The present experimental investigation was executed to evaluate the combined effect of probiotic bacterium Bacillus coagulans along with herb Mentha piperita on histological architecture;and extent of DNA damage after challenge trial with pathogenic bacterium Aeromonas hydrophila in Catla *** this experiment,six dietary treatments in triplicate were formulated;C0,M3 and M6 in which *** was supplemented at 0,3,6 g kg^(-1) of feed,while in dietary treatments CP,MP3 and MP6;supplementation of probiotic bacterium *** at the rate of 3000 CFU g^(-1) was done along with different inclusion level of ***(0,3,6 g kg^(-1) of feed).Fishes were fed for 60 days on different dietary *** performance,histological study and extent of DNA damage using comet assay was ***(p<0.05)high growth%gain in BW was observed in treatment MP6 followed by treatment *** histological analysis clearly revealed that dietary *** without or with probiotic bacterium can protect the histoarchitecture of intestinal layers and liver even after challenge with *** of various comet parameters(tail length,olive moment,tail DNA,head DNA)affirmed that *** supplemented diet can reduce the extent of DNA damage in fishes after challenge trial with ***,however dietary supplementation of probiotic bacterium along with *** can reduce the DNA damage up to larger extent confirming its combined protective effect of supplemented diets.

For the medical diagnosis,radiopaque materials(RM)made from high specific gravity elements like Pt,Au,Ta,Iodine,Bromine are either attached or blended or coated on an implant to makes it detectable under X-ray/Fluoroscopy/*** facilitate the surgeon in an operation theatre to position an implant during the ***,RM are non-degradable,thus in case of biodegradable implants,it may detach from the body and accumulate in vital organ cause serious health ***,a new bioresorbable radiopaque material(BRM)was produced by alloying the high specific gravity elements Zn(35%w/w)and Y(4%w/w)with Mg *** this alloy,three main phases were identified,alpha Mg,Mg_(7)Zn_(3)and icosahedral quasicrystalline I-phase Mg3Zn6Y,which reinforce the Mg ***,BRM was powdered to a size of less than 25 microns and blended in different ratios with bioresorbable poly-L-lactic acid(PLLA)for fabricating PLLA/BRM *** microparticles were uniformly distributed and interfacial bonded with the *** X-ray was passed through bio-composite to captureμCT radiograph for evaluating linear attenuation co-efficient(μ)and optical density(OD).Thermal analysis reveals that BRM particles act as a nucleating site and enhance the crystallinity of the polymeric *** the In Vitro accelerated degradation study,the alkaline nature of BRM neutralise the acidity of PLLA and balance the pH of the body fluid to reduce the inflammatory reactions,but this compromises the stability of the polymer as it increases the decomposition rate.

Crowd behaviors analysis is the‘state of art’research topic in the field of computer vision which provides applications in video surveillance to crowd safety,event detection,security,*** presents some of the works related to crowd behavior detection and *** crowd behavior detection,varying density of crowds and motion patterns appears to be complex occlusions for the *** work presents a novel crowd behavior detection system to improve these *** proposed crowd behavior detection system is developed using hybrid tracking model and integrated features enabled neural *** object movement and activity in the proposed crowded behavior detection system is assessed using proposed GSLM-based neural *** based neural network is developed by integrating the gravitational search algorithm with LM algorithm of the neural network to increase the learning process of the *** performance of the proposed crowd behavior detection system is validated over five different videos and analyzed using *** experimentation results in the crowd behavior detection with a maximum accuracy of 93%which proves the efficacy of the proposed system in video surveillance with security concerns.

Since lithium-ion batteries(LIBs) have been substantially researched in recent years, they now possess exceptional energy and power densities, making them the most suited energy storage technology for use in developed and developing industries like stationary storage and electric cars, etc. Concerns about the cost and availability of lithium have prompted research into alternatives, such as sodium-ion batteries(SIBs), which use sodium instead of lithium as the charge carrier. This is especially relevant for stationary applications, where the size and weight of battery are less important. The working efficiency and capacity of these batteries are mainly dependent on the anode, cathode, and electrolyte. The anode,which is one of these components, is by far the most important part of the rechargeable *** of its characteristics and its structure, the anode has a tremendous impact on the overall performance of the battery as a whole. Keeping the above in view, in this review we critically reviewed the different types of anodes and their performances studied to date in LIBs and SIBs. The review article is divided into three main sections, namely:(i) intercalation reaction-based anode materials;(ii) alloying reaction-based anode materials;and(iii) conversion reaction-based anode materials, which are further classified into a number of subsections based on the type of material used. In each main section, we have discussed the merits and challenges faced by their particular system. Afterward, a brief summary of the review has been discussed. Finally, the road ahead for better application of Li/Na-ion batteries is discussed, which seems to mainly depend on exploring the innovative materials as anode and on the inoperando characterization of the existing materials for making them more capable in terms of application in rechargeable batteries.

This paper studies the optimal policy for joint control of admission, routing, service, and jockeying in a queueing system consisting of two exponential servers in *** arrive according to a Poisson *** each arrival, an admission/routing decision is made, and the accepted job is routed to one of the two servers with each being associated with a *** each service completion, the servers have an option of serving a job from its own queue, serving a jockeying job from another queue, or staying *** system performance is inclusive of the revenues from accepted jobs, the costs of holding jobs in queues, the service costs and the job jockeying *** maximize the total expected discounted return, we formulate a Markov decision process(MDP) model for this *** value iteration method is employed to characterize the optimal policy as a hedging point *** studies verify the structure of the hedging point policy which is convenient for implementing control actions in practice.

The present studies were conducted to isolate, select, identify and characterize gut bacteria as antimicrobial and growth promoting agent for the feed of economically important fish Cirrhinus mrigala. Intestinal microflora were isolated, counted, and identified, and their in vitro antibacterial properties were determined. The results have revealed that occurrence of Gram-negative rods was around 75% and of Gram-positive rods was 25%. Among the isolates Gram-positive were maintained in nutrient agar slants at 4℃. Of these, eight strains were replica-plated on agar seeded with Aeromonas hydrophila and only one strain CM2（C. mrigala 2） exhibited antibacterial properties in vitro showing inhibition against fish pathogen by well diffusion assay. This isolated strain was identified as Bacillus cereus. This bacterium was mass cultured and incorporated in the pelleted diet（40% protein and 18 k J g^–1 gross energy） of C. mrigala to investigate its effect on growth performance, digestibility, nutrient retention and activities of digestive enzymes. The results of feeding trial revealed significantly（P〈0.05） high growth performance in terms of specific growth rate, growth percent gain in body weight（BD）（272.4±1.5）%, high apparent protein digestibility（（79.9±0.30）%） and low food conversion ratio in the group of fishes fed on diet containing B. cereus in comparison to the fishes fed on diet without probiotics. The carcass composition also revealed high accumulation of proteins（（15.28±0.15） g 100 g^–1） in fishes fed on diet containing probiotics. Intestinal enzyme activities of protease, amylase and cellulase were also significantly（P〈0.05） high in the group of fishes fed on diet supplemented with probiotics indicating the extracellular enzyme production by B. cereus. These results indicate that probiotics stimulate the digestion through the supply of digestive enzyme and certain essential nutrients to animals. The exponential pace of the spread of the digital world has served as one of the assisting forces to generate an enormous amount of informationﬂow-ing over the *** data will always remain under the threat of technolo-gical suffering where intruders and hackers consistently try to breach the security systems by gaining personal information *** this paper,the authors pro-posed the HDTbNB(Hybrid Decision Tree-based Naïve Bayes)algorithm toﬁnd the essential features without data scaling to maximize the model’s performance by reducing the false alarm rate and training period to reduce zero frequency with enhanced accuracy of IDS(Intrusion Detection System)and to further analyze the performance execution of distinct machine learning algorithms as Naïve Bayes,Decision Tree,K-Nearest Neighbors and Logistic Regression over KDD 99 *** performance of algorithm is evaluated by making a comparative analysis of computed parameters as accuracy,macro average,and weighted ***ﬁndings were concluded as a percentage increase in accuracy,precision,sensitiv-ity,speciﬁcity,and a decrease in misclassiﬁcation as 9.3%,6.4%,12.5%,5.2%and 81%.

Wastewater effluents from textile dyeing and printing industries of Sanganer are discharged directly, without any treatment, into Amani Shah Nallah drainage. The drainage water takes the dissolved toxicants to flora and fauna, including crops and seasonal vegetables, being grown in the land adjoining the Nallah drainage. Thus mutagenic potential of vegetables irrigated by the water of Amani Shah Nallah drainage was investigated in the present study. The vegetables irrigated by ground water from Sanganer have also been analyzed to determine possible adverse effects of these wastewater effluents on aqua duct.
