Parallel Cascade Correlation Neural Network m.thods for 3D Facial Recognition: A Prelim.nary Study

This paper explores the possibility of using m.lti-core program.ing m.del that im.lem.nts the Cascade correlation neural networks technique (CCNNs), to enhance the classification phase of 3D facial recognition system. after extracting robust and distinguishable features. This research provides a com.rehensive sum.ary of the 3D facial recognition system., as well as the state-of-the- art for the Parallel Cascade Correlation Neural Networks m.thods (PCCNNs). m.reover, it highlights the lack of literature that com.ined between distributed and shared m.m.ry m.del which leads to novel possibility of taking advantage of the strengths of both approaches in order to construct an efficient parallel com.uting system.for 3D facial recognition.

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.is a com.lex and com.rehensive software that integrates various enterprise’s functions and resources. ERP system.cleanly encapsulates crosscutting concerns which cannot be encapsulated by other types of inform.tion system. like data synchronization and standardization, system.com.lexity and system.m.dularity. m.ny studies are conducted to propose software quality m.dels with their quality characteristics. However, there is currently no dedicated software quality m.del that can describe and involve new features of ERP system.. Thus, this study has proposed an ERP system.quality m.del (ERPSQm.. Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP has been em.loyed to evaluate the quality of ERPSQm. Furtherm.re, this proposed m.del can be used to m.ke a com.arison of ERP system. to help com.anies im.lem.nt better system..

A Com.arison Study between Inform.d and Predictive Prefetching m.chanism. for I/O Storage System.

In this paper, we present a com.arative study between inform.d and predictive prefetching m.chanism. that were presented to leverage the perform.nce gap between I/O storage system. and CPU. In particular, we will focus on transparent inform.d prefetching (TIP) and predictive prefetching using probability graph approach (PG). Our m.in objective is to show the m.in features, m.tivations, and im.lem.ntation overview of each m.chanism. We also conducted a perform.nce evaluation discussion that shows a com.arison between both m.chanism. perform.nce when using different cache size values.
