Objective：This study was to investigate the variables in bone marrow harvesting procedure and individual donor factors which can potentially affect the yield of mesenchymal stromal cells（MSC）.Methods：We determined the yield of MSC from bone marrow under different clinical conditions by comparing the MSC colony numbers from：（1） donors of different ages;（2） healthy donors and patients with leukemia;（3） bone marrow aspirated at different time points during marrow harvesting;（4） bone marrow harvested by different ***：During the process of harvesting,the number of MSC significantly decreased with increase number of aspiration,from 675/ml at the initial decreased to 60/ml after 100 ml bone marrow aspirated,and 50/ml after 200 ml bone marrow *** number of MSC retrieved from leukemia patients（99/ml bone marrow） was significantly lower than that of healthy donors（708/ml bone marrow）.However,there was no significant difference in growth *** was no significant age-related difference of MSC yielded from donors 55 *** there was no significant difference in MSC number between the samples from single end-holed needle and those from multiple-side-hole ***：The optimal bone marrow samples for MSC collection should be obtained earlier in the process of harvesting *** marrow from donors 55 years was equally good as MSC *** autologous MSC from leukemia patients can be utilized for in-vitro MSC expansion.

The title copound Manganese Mercury Tetrathiocyanate (MnHg (SCN)(4)) has been synthesized and its structure has been determined. It belongs to tetragonal system, I (4) over bar space group. The cell dimensions are: a = 1.1324 (3) nm, c = 0.4270 (2) nm, V = 0.5475 (3) nm(3), Z = 2, D-c = 2.959 g/cm(3), R = 0.028, R-w = 0.037. The structure feature of the crystal is the Hg-S-C=N-Mn bridge which leads to the formation of an infinite three dimensional network. Irradiated by a 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser beam, MnHg (SCN), shows a 532 nm second harmonic intensity which is 18 times as that of organic nonlinear optical crystal urea, and therefore shows a quite promising application value as a useful nonliear optical material.

以往的研究表明,城市绿地对人类健康具有促进疗愈和恢复的积极作用。传承了有益于人类健康和宜居性的城镇与乡村相结合的后花园城市—伦敦已成为世界上最绿色的城市之一,公园绿地也已深深融入伦敦市民的日常生活之中。本文作者对伦敦中心城区及郊区进行了实证型研究,通过客观评估和主观调查,就建成环境品质、使用者态度和疗愈感知进行了研究。本文尤其关注疗愈感知的感官层面,旨在重新解读当代背景下疗愈空间的转变,并探究疗愈绩效提升的关键标准。最后,本文提出一个概念化的框架,以提升城市绿地设计的疗愈功效。

随着韧性思想在城市研究中的不断深入,韧性与城市设计中的众多要素产生了愈加紧密的联系。基础设施作为城市环境的物质性基础,在遭遇灾害时其坚固程度决定了市民能否安全转移撤退、救援能否开展,其承载的内容与韧性关联性强,因此关于基础设施韧性的研究也显得愈发重要。以“基础设施韧性”为主题开展的研究资料有限,但涵盖韧性思想的基础设施相关研究不乏先例,需要通过有效的途径提取相关研究的关键信息,从而提供深入开展基础设施韧性研究的线索。本文通过直接检索、特征迭代检索、数据迭代检索三种方式进行文献的拓展搜索,借助科学制图的方式,分析基础设施韧性研究目前的研究重点、薄弱环节和未来趋势,由此形成对基础设施韧性研究更为全面的认识。从目前的文献数量分布来看,现有研究主要关注于风险领域,包括风险的种类、风险评估、风险管理三方面;关于基础设施韧性的坚固性研究、恢复性研究、优化措施研究、效能评估研究等方面较为薄弱,而这些主题在未来的研究蓝图中具有较大的挖掘潜力。

慢性胃炎中医寒热错杂证的证素研究及基于文献的用药分析

目的:通过研究慢性胃炎中医寒热错杂证的证素分布特点和规律,并对近年来关于慢性胃炎寒热错杂证的相关文献进行研究,得出与其临床症状对应的病位、病性等证素,分析其证素等级及用药特点,为临床慢性胃炎寒热错杂证的诊治提供一定的参考。方法:1.选取广州中医药大学第一附属医院脾胃科门诊符合慢性胃炎寒热错杂证诊断的患者216例,采用“证素辨识量表”收集患者并经过整理后录入表格,计算各个证候所对应的病位证素及病性证素所对应的权值,运用统计学方法对样本证素进行统计和分析,并使用因子分析归纳出其临床证名。2.通过收集整理近20年来包含治疗慢性胃炎寒热错杂证医案的期刊文献,建立数据库,对药物的分类、药性、药味及归经进行整理分析,运用统计学方法来分析,从而得出慢性胃炎寒热错杂证的用药特点。结果:1.慢性胃炎寒热错杂证患者的男女比例为1:1.27。发病的年龄段主要集中在青年组。发病的季节主要集中在夏秋季。2.本研究经过分析得出病位证素有4种,主要涉及胃、脾、肝、大肠;病性证素有8种,主要涉及气滞、气虚、阳虚、湿、血虚、阴虚、痰、食积。3.病位证素组合多涉及2个病位的组合,其中以胃+脾组合为主;病性证素组合以4个病性证素组合的病例数最多,其中气虚+气滞+湿+阳虚组合的例数最多。4.病位胃、脾、肝、大肠在男女中皆有分布。病性气虚、阳虚、血虚、阴虚、气滞、痰和食积在女性的比例上较高,而湿则多出现在男性上。病程在1年以内,病位证素主要有胃、脾;病程大于1年的病位证素主要涉及胃、脾和肝。在各病程中均涉及气虚、阳虚、气滞和湿。各病程皆涉及2个病位证素组合;病程在1年以内主要为4个病性组合;病程在1年-2年之间出现最多的组合主要为3个病性组合;病程在2年以上的出现最多的病性组合主要为3个和5个病性组合。5.采用聚类分析将病位病性证素进行归类,将慢性胃炎寒热错杂证的中医病机概括为:脾阳虚损,运化失职,食积停滞,聚湿化痰;肝郁气滞,横逆犯胃;阴血不足,肠液枯涸,大肠传化失司。6.慢性胃炎寒热错杂证可细分为脾虚湿阻证、肝胃不和证、肝热脾寒证和胆胃郁热证。7.治疗寒热错杂证慢性胃炎的核心药物为黄连、半夏、甘草、黄芩、干姜、党参、白朮、白芍。8.中药的分类以补虚药和清热药为主。药味以苦味药辛味药为主。药性温性寒性药为主。归经脾、胃经为主。9.通过数据分析,在关联规则分析中,得出两味中药的关联规则组合有22个、三味中药的关联规则组合有67条、四味中药的关联规则组合有86条。通过聚类分析,得出7个聚类结果。结论:慢性胃炎寒热错杂证的高发年龄段集中在青年,好发于夏秋季,常见的病位证素有胃、脾、肝、大肠,病性证素分别有气滞、气虚、阳虚、湿、血虚、阴虚、痰、食积。研究得出慢性胃炎寒热错杂证的细分证型分别为脾虚湿阻证、肝胃不和证、肝热脾寒证、胆胃郁热证,其病机概括为脾阳虚损,运化失职,食积停滞,聚湿化痰;肝郁气滞,横逆犯胃;阴血不足,肠液枯涸,大肠传化失司。在寒温并用的基础上,根据病机的不同,可配合使用消食、行气、燥湿、化痰、健脾等治法。综上,慢性胃炎寒热错杂证是涉及到多病位多病性的病证,临床表现多变,病机复杂,需要在临床上抓住其主要矛盾处,予以辨证施治。

Objective To examine the utilization and contribution of cardiac perfusion scans to patients undergoing percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty. Methods From July 1996 to January 1998, 34 patients underwent percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty and cardiac SPECT imaging was studied. Twenty five patients had pre procedure SPECT scans. The agreement between angioplasty strategies and SPECT findings of ischemia and hypokinesia was *** When radionuclide imaging was performed before revascularization procedures, 84% of the patients had intervention strategies guided by scan findings. Perfusion scan findings including extent and severity of ischemia, degree of hypokinesia directed the selection of target vessel for angioplasty in the patient subgroup with multi vessel disease. Post angioplasty radionuclide cardiac scans were performed only on symptomatic patients, demonstrating ischemia and hypokinesia in most of them, conceivably reflected the selection *** We recommend routine pre and post angioplasty radionuclide imaging with multigated scans for wall motion assessment for all patients receiving coronary intervention.

AIM: To compare quality of life (QoL) outcomes in Chinese patients after curative laparoscopic vs open surgery for rectal cancer. METHODS: Eligible Chinese patients with rectal cancer undergoing curative laparoscopic or open sphincterpreserving resection between July 2006 and July 2008 were enrolled in this prospective study. The QoL outcomes were assessed longitudinally using the validated Chinese versions of the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer QLQ-C30 and QLQCR38 questionnaires before surgery and at 4, 8, and 12 mo after surgery. The QoL scores at the different time points were compared between the laparoscopic and open groups. A higher score on a functional scale indicated better functioning, whereas a higher score on a symptom scale indicated a higher degree of ***: Seventy-four patients (49 laparoscopic and 25 open) were enrolled. The two groups of patients were comparable in terms of sociodemographic data, types of surgery, tumor staging, and baseline mean QoL scores. There was no significant decrease from baseline in global QoL for the laparoscopic group at different time points, whereas the global QoL was worse compared to baseline beginning at 4 mo but returned to baseline by 12 mo for the open group (P = 0.019, Friedman test). Compared to the open group, the laparoscopic group had significantly better physical (89.9±1.4 vs 79.2±3.7, P = 0.016), role (85.0±3.4 vs 63.3±6.9, P = 0.005), and cognitive (73.5±3.4 vs 50.7±6.2, P = 0.002) functioning at 8 mo, fewer micturition problems at 4-8 mo (4 mo: 32.3±4.7 vs 54.7±7.1, P = 0.011; 8 mo: 22.8±4.0 vs 40.7±6.9, P = 0.020), and fewer male sexual problems from 8 mo onward (20.0±8.5 vs 76.7±14.5, P = 0.013). At 12 mo after surgery, no significant differences were observed in any functional or symptom scale between the two groups, with the exception of male sexual problems, which remained worse in the open group (29.2±11.3 vs 80.0±9.7, P = 0.026).
