(151/1679)for LC-AD,3.0%(8/269)for LC-A,and 1.2%(7/577)for *** HBV infection is the main cause of CLD,and bacterial infection is the main precipitant of *** most common clinical type of AoCLD is *** diagnosis and timely intervention are needed to reduce the mortality of patients with LC-AD or ACLF.

目的建立HPLC法同时测定脑脉泰胶囊中3′-羟基葛根素、2-羟基红花黄色素A、葛根素、葛根素芹菜糖苷、3′-甲氧基葛根素、大豆苷、二苯乙烯苷、木犀草苷、染料木苷、木犀草素、丹酚酸B、迷迭香酸的含量。方法分析采用KromasilC_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-水(含1.0g/L磷酸),梯度洗脱;体积流量0.8mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长280nm。再进行聚类分析、主成分分析。结果12种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.9990),平均加样回收率97.07%~98.30%,RSD0.86%~1.82%。10批样品聚为4类,4种主成分累积方差贡献率达86.262%。结论该方法简便稳定,可靠准确,可为脑脉泰胶囊的质量控制提供科学依据。

For a long time,classification of Demodex mites has been based mainly on their hosts and phenotypic characteristics.A new subspecies of Demodex folliculorum has been proposed,but not ***,cox1 partial sequences of nine isolates of three Demodex species from two geographical sources(china and Spain) were studied to conduct molecular identification of *** showed that the mitochondrial cox1 fragments of five *** isolates from the facial skin of Chinese individuals were 429 bp long and that their sequence identity was 97.4%.The average sequence divergence was 1.24% among the five Chinese isolates,0.94% between the two geographical isolate groups(china(5) and Spain(1)),and 2.15% between the two facial tissue sources(facial skin(6) and eyelids(1)).The genetic distance and rate of third-position nucleotide transition/transversion were 0.0125,2.7(3/1) among the five Chinese isolates,0.0094,3.1(3/1) between the two geographical isolate groups,and 0.0217,4.4(3/1) between the two facial tissue *** trees showed that *** from the two geographical isolate groups did not form sister clades,while those from different facial tissue sources *** to the molecular characteristics,it appears that subspecies differentiation might not have occurred and that *** isolates from the two geographical sources are of the same ***,population differentiation might be occurring between isolates from facial skin and eyelids.
