碳配额分配对工业行业发展和结构优化具有重要作用。以中国工业行业高碳排放的7个细分重点行业为研究对象,采用双向耦合优化模型对2030年的碳配额总量进行分配,并与“祖父分配”方案、顺向模型分配方案和逆向模型分配方案进行比对。构建行业碳配额分配综合效益评价模型,对4种方案的综合效益进行评价,遴选出综合效益最高的分配方案。结果显示,双向耦合优化模型分配方案在平衡环境保护、经济增长和行业结构优化方面的综合效益较其他3种方案更优。在该方案下,2030年中国工业行业7个细分重点行业的碳配额总量为7 967.4 Mt,工业总产值为73.6万亿元,并且碳配额总量可以在±5.7 Mt范围内浮动,一定程度上兼顾了公平与效率,有助于行业结构的调整与优化。

本研究旨在比较分析双歧杆菌共有与特有的糖苷水解酶家族基因,在此基础上建立一种从婴儿粪便样本中快速分离目标双歧杆菌的方法。首先比较分析短双歧杆菌(Bifidobacterium breve)、长双歧杆菌长亚种(B. longum subsp. longum)、两歧双歧杆菌(B. bifidum)和长双歧杆菌婴儿亚种(B. longum subsp. infantis)4种双歧杆菌的糖苷水解酶家族基因,发现这些菌株在糖苷水解酶家族基因上存在共有及特有模式,可作为双歧杆菌分离和鉴定的分子标记。基于菌落聚合酶链式反应和核酸电泳技术,成功开发出一种快速分离和初步鉴定上述双歧杆菌的方法,并将其应用于B. bifidum的分离,该方法不仅提高了分离效率,而且降低了成本。本研究结果有利于加深对双歧杆菌属细菌多样性的认识,可为未来益生菌的研发奠定基础。

The traditional PI controller for a hybrid energy storage system(HESS)has certain drawbacks,such as difficult tuning of the controller parameters and the additional filters to allocate high-and low-frequency power *** paper proposes a model predictive control(MPC)method to control three-level bidirectional DC/DC converters for grid-connections to a HESS in a DC ***,the mathematical model of a HESS consisting of a battery and ultra capacitor(UC)is established and the neutral point voltage imbalance of a three-level converter is solved by analyzing the operating modes of the ***,for the control of the grid-connected converters,an MPC method is proposed for calculating steady-state reference values in the outer layer and the dynamic rolling optimization in the inner *** outer layer ensures the voltage regulation and establishes the current predictive model,while the inner layer,using the model predictive current control,makes the current follow the predictive value,thus reducing the system current *** cascaded topology has two independent controllers and is free of filters to realize the high-and low-frequency power allocation for a ***,it allows two types of energy storage devices to independently regulate the voltage and realizes the power allocation of the battery and ***,simulation studies are conducted in PSCAD/EMTDC,and the effectiveness of the proposed HESS control strategy is verified in a case,such as a controller comparison and fault scenario.

Data collection is one of the most important functions provided by wireless sensor networks. In this paper, we study the theoretical limitations of data collection in terms of capacity for a wireless sensor network where n sensors are randomly deployed. We first consider data collection under physical model We show that the capacity of data collection is in order of ⊙（W） where W is the fixed data-rate on individual links. Particularly, we give a simple collection method based on interference blocks and theoretically prove that the method can achieve the optimal capacity in order. If each sensor can aggregate its receiving packets into a single packet to send, the capacity of data collection increases to ⊙（ n/log n W ）. We then derive a lower bound and an upper bound of data collection capacity under generalized physical model where the data rate depends on the signal to interference plus noise ratio.

Non-photosynthetic components within a forest ecosystem account for a large proportion of the canopy but are not involved in ***,the accuracy of gross primary production(GPP)estimates is expected to improve by removing these ***,their infl uence in GPP estimations has not been quantitatively evaluated for deciduous *** vegetation indices have been used recently to estimate the fraction of photosynthetically active radiation absorbed by photosynthetic components(FAPAR_(green))for partitioning APAR green(photosynthetically active radiation absorbed by photosynthetic components).In this study,the enhanced vegetation index(EVI)estimated FAPAR_(green)and to separate the photosynthetically active radiation absorbed by photosynthetic components(APAR green)from total APAR observations(APAR_(total))at two deciduous forest *** eddy covariance-light use effi ciency(EC-LUE)algorithm was employed to evaluate the infl uence of non-photosynthetic components and to test the performance of APAR green in GPP *** results show that the infl uence of non-photosynthetic components have a seasonal pattern at deciduous forest sites,large diff erences are observed with normalized root mean square error(RMSE*)values of APAR green-based GPP and APAR_(total)-based GPP between tower-based GPP during the early and end stages,while slight diff erences occurred during peak growth *** addition,daily GPP estimation was significantly improved using the APAR green-based method,giving a higher coeffi cient of determination and lower normalized root mean square error against the GPP estimated by the APAR_(total)-based *** results demonstrate the signifi cance of partitioning APAR green from APAR_(total)for accurate GPP estimation in deciduous forests.

The flow in a liquid falling film is predominantly laminar,and the liquid-side mass transfer is limited by molecular *** effective way to enhance the mass transfer is to improve the liquid film flow *** falling film behaviors of water,ethanol and ethylene glycol in nine different wavy microchannels were simulated by Computational Fluid *** simulation results show that the falling film thickness exhibits a waveform distribution resulting in a resonance phenomenon along the wavy *** fluctuation of liquid film surface increases the gas-liquid interface area,and the internal eddy flow inside the liquid film also improves the turbulence of liquid film,the gas-liquid mass transfer in falling film microchannels is *** with flat microchannel,the CO_(2) absorption efficiency in water in the wavy microchannel is improved over 41%.Prediction models of liquid film amplitude and average liquid film thickness were established respectively.

A significant proportion of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) patients experience accumulating chemotherapy-related adverse events,motivating the design of chemosensitizating *** main cytotoxic damage induced by chemotherapeutic agents is DNA double-strand breaks(DSB).It is thus conceivable that DNA-dependent protein kinase(DNA-PK) inhibitors which attenuate DNA repair would enhance the anti-tumor effect of *** present study aims to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of a novel DNA-PK inhibitor M3814 in synergy with chemotherapies on *** identified increased expression of DNA-PK in human NSCLC tissues which was associated with poor prognosis.M3814 potentiated the anti-tumor effect of paclitaxel and etoposide in A549,H460 and H1703 NSCLC cell *** the four combinations based on two NSCLC xenograft models and two chemotherapy,we also observed tumor regression at tolerated doses in ***,we identified a P53-dependent accelerated senescence response by M3814 following treatment with paclitaxel/*** present study provides a theoretical basis for the use of M3814 in combination with paclitaxel and etoposide in clinical practice,with hope to aid the optimization of NSCLC treatment.

The performance of high-temperature components of aero-engines under the CreepFatigue Interaction(CFI)behavior gets more attention *** this research,the creepfatigue tests of two superalloys of Powder Metallurgy(PM)FGH96 and direct aging GH4169 were performed at 650°C with different types of dwell,and the fracture morphology of FGH96 specimens was observed by Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM)to analyze the creep-fatigue fracture feature and crack ***,according to phenomenology,the effect of dwell was introduced to develop a new uniaxial fatigue life prediction model based on the total strain equation,which has capability to take dwell time and load ratio into account *** equations were utilized to model the test data of PM FGH96 and GH4169,together with data of another superalloy PM FGH95 conducted previously.A prominent prediction ability of the model in creep-fatigue life prediction of different superalloys has been *** data points of test data and estimated data are located within two times scatter band,which is ideal in engineering.

Macrophages are crucial members of the innate immune response and important *** differentiation and activation of macrophages require the timely regulation of gene expression,which depends on the interaction of a variety of factors,including transcription factors and epigenetic *** changes also give macrophages the ability to switch rapidly between cellular programs,indicating the ability of epigenetic mechanisms to affect phenotype *** this review,we focus on key epigenetic events associated with macrophage fate,highlighting events related to the maintenance of tissue homeostasis,responses to different stimuli and the formation of innate immune *** understanding of the epigenetic regulation of macrophages will be helpful for maintaining tissue integrity,preventing chronic inflammatory diseases and developing therapies to enhance host defense.
