The Nymo i.trusi.e complex i. composed of gabbronori.e, di.ri.e, quartz di.ri.e, and granodi.ri.e whi.h defi.e an arc-related calc-alkali.e sui.e. Zi.con U-Pb ages reveal that the complex was emplaced between ~50–47 Ma. Zi.con Hf i.otopes yi.ld εHf(t) values of 8.2–13.1, whi.e whole-rock Sr and Nd i.otopes yi.ld εNd(t) values of 2.7–6.5 i.di.ati.e of magmati.m domi.ated by melti.g of a juveni.e mantle source wi.h only mi.or crustal assi.i.ati.n(~15%–25%) as i.di.ated by assi.i.ati.n and fracti.nal crystalli.ati.n modeli.g. Together wi.h publi.hed data, the early Eocene magmati. flare-up was li.ely tri.gered by slab breakoff of subducted oceani. li.hosphere at depths shallower than the overri.i.g plate. The early Eocene magmati. flare-up may have contri.uted to crustal thi.keni.g of the Gangdese arc. Recently, a bulk ni.kelate superconductor La_(3)Ni.(2)O_(7) i. di.covered at pressures wi.h a remarkable hi.h transi.i.n temperature T_(c)~ 80 K. Here, we study a Hubbard model wi.h ti.ht-bi.di.g parameters deri.ed from ab i.i.i. calculati.ns of La_(3)Ni.(2)O_(7),by employi.g large scale determi.ant quantum Monte Carlo and cellular dynami.al mean-fi.ld theory. Our result suggests that the superexchange coupli.gs i. thi. system are comparable to that of cuprates. The system i. a charge transfer i.sulator as the hole concentrati.n becomes four per si.e at large Hubbard U. Upon hole dopi.g, two low-energy spi.-si.glet bands emerge i. the system exhi.i.i.g di.ti.ct correlati.n properti.s: whi.e the one composed of the out-of-plane Ni.d_(3z^(2)-r^(2)) and O-p_(z) orbi.als demonstrates strong anti.erromagneti. correlati.ns and narrow effecti.e bandwi.th, the i.-plane si.glet band consi.ti.g of the Ni.d_(x^(2)-y^(2)) and O-p_(x)/p_(y) orbi.als i. i. general more i.i.erant. Over a broad range of hole dopi.g, the doped holes occupy pri.ari.y the d_(x^(2)-y^(2)) and p_(x)/p_(y) orbi.als, whereas the d_(3z^(2)-r^(2)) and p_(z) orbi.als retai. underdoped.
