Objective:To reveal the molecular mechanism underlying the compatibility of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge(***,Dan Shen)and *** L.(***,Hong Hua)as an herb pair through network pharmacology and subsequent experimental ***:Network pharmacology was applied to construct an active ingredient-efficacy target-disease protein network to reveal the unique regulation pattern of *** and *** as herb *** docking was used to verify the binding of the components of these herbs and their potential *** H9c2 glucose hypoxia model was used to evaluate the efficacy of the components and their synergistic effects,which were evaluated using the combination *** blot was performed to detect the protein expression of these ***:Network pharmacology analysis revealed 5 pathways and 8 core targets of *** and *** in myocardial *** of the core targets were enriched in the hypoxia-inducible factor-1(HIF-1)signaling *** achieved vascular tone mainly by regulating the target genes of the HIF-1 *** an upstream gene of the HIF-1 pathway,STAT3 can be activated by the active ingredients cryptotanshinone(Ctan),salvianolic acid B(Sal.B),and myricetin(Myric).Cell experiments revealed that Myric,Sal.B,and Ctan also exhibited synergistic myocardial protective *** docking verified the strong binding of Myric,Sal.B,and Ctan to *** blot further showed that the active ingredients synergistically upregulated the protein expressionof ***:The pharmacodynamic transmission analysis revealed that the active ingredients of *** and *** can synergistically resist ischemia through various targets and *** study provides a methodological reference for interpreting traditional Chinese medicine compatibility.

The electrochemical corrosion mechanisms of Mg alloys were extensively studied in previous investigations of different chemical com-positions,modified surface states and various electrolyte ***,recent research focused on the active state of Mg dissolution,leading to unresolved effects of secondary phases adjacent to a stableα-solid solution passive *** present study investigates the fundamental electrochemical corrosion mechanisms of three different Laves phases with varying phase morphologies and phase fractions in the passive state of Mg-Al-Ca *** microstructure was characterized by(transmission-)electron microscopy and synchrotron-based transmission X-ray *** electrochemical corrosion resistance was determined with a standard three-electrode setup and advanced in-situ flow cell measurements.A new electrochemical activity sequence(C15>C36>α-Mg>C14)was obtained,as a result of a stable passive layer formation on theα-solid ***,nm-scale Mg-rich precipitates were identified within the Laves phases,which tend to inhibit the corrosion kinetics.

中国城市群一体化水平测度与辐射能力分析

城市群作为引领区域经济发展的空间聚合体,研究其内部一体化水平和外部辐射能力对城市群高质量发展和区域协调发展具有重要意义。基于此,本文使用2006—2019年中国284个地级及以上城市数据,构建嵌入内生时空权重矩阵的CD生产函数,测度中国19个城市群内部和外部要素空间溢出效应,以其作为城市群的一体化水平和辐射能力的衡量标准,并进一步分析两者之间关系。研究发现:①在MORAN指数、GEARY指数和GO指数内生时空权重矩阵中,以MORAN指数内生时空权重矩阵为基础的CD生产函数测度结果最优,其能够较为精确地分解出所测城市群的内部和外部要素空间溢出效应。②在时序发展上,处于一体化水平和辐射能力高值地区的城市群个数较少,而处于低值地区的城市群个数较多,城市群一体化水平和辐射能力整体偏低,但近年来有上升的趋势。③在空间演化上,东部地区城市群的一体化水平和辐射能力较强,西部地区城市群较弱。其中长三角城市群、珠三角城市群和京津冀城市群位居前三,兰西城市群、宁夏沿黄城市群和天山北坡城市群则排名靠后。④城市群一体化能够显著提升其辐射能力,并且东、中、西、东北四大板块所属城市群的异质性特征明显。同时,对外开放水平、信息化水平和交通基础设施水平对城市群辐射能力有正向作用,金融发展水平则产生负向作用。

Combining network pharmacology， molecular docking， and experimental verification to investigate the anti-rheumatoid arthritis effect and mechanism of Baeckea frutescens leaves

The aromatic Baeckea frutescens leaves (BFL) known as “Gang-Song-Cha” is a popular drink (Tea) in South China. To explore the healthcare value， a systematic and in-depth study on BFL alleviating rheumatoid arthritis (RA) was carried out by integrating network pharmacology， molecular docking， and experimental verification. The efficacy was first evaluated， and the BFL extract could ameliorate RA by inhibiting articular swelling， lowering immune organ index， improving the ankle pathologies， and regulating serum levels of TNF-α， IL-6， and IL-10 in CIA rats. Then the anti-RA mechanism of BFL was investigated by leveraging the high-content and active component 5-hydroxy-7-methoxy-2-isopropylchromone (Chro.)， and the potential signaling pathway and related target proteins for Chro. acting on RA were analyzed by KEGG enrichment and docking simulation. Finally， the experimental validations were conducted on RA-FLS cells， and compound Chro. could inhibit cell invasion and migration， block cell cycle at G2/M phase and induce apoptosis， and reduce the secretion of inflammatory cytokines by suppressing the PI3K-Akt pathway. These results provided pharmacological basis for the folk usage of “Gang-Song-Cha (Tea)” for intervening RA.

Near-infrared（NIR） transparent inverted all-inorganic perovskite solar cells（PSCs） are excellent top cell candidates in tandem *** essential challenge is the replacement of metal contacts with transparent conductive oxide（TCO） electrodes,which requires the introduction of a buffer layer to prevent sputtering *** this study,we show that the conventional buffers（i.e.,small organic molecules and atomic layer deposited metal oxides） used for organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites are not applicable to all-inorganic perovskites,due to non-uniform coverage of the vulnerable layers underneath,deterioration upon ion bombardment and moisture induced perovskite phase transition,A thin film of metal oxide nanoparticles by the spin-coating method serves as a non-destructive buffer layer for inorganic ***-inorganic inverted near-infrared-transparent PSCs deliver a PCE of 17.46% and an average transmittance of 73.7% between 780 and 1200 *** combination with an 18.56% Cu（In,Ga）Se2bottom cell,we further demonstrate the first all-inorganic perovskite/CIGS 4-T tandem solar cell with a PCE of 24.75%,which exhibits excellent illumination stability by maintaining 86.7% of its initial efficiency after 1400 *** non-destructive buffer lays the foundation for efficient and stable NIR-transparent inverted inorganic perovskite solar cells and perovskite-based tandems.

为确定冻融坡面影响土壤剥蚀率的主要因素,采用2个(10°,15°)坡度、2个(3L/min,9L/min)流量和4个(2cm,5cm,8cm,11cm)起始解冻深度组合进行野外冲刷试验,运用灰色关联分析、模糊贴近度分析和通径分析方法,分别分析了各因素对土壤剥蚀率的影响作用。结果表明:流量与土壤剥蚀率的灰色关联度最大,坡度次之;水流功率与土壤剥蚀率的模糊贴近度最大,流量、起始解冻深度的模糊贴近度均大于坡度;水流功率对土壤剥蚀率的决定作用最大,起始解冻深度次之,水流剪切力通过其他因素对土壤剥蚀率的间接作用最大;三种方法分析结果表明水流功率、流量、起始解冻深度、坡度是影响土壤剥蚀率的主要因素。

体系解释面临着三重难题。要回应这些难题必须首先明确,体系解释预设了内外部体系观,即以内部体系与外部体系的划分为基础的连贯性—融贯性关联,并可以进一步回溯至平等原则。体系解释是通过比较待解释概念与在其他法律规定中出现的概念之间的相同或不同,借助从后者中得出的内容来对前者进行意义阐释的方法。根据比较对象和依据的差异,体系解释可以分为四种基本类型,即借助待解释概念与相同/不同概念的相同/不同理解开展的解释活动。体系解释是文义解释和目的解释的高级形态,是概念层面和价值层面的融贯式结合,在此意义上可被视为一种独立的解释方法。但实践中体系建构所展现的体系关联本身不充分自明,也不完全固定,所以解释者要尽可能优先使用更易从制定法中直接获取的材料,而使用不易获取的材料时要承担更大的论证负担,同时也要尽可能多地运用不同类型的体系论据来对同一解答进行证立。

什么是清代官场语境中的“政治”?有关日常行政的具体事务,可能构成了清代官场语境中“政治”这一概念的实质内容。清代影响最广远的官箴书《福惠全书》在开篇即声明:“夫是书也,乃政治之事也。”(1)这种“政治之事”的具体内涵则是《福惠全书》所论列的筮仕、莅任、钱谷、编审、清丈、刑名、保甲、典礼、教养、庶政、升迁等具体的行政实务。这种观念并非黄六鸿一人凭空而起的论断。明末清初是经世观念的一个高潮,陈子龙、顾炎武、陆世仪等人构造了经世之学的思想框架,其中“治法”的传统即强调如何进行政治制度与政府政策的安排。
