Video summarization aims to select key frames or key shots to create summaries for fast retrieval,compression,and efficient browsing of *** neural networks efficiently capture information about graph nodes and their neighbors,but ignore the dynamic dependencies between *** address this challenge,we propose an innovative Adaptive Graph Convolutional Adjacency Matrix Network(TAMGCN),leveraging the attention mechanism to dynamically adjust dependencies between graph ***,we first segment shots and extract features of each frame,then compute the representative features of each ***,we utilize the attention mechanism to dynamically adjust the adjacency matrix of the graph convolutional network to better capture the dynamic dependencies between graph ***,we fuse temporal features extracted by Bi-directional Long Short-Term Memory network with structural features extracted by the graph convolutional network to generate high-quality *** experiments are conducted on two benchmark datasets,TVSum and SumMe,yielding F1-scores of 60.8%and 53.2%,*** results demonstrate that our method outperforms most state-of-the-art video summarization techniques.

Plants have evolved complex physical and chemical defense systems that allow them to withstand herbivory *** of a complex mixture of very-long-chain fatty acids(VLCFAs)and their derivatives,cuticular wax constitutes the first physical line of defense against ***,we report the function of Glossy 8(ZmGL8),which encodes a 3-ketoacyl reductase belonging to the fatty acid elongase complex,in orchestrating wax production and jasmonic acid(JA)-mediated defenses against herbivores in maize(Zea mays).The mutation of GL8 enhanced chemical defenses by activating the JA-dependent *** observed a trade-off between wax accumulation and JA levels across maize glossy mutants and 24 globally collected maize inbred *** addition,we demonstrated that mutants defective in cuticular wax biosynthesis in Arabidopsis thaliana and maize exhibit enhanced chemical *** transcriptomic and lipidomic analyses indicated that the gl8 mutant confers chemical resistance to herbivores by remodeling VLCFA-related lipid metabolism and subsequent JA biosynthesis and *** results suggest that VLCFA-related lipid metabolism has a critical role in regulating the trade-offs between cuticular wax and JA-mediated chemical defenses.

Crowdsourcing technology is widely recognized for its effectiveness in task scheduling and resource *** traditional methods for task allocation can help reduce costs and improve efficiency,they may encounter challenges when dealing with abnormal data flow nodes,leading to decreased allocation accuracy and *** address these issues,this study proposes a novel two-part invalid detection task allocation *** the first step,an anomaly detection model is developed using a dynamic self-attentive GAN to identify anomalous *** to the baseline method,the model achieves an approximately 4%increase in the F1 value on the public *** the second step of the framework,task allocation modeling is performed using a twopart graph matching *** phase introduces a P-queue KM algorithm that implements a more efficient optimization *** allocation efficiency is improved by approximately 23.83%compared to the baseline *** results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed framework in detecting abnormal data nodes,enhancing allocation precision,and achieving efficient allocation.

The tree height-diameter at breast height (H-DBH) and crown radius-DBH (CR-DBH) relationships are key for forest carbon/biomass estimation, parameterization in vegetation models and vegetation-atmosphere interactions. Although the H-DBH relationship has been widely investigated on site or regional scales, and a few of studies have involved CR-DBH relationships based on plot-level data, few studies have quantitatively verified the universality of these two relationships on a global scale. This study evaluated the ability of 29 functions to fit the H-DBH and CR-DBH relationships for six different plant functional types (PFTs) on a global scale, based on a global plant trait database. Results showed that most functions were able to capture the H-DBH relationship for tropical PFTs and boreal needleleaf trees relatively accurately, but slightly less for temperate PFTs and boreal broadleaf trees (BB). For boreal PFTs, the S-shaped Logistic function fitted the H-DBH relationship best, while for temperate PFTs the Chapman-Richards function performed well. For tropical needleleaf trees, the fractional function of DBH satisfactorily captured the H-DBH relationship, while for tropical broadleaf trees, the Weibull function and a composite function of fractions were the best choices. For CR-DBH, the fitting capabilities of all the functions were comparable for all PFTs except BB. The Logistic function performed best for two boreal PFTs and temperate broadleaf trees, but for temperate needleleaf trees and two tropical PFTs, some exponential functions demonstrated higher skill. This work provides valuable information for parameterization improvements in vegetation models and forest field investigations.

In this paper,we mainly discuss a discrete estimation of the average differential entropy for a continuous time-stationary ergodic space-time random *** estimating the probability value of a time-stationary random field in a small range,we give an entropy estimation and obtain the average entropy estimation formula in a certain bounded space *** can be proven that the estimation of the average differential entropy converges to the theoretical value with a probability of *** addition,we also conducted numerical experiments for different parameters to verify the convergence result obtained in the theoretical proofs.

Solid strong base catalysts have received considerable attention in various organic reactions due to their facile separation,neglectable corrosion,and environmental *** great progress has been made in the preparation of solid strong base catalysts,it is still challenging to avoid basic sites aggregation on support and active sites loss in reaction ***,we report a tandem redox strategy to prepare Na single atoms on graphene,producing a new kind of solid strong base catalyst(Na1/G).The base precursor NaNO_(3)was first reduced to Na2O by graphene(400℃)and successively to single atoms Na anchored on the graphene vacancies(800℃).Owing to the atomically dispersed of basicity,the resultant catalyst presents high activity toward the transesterification of methanol and ethylene carbonate to synthesize dimethyl carbonate(turnover frequency(TOF)value:125.7 h^(−1)),which is much better than the conventional counterpart Na2O/G and various reported solid strong bases(TOF:1.0-90.1 h^(−1)).Furthermore,thanks to the basicity anchored on graphene,the Na1/G catalyst shows excellent durability during *** work may provide a new direction for the development of solid strong base catalysts.

N6-Methyladenosine(m^(6)A)is one of the most abundant modifications of eukaryotic mRNA,but its comprehensive biological functionality remains further *** this study,we identified and characterized a new flowering-promoting gene,EARLY HEADING DATE6(EHD6),in ***6 encodes an RNA recognition motif(RRM)-containing RNA binding protein that is localized in the non-membranous cytoplasm ribonucleoprotein(RNP)granules and can bind both m^(6)A-modified RNA and unmodified RNA *** found that EHD6 can physically interact with YTH07,a YTH(YT521-B homology)domain-containing m^(6)A *** showed that their interaction enhances the binding of an m^(6)A-modified RNA and triggers relocation of a portion of YTH07 from the cytoplasm into RNP granules through phase-separated *** these condensates,the mRNA of a rice flowering repressor,CONSTANS-like 4(OsCOL4),becomes sequestered,leading to a reduction in its protein abundance and thus accelerated flowering through the Early heading date 1 *** together,these results not only shed new light on the molecular mechanism of efficient m^(6)A recognition by the collaboration between an RNA binding protein and YTH family m^(6)A reader,but also uncover the potential for m^(6)A-mediated translation regulation through phaseseparated ribonucleoprotein condensation in rice.

Previous research has shown that ocular dominance can be biased by prolonged attention to one *** ocular-opponency-neuron model of binocular rivalry has been proposed as a candidate account for this *** direct neural evidence is still *** manipulating the contrast of dichoptic testing gratings,here we measured the steady-state visually evoked potentials(SSVEPs)at the intermodulation frequencies to selectively track the activities of ocular-opponency-neurons before and after the“dichoptic-backward-movie”*** hour of adaptation caused a shift of perceptual and neural ocular dominance towards the unattended *** importantly,we found a decrease in the intermodulation SSVEP response after adaptation,which was significantly greater when high-contrast gratings were presented to the attended eye than when they were presented to the unattended *** results strongly support the view that the adaptation of ocular-opponency-neurons contributes to the ocular dominance plasticity induced by prolonged eye-based attention.

Light alkanes non-oxidative dehydrogenation is an attractive non-oil route for olefins *** alkane dehydrogenation reaction is limited by thermodynamic equilibrium,and the C-H bond cleavage is commonly considered as the rate-determined *** valence state of metal sites in catalysts will influence the stabilization of the vital intermediate(i.e.,CxHy...Mδ+...H) during the C-H bond cleavage process,which in turn affects the catalytic ***,we explicitly investigated the effect of different valence states of framework-Fe in silicate-1 zeolite on ethane dehydrogenation reaction through the combination of experimental and theoretical ***（Ⅱ）-S-1 and Fe（Ⅲ）-S-1 catalysts are successfully synthesized by ligand-assisted in situ crystallization method,In-situ C2H6-FTIR shows the higher coverage of hydrocarbon intermediates on Fe（Ⅱ）-S-1,Under the same evaluation co nditio n,Fe（Ⅱ）-S-1 exhibits a higher space time yield of *** functional theory（DFT） results reveal that the more coordinate-unsaturated and electron-enriched Fe（Ⅱ） sites boost the first C-H bond activation by slight deformation and efficient electron donation with C2H5****,the second C-H bond cleavage on Fe（Ⅱ）-S-1 undergoes a spin-crossing process from quintet state to triplet state,which involves a two-electro n-two-orbital interaction,further promoting the formation of *** analysis is consistent with the experimental and DFT *** work could provide methodology for elucidating the effect of metal valence states on catalytic performance as well as offer guidance for designing more efficient Fe-zeolite catalysts.
