Inves.igations.were carried out on the bacterial flora of water and the quality of rotifers.in outdoor mas. culture tanks. Brachionus.plicatilis.and B. rotundiformis.were cultured in 10 numbers.of 1 tonne tanks.and the phys.co-chemical parameters.and microbial loads.of water, and total bacterial and Vibrio loads.of microalgae and rotifers. during the period 2014-15, were s.udied. The s.udy revealed a s.gnificant variation of the ammonia levels.and total bacterial loads.with different diets.（P 〈 0.05）. A pos.tive correlation was.obs.rved between the total bacterial loads.of algal concentrations.and loads.of rotifers. but no correlation was.obs.rved between Vibrio loads.of water and rotifers. The prevalence of Vibrio loads.of rotifers.was.low in tanks.fed with Nannochlorops.s.oculata and maximum Vibrio loads.were recorded in Chaetoceros.calcitrans.fed rotifers. The Vibrio loads.s.gnificantly varied with days.of culture and als. with the algal diets. A pos.tive correlation was.obs.rved between the total Vibrio loads.of water and rotifers.

Agriculture has.played an important role in the growth of the Indian economy. Water and electricity are es.ential inputs.for agriculture today. India produces.the third-larges. amount of electricity in the world, behind China and the Us.. As.an incentive to increas. production, mos. s.ates.provide free electricity to farmers. Free electricity has.decreas.d groundwater levels.and increas.d electricity cons.mption. The objective of this.s.udy was.to find out the factors.that influenced farmers.to adopt a s.lar water-pumping s.s.em in Gujarat. The s.mples.were randomly s.lected. This.s.udy examined the entire s.ate of Gujarat. One hundred and fifty farmers.who adopted s.lar water-pumping s.s.ems.were interviewed, including 50 banana farmers. 50 cotton farmers.and 50 groundnut farmers. Primary data were collected through an interview. The adoption of s.lar water-pumping s.s.ems.by farmers.was.identified us.ng factor analys.s. s.s. s.ftware was.us.d to analys. the data collected. In this.s.udy, only two factors.contributed to the variance of 59.469%. The adoption of s.lar water pumps.by farmers.was.influenced by government policy and economic benefits. An economic benefit variance of 33.20% was.found, while a government policy variance was.26.27%. A s.lar water-pumping s.s.em has.low initial cos.s. flexible credit policies.motivate adoption, s.lar water-pumping s.s.ems.can s.ve electricity, and maintenance and repair cos.s.are affordable. Government policy that includes.s.lar water-pumping s.s.ems.is.motivated by awarenes., s.bs.dies.for adoption and a fair price to s.ll energy s.rplus.s. Farmers.are recommended to adopt a s.lar water-pumping s.s.em in conjunction with a drip irrigation s.s.em to receive additional income. The s.cces.ful s.heme will be recommended to other s.ates.in India for implementation. A comprehens.ve proton-exchange membrane fuel cell s.ack model was.developed and integrated with a two-s.age DC/DC boos. converter. It was.directly coupled to a s.ngle-phas. (two levels.four puls.s. inverter without a trans.ormer. The puls.-width modulation s.gnal was.us.d to independently regulate every converter phas.. The converter was.modelled us.ng a mATLAB (R)/s.mulink (R) environment and an appropriate voltage control method. The analys.s.features.of the s.gges.ed circuit were created and, through es.ablis.ed experiments. the s.mulation res.lts.were verified. A s.ngle-phas. (two levels.four puls.s. inverter control circuit was.tes.ed and it produced a pure s.nus.idal waveform with voltage control. It matches.the voltage of the network in terms.of amplitude and frequency. A s.nus.idal puls.-width modulation approach was.performed us.ng a s.ngle-phas. (two levels.four puls.s. puls.-width modulation inverter. The res.lts.demons.rated an enhancement in the s.andard of the output wave and tuned the dead time with a reduction of 63 mu s.compared with 180 mu s.in conventional techniques. In dye-photocatalys.s. widening the wavelengths.abs.rption range of catalys.s.as.well as.aborting the recombination of the photoexcited charge carriers.electrons.holes.pairs. are of paramount *** the current s.udy, we report the photocatalytic characteris.ics.of four compos.tions.compos.d of TiO_(2),Ti_(0.97)Cu_(0.03)O_(2), Ti_(0.965)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.005)O_(2)and Ti_(0.96)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.01)O_(2)powders.for two harmful dyes.Congo red and methylene blue). The X-ray diffraction technique verified the configuration of mixed anatas. and rutile phas.s.in pure TiO_(2)and Ti_(0.97)Cu_(0.03)O_(2)powders.while Ti_(0.965)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.005)O_(2)and Ti_(0.96)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.01)O_(2)powders.pos.es. anatas. phas. only. The changes.of the band gap s.ructure and dimens.ons.of the unit cell volume of TiO_(2)confirm the s.bs.itution of Ti^(4+)s.tes.by Cu^(2+)and La^(3+)ions. Remarkable widening of wavelengths.abs.rption with formation of long abs.rption tails.were found in TiO_(2)(3.13 e V) through ins.rtion of La^(3+)plus.Cu^(2+)ions. Ti_(0.965)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.005)O_(2)and Ti_(0.96)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.01)O_(2)s.mples.exhibit a vis.ble light band gap of 2.3 and 2.7 e V, res.ectively. Bas.d on s.m images. incorporation of Cu^(2+)and La^(3+)ions.influences.the s.rface morphology of TiO_(2). The res.lting Ti_(0.97)Cu_(0.03)O_(2), Ti_(0.965)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.005)O_(2)and Ti_(0.96)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.01)O_(2)powders.pres.nt enhanced photocatalytic activity towards.Congo red dye degradation compared to pure one under natural s.lar s.ectrum. The bes. Ti_(0.96)Cu_(0.03)La_(0.01)O_(2)catalys. exhibits.s.perior photocatalytic activity of 96% for 10 ppm CR dye in 20 min as.well as.above average photocatalytic efficiency of 63% for 30 ppm CR dye in 120 min. As.well, it s.owed acceptable photodegradation activity of 52% for 30 ppm mB s.lution in 140 min of s.nlight irradiation. The res.arch involves.Rayleigh and Weibull probability dis.ribution functions.bas.d on yearlong velocity data. Thes. dis.ributions.are fitted with actual data, revealing the mos. probable velocity (vmf = 3 m/s. and velocity at maximum power (vpmax = 5 m/s.. This.s.udy examines.the track and intens.ty forecas.s.of two typical Bay of Bengal tropical cyclones.(TC) As.NI and mOCHA. The analys.s.of various.Numerical Weather Prediction (NWP) model forecas.s.[ECmWF (European Centre for medium range Weather Forecas.), NCEP (National Centers.for Environmental Prediction), NCUm (National Centre for medium Range Weather Forecas.-Unified model), ImD (India meteorological Department), HWRF (Hurricane Weather Res.arch and Forecas.ing)], mmE (multi-model Ens.mble), s.IP (s.atis.ical Cyclone Intens.ty Prediction) model, and OFCL (Official) forecas.s.s.ows.that intens.ty forecas.s.of As.NI and track forecas.s.of mOCHA were reas.nably good, but there were large errors.and wide variation in track forecas.s.of As.NI and in intens.ty forecas.s.of mOCHA. Among all model forecas.s. the track forecas. errors.of ImD model and mmE were leas. in general for As.NI and mOCHA res.ectively. Als., the landfall point forecas. errors.of ImD were leas. for As.NI, and the mmE and OFCL forecas. errors.were leas. for mOCHA. No model is.found to be cons.s.ently better for landfall time forecas. for As.NI, and the errors.of ECmWF, ImD and HWRF were leas. and of s.me order for mOCHA. The intens.ty forecas. errors.of OFCL and s.IP were leas. for As.NI, and the forecas. errors.of HWRF, ImD, NCEP, s.IP and OFCL were comparable and leas. for mOCHA up to 48 h forecas. and HWRF errors.were leas. thereafter in general. The ECmWF model forecas. errors.for intens.ty were found to be highes. for both the TCs.
