In the rapidly evolving landscape of healthcare,the integration of Artificial Intelligence(AI)and Natural Language Processing(NLP)holds immense promise for revolutionizing data analytics and decision-making *** techniques for personalized medicine,disease diagnosis,treatment recommendations,and resource optimization in the Internet of Medical Things(IoMT)vary widely,including methods such as rule-based systems,machine learning algorithms,and data-driven ***,many of these techniques face limitations in accuracy,scalability,and adaptability to complex clinical *** study investigates the synergistic potential of AI-driven optimization techniques and NLP applications in the context of the *** the integration of advanced data analytics methodologies with NLP capabilities,we propose a comprehensive framework designed to enhance personalized medicine,streamline disease diagnosis,provide treatment recommendations,and optimize resource *** a systematic methodology data was collected from open data repositories,then preprocessed using data cleaning,missing value imputation,feature engineering,and data normalization and *** algorithms,such as Gradient Descent,Adam Optimization,and Stochastic Gradient Descent,were employed in the framework to enhance model *** were integrated with NLP processes,including Text Preprocessing,Tokenization,and Sentiment Analysis to facilitate comprehensive analysis of the data to provide actionable insights from the vast streams of data generated by IoMT ***,through a synthesis of existing research and real-world case studies,we demonstrated the impact of AI-NLP fusion on healthcare outcomes and operational *** simulation produced compelling results,achieving an average diagnostic accuracy of 93.5%for the given scenarios,and excelled even further in instances involving rare diseases,achieving an accuracy rate of 98%.With regard to pati

This paper investigates the noise inside a metro coach running through the most recent tunnel of *** study focuses on the effects of alignment profiles on the A-weighted noise *** the latest line has not been studied yet,noise levels inside the old lines attracted the attention of researchers due to their importance as the first mass transit system in *** that windows are usually kept open,measurements were conducted inside the empty cabin at the end of the train with open windows according to ISO 3381:*** showed that noise emissions inside the running coaches are high and do not follow either international or general national legislation,which presents health hazards for drivers and *** intelligibility is required for train radio units and driver consoles for voice communications,which provides a safe working environment for the train *** present study reveals that tight curves mainly contribute to high *** noise levels are further raised by the reflective surface of the tunnel with a circular cross-section and the unballasted ***,the noise level is affected by the location of the coach and window conditions(open/close)to some extent.

Fuzzy Control Based Resource Scheduling in IoT Edge Computing

Edge Computing is a new technology in Internet of Things(IoT)paradigm that allows sensitive data to be sent to disperse devices quickly and without *** is identical to Fog,except its positioning in the end devices is much nearer to end-users,making it process and respond to clients in less ***,it aids sensor networks,real-time streaming apps,and the IoT,all of which require high-speed and dependable internet *** such an IoT system,Resource Scheduling Process(RSP)seems to be one of the most important *** paper presents a RSP for Edge Computing(EC).The resource characteristics are first standardized and ***,for task scheduling,a Fuzzy Control based Edge Resource Scheduling(FCERS)is *** results demonstrate that this technique enhances resource scheduling efficiency in EC and Quality of Service(QoS).The experimental study revealed that the suggested FCERS method in this work converges quicker than the other *** method reduces the total computing cost,execution time,and energy consumption on average compared to the *** ES allocates higher processing resources to each user in case of limited availability of MDs;this results in improved task execution time and a reduced total task computation ***,the proposed FCERS m 1m may more efficiently fetch user requests to suitable resource categories,increasing user requirements.

Acoustic improvement on two lecture auditoria： Simulation and experiment

Based on the commonly used indicators for speech intelligibility, this work acoustically evaluates the two largest auditoria in the Faculty of Engineering, Helwan University, Cairo, Egypt, using experimental and digital simulation techniques. Design treatments were also suggested to improve the acoustic performance of the auditoria, where the impact of these treatments was checked using the simutation as well. The models that were analysed using the CATT-software were first validated utilizing the results of the fietd work in the unoccupied rooms. The results showed that the acoustic quality of the two auditoria are far from the optimal conditions due to their improper acoustic characteristics and the high noise revers as weft. The results of improvement proposals showed that altering the ceiling shape and adding efficient absorptive materials to the rear surfaces successfully reduced the excessive reverberation time to the optimal values, increased the earty reflections and eliminated the shadow zones. In addition, decreasing the noise Levels by 20 dB due to improving the window insulation noticeably improved the speech intelligibitity at all receivers.

Electrochemical anodization of cast titanium alloys in oxalic acid for biomedical applications

Titanium and its alloys have numerous biomedical applications thanks to the composition and morphology of their oxide *** this study,the colorful oxide films were formed by anodizing cast Ti-6Al-4V and Ti-6Al-7Nb alloys in a 10%oxalic acid solution for 30 s at different voltages(20–80 V)of a direct current power *** force microscopy was used as an accurate tool to measure the surface roughness of thin films on the nanometer *** electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction were performed to analyze surface morphology and phase *** to the results,the produced titanium oxide layer showed high surface roughness,which increased with increasing anodizing *** impact of anodizing voltages on the color and roughness of anodized layers was *** corrosion resistance of the anodized samples was studied in simulated body fluid at pH 7.4 and a temperature of 37℃ utilizing electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and the potentiodynamic polarization *** anodized samples for both alloys at 40 V were at the optimal voltage,leading to a TiO_(2) layer formation with the best compromise between oxide thickness and corrosion ***,findings showed that TiO_(2) films produced on Ti-6Al-7Nb alloys had superior surface roughness properties compared to those of Ti-6Al-4V alloys,making them more appropriate for orthopedic *** the obtained data and the fruitful discussion,it was found that the utilized procedure is simple,low-cost,and ***,anodization in 10%oxalic acid proved a viable alternative for the surface finishing of titanium alloys for biomedical applications.

p53 antibodies,metallothioneins,and oxidative stress markers in chronic ulcerative colitis with dysplasia

AIM:To investigate the role of p53 antibodies (p53Abs),metallothioneins (MTs) and oxidative stress markers in the early detection of dysplasia in chronic ulcerative colitis (UC).METHODS:The study included 30 UC patients,15 without dysplasia (group Ⅱ) and 15 with dysplasia (group Ⅲ),in addition to 15 healthy volunteers (group Ⅰ,control subjects).The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technique was used to measure serum p53Abs and MTs,while advanced oxidation protein products (AOPPs),and reduced glutathione (GSH) levels were measured by spectrophotometric method in all ***:In group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ compared to group Ⅰ,there were significant increases in serum levels of AOPPs (145.94 ± 29.86 μmol/L and 192.21 ± 46.71 μmol/L vs 128.95 ± 3.06 μmol/L,P 0.096).In contrast,GSH levels showed a significant decrease in both patients' groups (1.87 ± 0.02 μmol/mL and 1.37 ± 0.09 μmol/mL vs 2.49 ± 0.10 μmol/mL,P < 0.05 and P < 0.05 in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ,respectively) compared with group Ⅰ,and the levels were significantly lower in group Ⅲ than group Ⅱ (P < 0.05).There was a positive correlation between AOPPs and both MTs (r=0.678,P < 0.001) and p53Abs (r=0.547,P < 0.001),and also between p53Abs and MTs (r=0.739,P < 0.001).There was a negative correlation between AOPPs and GSH (r =-0.385,P < 0.001),and also between GSH and both MTs (r=-0.662,P < 0.001) and p53Abs (r=-0.923,P < 0.001).CONCLUSION:Oxidative stress and oxidative cellular damage play an important role in the pathogenesis of chronic UC and the associated carci

Aqueous extracts of microalgae exhibit antioxidant and anticancer activities

Objective:To investigate the antioxidant and anticancer activities of aqueous extracts of nine microalgal ***:Variable percentages of major secondary metabolites(total phenolic content,terpenoids and alkaloids) as well as phycobiliprotein pigments(phycocyanin, allophycocyanin and phycoerythrin) in the aqueous algal extracts were *** activity of the algal extracts was performed using 2,2 diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) test and 2,2'azino-bis(ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid(ABTS.) radical cation *** efficiency of the algal water extracts was investigated against Ehrlich Ascites Carcinoma cell(EACC) and Human hepatocellular cancer cell line(HepG2).Results:Antioxidant activity of the algal extracts was performed using DPPH test and ABTS.^+ radical cation assays which revealed 30.1-72.4%and 32.0-75.9%*** efficiency of the algal water extracts was investigated against Ehdich Ascites Carcinoma Cell(EACC) and Human Hepatocellular cancer cell line(HepG2) with an activity ranged 87.25%and 89.4%*** the promising cyanobacteria species;Nostoc muscorum and Oscillatoria *** nitrogen stress conditions(increasing and decreasing nitrate content of the normal BG11 medium,1.5 g/L),increased nitrate concentration(3,6 and 9 g/L) led to a remarkable increase in phycobilin pigments followed by an increase in both antioxidant and anticancer activities in both cyanobacterial *** the decreased nitrate concentration(0.75,0.37 and 0.0 g/L) induced an obvious decrease in phycobilin pigments with complete absence of allophycocyanin in case of Oscillatoria ***:Nitrogen starvation(0.00 g/L nitrate) induced an increase and comparable antioxidant and anticancer activities to those cultured in the highest nitrate content.
