Antiproliferative role of Indig ofera aspalathoides on 20 methylcholanthrene induced fibrosarcoma in rats

Objective:To find out the anticancer effect of indigofera aspalathoides(***)on20-methylcholanthrene induced fibrosarcoma in ***:Fibrosarcoma was induced in Wistar strain male albino rats by ***(i.p.)administration of250 mg/kg body weight/day of aqueous extract of *** for 30 d effectively suppressed chemically induced *** such as body weight,liver and kidney weight,tumor weight,mean survival time,behavioral changes,blood glucose,blood glycogen and marker enzymes such as alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),acid phosphatase(ACP)and 5'-nucleiotidase(5'-NT)in serum,liver and kidney and lipid profiles such as total cholesterel,phospholipids,free fatty acids in liver and kidney of control and experimental animals were ***:Fibrosarcoma bearing animals were ferocious and *** mean survival time was found to increase after the *** body weights were significantly decreased(P<0.001)in groupⅡfibrosarcoma animals which steadily increased after the treatment with *** liver and kidney weights were significantly increased whereas the tumor weights decreased as compared to the weights in untreated fibrosarcoma bearing *** blood glucose and the liver and kidney glycogen levels were found to decrease significantly(P<0.001)in groupⅡ*** activities of marker enzymes were observed in serum,liver and kidney of fibrosarcoma bearing GroupⅡanimals which were normalize after *** *** the liver and kidney of GroupⅡanimals the total cholesterol increased whereas the pbospbolipids and free fatty acid levels decreased(P<0.001)which were normalized after ***:The treatment by *** on fihrosarcoma bearing rats has improved the levels of various parameters indicating its antiproliferative and anticancer activity.

Real-time decay of fluorinated fullerene molecules on Cu（001） surface controlled by initial coverage

In this study, the evolution of C60F18 molecules on a Cu（001） surface was studied by means of scanning tunneling microscopy and density functional theory calculations. The results showed that fluorinated fuUerenes （tortoise-shaped polar C60F18） decay on Cu（001） surfaces by a step-by-step detachment of F atoms from the C60 cage. The most favorable adsorption configuration was realized when the F atoms of C60F18 pointed towards the Cu surface and six F atoms were detached from it. The results also showed that a further decay of C60F12 molecules strongly depended on the initial C60F18 coverage. The detached F atoms initially formed a two-dimensional （2D） gas phase which then slowly transformed into F-induced surface structures. The degree of contact between the C60F12 molecules and the Cu（001） surface depended on the density of the 2D gas phase. Hence, the life-time of fluorinated fullerenes was determined by the density of the 2D gas phase, which was affected by the formation of new F-induced structures and the decay of C60F12 molecules.

Monitoring on Guardrails to Afford Road Safety Using IOT

The preservation of the road infrastructures has become an important issue to the road safety and structural monitoring systems industry aiming to reduce the maintenance cost and also to increase the drivers safety. The collision features of the simulation of car- guard rail. It is found that the vibration features of the guardrail within the accident have a good performance to the accident identification. The vibration data of the guardrail are recorded real-timely by the nodes with accelerator sensors on the guardrail network. Then the collision accident is identified in terms of the vibration threshold. The proposed design is a system which can detect accidents in significantly less time and sends the basic information to first aid center within a few seconds covering geographical coordinate the time and angle in which a vehicle accident had occurred. This alert message is sent to the rescue team in a short time which will help in saving the valuable lives.
