Defects-rich heterointerfaces integrated with adjustable crystalline phases and atom vacancies,as well as veiled dielectric-responsive character,are instrumental in electromagnetic *** methods,however,constrain their delicate ***,an innovative alternative is proposed:carrageenan-assistant cations-regulated(CACR)strategy,which induces a series of sulfides nanoparticles rooted in situ on the surface of carbon *** unique configuration originates from strategic vacancy formation energy of sulfides and strong sulfides-carbon support interaction,benefiting the delicate construction of defects-rich heterostructures in M_(x)S_(y)/carbon composites(M-CAs).Impressively,these generated sulfur vacancies are firstly found to strengthen electron accumulation/consumption ability at heterointerfaces and,simultaneously,induct local asymmetry of electronic structure to evoke large dipole moment,ultimately leading to polarization coupling,i.e.,defect-type interfacial ***“Janus effect”(Janus effect means versatility,as in the Greek two-headed Janus)of interfacial sulfur vacancies is intuitively confirmed by both theoretical and experimental investigations for the first ***,the sulfur vacancies-rich heterostructured Co/Ni-CAs displays broad absorption bandwidth of 6.76 GHz at only 1.8 mm,compared to sulfur vacancies-free CAs without any dielectric *** defects-rich heterostructures,this one-pot CACR strategy may steer the design and development of advanced nanomaterials,boosting functionality across diverse application domains beyond electromagnetic response.

Kinetics of hydroxylation of phenol with SiC foam supported TS-1 structured catalyst

In light of the challenges associated with catalyst separation and recovery, as well as the low production efficiency resulting from intermittent operation for titanium silicalite-1 (TS-1) catalyzed phenol hydroxylation to dihydroxybenzene in the slurry bed, researchers keep on exploring the use of a continuous fixed bed to replace the slurry bed process in recent years. This study focuses on preparing a TS-1 coated structured catalyst on SiC foam, which exhibits significant process intensification in performance. We investigated the kinetics of this structured catalyst and compared it with those of extruded TS-1 catalyst;the dynamic equations of the two catalysts were obtained. It was observed that both catalysts followed E-R adsorption mechanism model, with an effective internal diffusion factor ratio between structured and extruded TS-1 of approximately 7.71. It was confirmed that the foamed SiC-based structured TS-1 catalyst exhibited significant improvements in phenol hydroxylation in fixed-bed reactor due to its well-developed pore structure, good thermal conductivity, excellent internal mass transfer performance, and short reactant diffusion distance, leading to higher utilization efficiency of active components. This finding also provides a foundation for designing and developing phenol hydroxylation processes in fixed-bed using structured catalysts through computational fluid dynamics calculations.

In practical mechanical fault detection and diagnosis,it is difficult and expensive to collect enough large-scale supervised data to train deep *** learning can reuse the knowledge obtained from the source task to improve the performance of the target task,which performs well on small data and reduces the demand for high computation ***,the detection performance is significantly reduced by the direct transfer due to the domain *** adaptation(DA)can transfer the distribution information from the source domain to the target domain and solve a series of problems caused by the distribution difference of *** this survey,we review various current DA strategies combined with deep learning(DL)and analyze the principles,advantages,and disadvantages of each *** also summarize the application of DA combined with DL in the field of fault *** paper provides a summary of the research results and proposes future work based on analysis of the key technologies.

The fire-bellied newt genus Cynops contains ten known species distributed in China and Japan in East *** this work,two new Cynops species are described,namely Cynops jiaoren *** in northern Guangdong and Cynops maguae *** in eastern *** two new species can be distinctly distinguished from their congeners by the independent phylogenetic placements and a combination of morphological *** discovery of these two new species in the Southeast Chinese Hilly Area,where half of congeners occur,increases the known diversity of Cynops,and indicates unresolved relationships among the species in southeastern *** discussions on the taxonomic status of Cynops cyanurus are also provided.

Space charge dynamics in epoxy resin under voltage polarity reversal at various temperatures

Epoxy resin has been used to cast the core of the dry‐type high voltage direct current bushings and can accumulate space charge under high electric fields at high temperatures,which is believed to be a potential threat to the safe operation of dry bushings,especially under polarity *** this study,results of a study of the evolution of space charge and electric field distribution in epoxy resin,under polarity reversal at 10 and 20 kV/mm,and at temperatures between 40 and 100°C,are *** results show that the space charge dynamics in epoxy resin during the test were different at various *** tem-peratures no more than 60°C,space charge accumulation within the samples was not ***,a low‐frequency dielectric relaxation process maybe occurs during the polarity reversal,which made the charge peaks on the electrodes after the reversal were slightly smaller than those before the *** temperatures no less than 80°C,considering that the applied electric field has little effect on the barrier reductions of the traps within the samples,the space charge dynamics were mainly governed by a thermally activated process,and the depths of the deepest occupied traps were obtain by analysing the transient processes.

An increasing number of studies have reported that exosomes released from various cells can serve as mediators of information exchange between different *** further exploration of exosome content,a more accurate molecular mechanism involved in the process of cell-to-cell communication has been revealed;specifically,microRNAs(miRNAs)and long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs)are shuttled by *** addition,exosomal miRNAs and lncRNAs may play vital roles in the pathogenesis of several respiratory diseases,such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),lung cancer,and ***,exosomal miRNAs and lncRNAs show promise as diagnostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets in several lung *** review will summarize recent knowledge about the roles of exosomal miRNAs and lncRNAs in lung diseases,which has shed light on the discovery of novel diagnostic methods and treatments for these *** there is almost no published literature about exosomal lncRNAs in COPD,asthma,interstitial lung disease,or tuberculosis,we summarize the roles of exosomal lncRNAs only in lung cancer in the second *** may inspire some new ideas for researchers who are interested in whether lncRNAs shuttled by exosomes may play roles in other lung diseases.

Trajectory optimization of multiple quad-rotor UAVs in collaborative assembling task

A hierarchic optimization strategy based on the offline path planning process and online trajectory planning process is presented to solve the trajectory optimization problem of multiple quad-rotor unmanned aerial vehicles in the collaborative assembling task. Firstly, the path planning process is solved by a novel parallel intelligent optimization algorithm, the central force optimization-genetic algorithm （CFO-GA）, which combines the central force optimization （CFO） algorithm with the genetic algorithm （GA）. Because of the immaturity of the CFO, the convergence analysis of the CFO is completed by the stability theory of the linear time-variant discrete-time sys- tems. The results show that the parallel CFO-GA algorithm converges faster than the parallel CFO and the central force optimization-sequential quadratic programming （CFO-SQP） algorithm. Then, the trajectory planning problem is established based on the path planning results. In order to limit the range of the attitude angle and guarantee the fight stability, the optimized object is changed from the ordinary six-degree-of-freedom rigid-body dynamic model to the dynamic model with an inner-loop attitude controller. The results show that the trajectory planning process can be solved by the mature SQP algorithm easily. Finally, the discussion and analysis of the real-time per- formance of the hierarchic optimization strategy are presented around the group number of the wav^oints and the eoual interval time.

Enlarging Zn deposition space via regulating Sn-induced effective interface for high areal capacity zinc-based flow battery

Zinc-based flow batteries(ZFBs)have aroused great favor in large-scale energy storage due to the high security and low ***,the low areal capacity arising from the limited space for Zn plating hinders the further ***,a novel carbon felt-Sn-carbon felt sandwich host(CSCH)is designed and *** from the strong chemical absorption and the dehydration effect on Zn(H_(2)O)_(6)^(2+),the Sn activation layer in the CSCH demonstrates the lowest comprehensive resistance for Zn ***,Zn is induced to nucleate preferentially on the Sn activation layer,and grows towards the membrane,regulating the spatial distribution of Zn electrochemical deposits,which remarkably improves the areal capacity and cyclic stability of Zn ***,the zinc-bromine flow batteries equipped with CSCH electrodes can achieve the ultra-high areal capacity of 120 mA h cm^(-2)at 80 mA cm^(-2),and run stably for 140 h with average energy efficiency of 80.3%in the extreme condition(80 mA cm^(-2),80 mA h cm^(-2)).This innovative work will inspire future advanced designs for high areal capacity electrodes in ZFBs.

With a large number of researches being conducted on two?dimen?sional(2D) materials, their unique properties in optics, electrics, mechanics, and magnetics have attracted increasing attention. Accordingly, the idea of combining distinct functional 2D materials into heterostructures naturally emerged that pro?vides unprecedented platforms for exploring new physics that are not accessible in a single 2D material or 3D heterostructures. Along with the rapid development of controllable, scalable, and programmed synthesis techniques of high?quality 2D heterostructures, various heterostructure devices with extraordinary performance have been designed and fabricated, including tunneling transistors, photodetectors, and spintronic devices. In this review, we present a summary of the latest progresses in fabrications, properties, and applications of di erent types of 2D heterostruc?tures, followed by the discussions on present challenges and perspectives of further investigations.
