气候风险对我国保险需求的影响研究

气候变化具有不可逆转性,正使人类社会面临前所未有的风险。气候风险作为一类不确定性风险,必然会对保险需求产生影响。本文基于《中国气象灾害年鉴》统计的气象灾害主要经济损失数据,实证检验了2005~2020年气候风险对中国31个省级行政区域保险需求的影响,以及不同异质性因素对上述影响的调节效应。结果发现:首先,气候风险的上升会增加当地的保险需求,且气候风险对人身保险需求的影响大于对财产保险需求的影响;其次,在不同经济增速下,气候风险对保险需求的促进作用存在显著差异,经济增速较低时保险需求对气候风险上升的反应更显著;继而,地区教育水平的差异显著影响了气候风险与保险需求的正相关性,教育水平越高的地区气候风险增加对保险需求的促进作用更显著;最后,气候风险对不同类型人身保险需求的影响存在差异,健康险需求受气候风险的影响最大,其次是意外伤害险和人寿险。因此,政府部门应高度重视日益加剧的气候变化及气候风险的影响,加强气候保险产品创新及体系建设,提升公众避险意识,积极改善保险结构失衡现状,以减少气候变化和气候风险对经济社会造成的负面影响。

As a high-risk trauma,deep burns are always hindered in their repair process by decreased tissue regeneration capacity and persistent *** this study,we developed a simultaneous strategy for deep burn wounds treatment using functional nanovesicles with antibacterial and tissue remodeling properties,delivered via a click-chemistry *** aggregation-induced emission photosensitizer of 4-(2-(5-(4-(diphenylamino)phenyl)thiophen-2-yl)vinyl)-1-(2-hydroxyethyl)pyridin-1-ium bromide(THB)with excellent photodynamic properties was first prepared,and then combined with readily accessible adipose stem cells-derived nanovesicles to generate the THB functionalized nanovesicles(THB@ANVs).The THB@ANVs showed strong antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria(up to 100%killing rate),and also beneficial effects on tissue remodeling,including promoting cell migration,cell proliferation,and regulating *** addition,we prepared a click-hydrogel of carboxymethyl chitosan for effective delivery of THB@ANVs on *** hydrogel could be injected to conform to the wound morphology while responding to the acidic *** vivo evaluations of wound healing revealed that the THB@ANVs hydrogel dressing efficiently accelerated the healing of second-degree burn wounds by reducing bacterial growth,regulating inflammation,promoting early angiogenesis,and collagen *** study provides a promising candidate of wound dressing with diverse functions for deep burn wound repair.

在关联金融市场价格波动的相互溢出影响下,由风险传染而形成的多市场波动趋同现象正呈现多爆发、强影响、广扩散与久持续等系列特征,为了结合上述特征合理测度并有效应对这类风险跨市场传染现象,文章以我国商品期货为具体实证对象,分别从综合测度、网络分析与趋势演化三个角度对风险跨市场传染现象进行了系统研究。具体研究中,先立足Diebold-Yilmaz公式构建了风险跨市场传染测度指数,并结合网络分析、派系类分及趋势演化等方法,提出了风险跨市场传染现象的综合测度模型。在此基础上,以我国具有代表性的九个商品期货为对象,进行了新模型、新方法和新过程下的系列实证,并得出结论:商品期货风险跨市场传染现象具备网络性与时变性,并呈现市场差异性和影响不对称性;商品期货风险跨市场传染现象派系类分具备总体一致性与个体交叉性;商品期货风险跨市场传染主要通过点传染及派系传染进行。

Research and Application of a Multi-Field Co-Simulation Data Extraction Method Based on Adaptive Infinitesimal Element

Regarding the spatial profile extraction method of a multi-field co-simulation dataset,different extraction directions,locations,and numbers of profileswill greatly affect the representativeness and integrity of *** this study,a multi-field co-simulation data extractionmethod based on adaptive infinitesimal elements is *** co-simulation dataset based on related infinitesimal elements is constructed,and the candidate directions of data profile extraction undergo dimension reduction by principal component analysis to determine the direction of data *** on the fireworks algorithm,the data profile with optimal representativeness is searched adaptively in different data extraction intervals to realize the adaptive calculation of data extraction micro-step *** multi-field co-simulation data extraction process based on adaptive microelement is established and applied to the data extraction process of the multi-field co-simulation dataset of the sintering *** with traditional data extraction methods for multi-field co-simulation,the approximate model constructed by the data extracted from the proposed method has higher construction ***,the relative maximum absolute error,root mean square error,and coefficient of determination of the approximationmodel are better than those of the approximation model constructed by the data extracted from traditional methods,indicating higher accuracy,it is verified that the proposed method demonstrates sound adaptability and extraction efficiency.

Effect of the Filling Liquid Ratio on the Thermal Performance of a Novel Thermal Diode with Wick

The application of thermal diodes,which allow heat to flow more readily in one direction than the other,is an important way to reduce energy consumption in buildings and enhance the battery heat dissipation of electric *** on various factors including the specific design,materials used,and operating conditions,the convective thermal diode can exhibit the best thermal rectification effect in intended applications compared to the other thermal *** this study,a novel convective thermal diode with a wick was proposed based on the phase change heat transfer *** design takes advantage of both capillary forces provided by the wick and gravity to achieve enhanced unidirectional heat transfer performance for the designed convective thermal *** effect of the filling liquid ratio on the thermal performance of the thermal diode was experimentally investigated,which was in good agreement with the theoretical *** research findings showed that with an optimal liquid filling ratio of 140%,the thermal diode with a wick can achieve a better thermal rectification ratio when subjected to a lower heating power,and the maximum thermal rectification ratio of 21.76 was experimentally achieved when the heating power of the thermal diode was 40 W.

从产业链视角出发,考虑数据间的趋同性与内生性,立足样本间的内涵关联程度,选择实证样本进行建模和计算,对股价收益的尾部相依性趋势进行分析。具体方法上,考虑到样本时间选择的趋势影响,以及相关性测度的显著程度,在对样本进行趋势测度与类分的基础上,引入相关性更明显的尾部测度模型,对具备内涵关联样本的尾部相依性进行分析和计算。实证研究中,以汽车产业链上市公司为研究对象,通过对其股价数据的提炼,进行产业链视角下股价收益的尾部相依性趋势分析和相关性计算。结果表明:趋势泡沫期与趋势反泡沫期产业链上企业股价收益存在尾部相关,趋势反泡沫期相关性较强,趋势泡沫期上尾相关性较强,趋势反泡沫期下尾相关性较强。研究结论为极端环境下汽车行业的股票投资与风险管理提供了数据参考和理论支持。

The occurrence of benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH)was related to disrupted sex steroid hormones,and metformin(Met)had a clinical response to sex steroid hormone-related gynaecological ***,whether Met exerts an antiproliferative effect on BPH via sex steroid hormones remains ***,our clinical study showed that along with prostatic epithelial cell(PEC)proliferation,sex steroid hormones were dysregulated in the serum and prostate of BPH *** the major contributor to dysregulated sex steroid hormones,elevated dihydrotestosterone(DHT)had a significant positive relationship with the clinical characteristics of BPH *** of adenosine 5'-monophosphate(AMP)-activated protein kinase(AMPK)by Met restored dysregulated sex steroid hormone homeostasis and exerted antiproliferative effects against DHT-induced proliferation by inhibiting the formation of androgen receptor(AR)-mediated Yes-associated protein(YAP1)-TEA domain transcription factor(TEAD4)***’s anti-proliferative effects were blocked by AMPK inhibitor or YAP1 overexpression in DHT-cultured BPH-1 *** findings indicated that Met would be a promising clinical therapeutic approach for BPH by inhibiting dysregulated steroid hormone-induced PEC proliferation.

Elucidating the Role of Probiotics in Modulating Depression Pathophysiology: Insights from Animal Models and Clinical Trials-A Narrative Review

With the ongoing COVID-19， a significant increase in global depression rates has placed a considerable strain on healthcare systems. Conventional pharmaceutical methods have shown limitations in treating this rise in depression. Therefore， identifying new potential treatments for depression is crucial. Maintaining a balanced gut microbiota is vital for human health and immune system function due to its complex bidirectional relationship with the brain. Numerous studies have established a robust correlation between anxiety and depression disorders， as well as the composition of microbial communities in the gastrointestinal tract， providing a fresh perspective. Adjusting the balance of gut microbiota may help alleviate depression symptoms. Probiotics， live microorganisms in the human gut， can improve the microbial community， help maintain homeostasis and stress resilience to remission in patients with depression. It’s essential to explore how probiotics affect gut microbiota since their impact can differ between animal experiments and clinical trials. The variation in results may be attributed to factors like the probiotic type， administered dosage， and treatment duration. The purpose of this review is to summarize the potential mechanisms by which probiotics affect gut microbiota， drawing from recent animal and clinical studies and observations on gut microbial ecology shifts. Additionally， this review will spotlight effective probiotic species for depression relief and discuss treatments centered on restoring gut microbial balance. Furthermore， it will also discuss the potential of probiotics on host microbiota in other organs to improve depressive symptoms and demonstrate the transient nature of the need for a more nuanced understanding of the safety and potential adverse effects of probiotics.
