The electromagnetic transition properties of the decuplet to octet baryon （→ Nγ） is studied within the framework of a hypercentral quark *** confinement potential is assumed as a hypercentral coloumb plus linear *** transition magnetic moment and transition amplitude f M 1 for the → Nγ are in agreement with other theoretical *** present result of the radiative decay width is found to be in excellent agreement with the experimental values reported by the particle data group over other theoretical model predictions.

We calculate the mass spectra of the singly charmed baryons （∧＋ c, ∑0 c,[I]0c and Ω0 c） using the hypercentral constituent quark model （hCQM）. The hyper color Coulomb plus linear potential is used to calculate the masses ofpositive （up to Jp = 7＋/2 ）9 and negative （up to Jp = 9-/2）parity excited states. The spin-spin, spin-orbital and tensorinteraction terms are-also incorporated for mass spectra. We have compared our results with other theoretical and lattice QCD predictions for each baryon. Moreover, the known experimental results are also reasonably close to our predicted masses. By using the radial and orbital excitation, we construct Regge trajectories for the baryons in the （n,M2） plane and find their slopes and intercepts. Other properties of these baryons, like magnetic moments, radiative transitions and radiative decay widths, are also calculated successfully.

Energy consumption rates have been rising globally at an escalating pace since the last three *** exploration of new renewable and clean sources of energy globally is thus gaining prime *** Australia,coal is still the primary source of energy,which,during the process of energy production,generates greenhouse gases,subsequently resulting in environmental *** this context,the paper compares the economic and environmental benefits of utilizing two renewable energy production sources:algae building technology(ABT)and solar pV panels.A case study site for retrofitting a specified area on the front facade of a multi-storied building at the University of Technology Sydney,City Campus,Australia was thus chosen for the study.A cost and benefit analysis model using the following performance indicators;return on investment,payback period as well as net present value of the two systems,was thus *** revenue generation of both systems which included tangible and intangible benefits of both systems were simultaneously *** investment and operation and maintenance costs of both systems were calculated based on market research as well as quantitative data adapted from our literature *** conclusions show that closed tubular photobioreactor systems have more benefit than solar panel system from an environmental impact perspective considering Australia’s current struggle with water scarcity,drought,air pollution and carbon emission reduction goals.

Advancements in in silico techniques of lead molecule selection have resulted in the failure of around 70% of new chemical entities(NCEs). Some of these molecules are getting rejected at final developmental stage resulting in wastage of money and resources. Unfavourable physicochemical properties affect ADME profile of any efficacious and potent molecule, which may ultimately lead to killing of NCE at final stage. Numerous techniques are being explored including nanocrystals for solubility enhancement purposes. Nanocrystals are the most successful and the ones which had a shorter gap between invention and subsequent commercialization of the first marketed product. Several nanocrystal-based products are commercially available and there is a paradigm shift in using approach from simply being solubility enhancement technique to more novel and specific applications. Some other aspects in relation to parenteral nanosuspensions are concentrations of surfactant to be used, scalability and in vivo fate. At present, there exists a wide gap due to poor understanding of these critical factors,which we have tried to address in this review. This review will focus on parenteral nanosuspensions,covering varied aspects especially stabilizers used, GRAS(Generally Recognized as Safe) status of stabilizers, scalability challenges, issues of physical and chemical stability, solidification techniques to combat stability problems and in vivo fate.

A natural bacterial strain identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens MBAA3 using 16S rDNA partial genome sequencing has been studied for optimization of cellulase *** screening of media components for production of cellulase by *** MBAA3 was carried out by plackett–Burman ***–Burman design showed CMC,MgSO4 and pH as significant components influencing the cellulase production from the media components screened by plackett-Burman fractional factorial *** optimum concentrations of these significant parameters were determined employing the response surface central composite design,involving three factors and five levels was adopted to acquire the best medium for the production of cellulase enzyme revealed concentration of CMC(1.84 g),MgSO4(0.275 g),and pH(8.5)in media for highest enzyme *** surface counter plots revealed that middle level of MgSO4 and middle level of CMC,higher level of CMC and lower level of pH and higher level of MgSO4 with lower level of pH increase the production of *** optimization cellulase activity increased by 6.81 *** of cellulase gene in MBAA3 was conformed by the amplification of genomic DNA of MBAA3.A pCR product of cellulase gene of 1500 bp was successfully *** amplified gene was conformed by sequencing the amplified product and sequence was deposited in the gene bank under the accession number KF929416.

BACKGROUND Colorectal cancer(CRC)is the second leading cause of all cancer related deaths in the United States and *** the incidence has been decreasing for individuals’≥50,it has been on the rise for individualspotential risk factors for early-onset *** A population-based cohort analysis using a national database,Explorys,screened all patients with an active electronic medical record from January 2012 to December 2016 with a diagnosis of *** were stratified based on age(25–49 years vs≥50 years).Demographics,comorbidities,and symptom profiles were recorded and compared between both age ***,the younger group was also compared with a control group consisting of individuals aged 25-49 years within the same timeframe without a diagnosis of *** points for CRC related factors were analyzed to identify potential risk factors specific to early-onset *** A total of 68860 patients were identified with CRC,of which 5710(8.3%)were younger than 50 years old,with 4140(73%)between 40-49 years of *** analysis was reported using odds ratio(OR)with 95%CI and demonstrated that several factors were associated with an increased risk of CRC in the early-onset group versus the later-onset *** factors included:African-American race(OR 1.18,95%CI:1.09-1.27,ppresenting symptoms of abdominal pain(OR 1.82,95%CI:1.72-1.92,ppain(OR 1.50,95%CI:1.28-1.77,pp=0.0005),having a family history of any cancer(OR 1.78,95%CI:1.67-1.90,pppolyps(OR 1.41,95%CI:1.08-1.20,ppparing the early-onset cohort versus the control group,factors that were associated with an increased risk of CRC were:male gender(OR 1.34,95%CI:1.27-1.41),pp<0.001)and African-American race(OR 1
