Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),commonly known as primary liver cancer,is a major cause of malignant tumors and cancer-related deaths in China,accounting for approximately 85％of all cancer cases in the *** guidelines have been used to diagnose and treat liver ***,these guidelines provide a broad definition for classifying advanced liver cancer,with an emphasis on a singular approach,without considering treatment options for individual ***,it is necessary to establish a comprehensive and practical expert consensus,specifically for China,to enhance the diagnosis and treatment of HCC using the Delphi *** classification criteria were refined for Chinese patients with HCC,and the corresponding optimal treatment regimen recommendations were *** recommendations took into account various factors,including tumor characteristics,vascular tumor thrombus grade,distant metastasis,liver function status,portal hypertension,and the hepatitis B virus replication status of patients with primary HCC,along with treatment *** findings and rec-ommendations provide detailed,scientific,and reasonable individualized diagnosis and treatment strategies for clinicians.

The aim of this consensus is to standardize the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of chronic hepatitis B in children and to achieve the goal of “eliminating viral hepatitis as a major public health threat by 203.” issued by the World Health Organization. Formulated by organized experts of the Chinese society of Infectious Diseases and Chinese society of hepatology, Chinese medical {3.;Group of Infectious Diseases, Chinese Pediatric society, Chinese medical {3.;and the National Clinical Research Center for Infectious Diseases (Beijing), the consensus provides the latest evidence and recommendations for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of chronic hepatitis B in children.

遗传性血色病(HH)是由于铁调节相关基因变异所引起的铁过载性疾病,因大量的铁沉积在肝脏、心脏、皮肤、胰腺及性腺等器官并导致相应的多系统损害。HH在欧美人群相对常见,主要由HFE基因突变引起;在中国和其他亚洲国家罕见,主要由非HEF基因突变引起。其临床特征是原因不明的慢性肝炎或肝硬化,伴有血清铁蛋白升高和/或转铁蛋白饱和度升高,MRI显示肝脏铁沉积,肝活检显示肝细胞铁沉积,基因检测有助于确诊HH。放血治疗是治疗HH的首选疗法,对于不能耐受者可采用铁螯合剂治疗,发展至终末期肝病者需行肝移植。为帮助临床医师在HH的诊治中做出合理决策,中华医学会肝病学分会组织临床、分子遗传学、病理学、影像学和临床研究方法学等领域的专家,系统总结了国内外有关研究进展,共同制订了本指南。

Background: Biliary tract carcinoma (BTC) is relatively rare and comprises a spectrum of invasive tumors arising from the biliary tree. The prognosis is extremely poor. The incidence of BTC is relatively high in Asian countries, and a high number of cases are diagnosed annually in China owing to the large population. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the epidemiology and high-risk factors for BTC in China. The signs associated with BTC are complex, often require collaborative treatment from surgeons, endoscopists, oncologists, and radiation therapists. Thus, it is necessary to develop a comprehensive Chinese guideline for ***: This clinical practice guideline (CPG) was developed following the process recommended by the World Health Organization. The Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation approach was used to assess the certainty of evidence and make recommendations. The full CPG report was reviewed by external guideline methodologists and clinicians with no direct involvement in the development of this CPG. Two guideline reporting checklists have been adhered to: Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation (AGREE) and Reporting Items for practice Guidelines in Healthcare (RIGHT).Results: The guideline development group, which comprised 85 multidisciplinary clinical experts across China. After a controversies conference, 17 clinical questions concerning the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of BTC were proposed. Additionally, detailed descriptions of the surgical principles, perioperative management, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, radiotherapy, and endoscopic management were ***: The guideline development group created a comprehensive Chinese guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of BTC, covering various aspects of epidemiology, diagnosis, and treatment. The 17 clinical questions have important reference value for the management of BTC.

Chronic hepatitis B is one of the most common epidemic diseases in China and has become a majorhealth issue. To help standardize the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of chronic hepatitis B, the Guideline on prevention and treatment of chronic hepatitis B （abbr. Guideline） was created by a group of appropriate experts belonging to the society of hepatology and the society of Infectious Disease, the Chinese medical {3. according to the principles of evidence-based medicine using the latest clinical research data. The evidence used to formulate the recommendation has been classified into 3.classes and 5 grades, which are indicated by Roman numerals in brackets.

In 2015, the Chinese society of hepatology and the Chinese society of Gastroenterology issued a consensus statement on the diagnosis and management of cholestatic liver diseases. More clinical data on this topic have appeared during recent years. The Autoimmune Liver Disease Group of the Chinese society of hepatology organized an expert group to review recent evidence and provide an update to these previous guidelines. Herein, we provide 22 recommendations as a working reference for the management of cholestatic liver diseases by clinical practitioners.
