Population growth,waste generation,and massive waste mismanagement have led to environmental *** of municipal solid waste(MsW)requires an efficient and sustainable integrated *** integrated thermal processing of MsW is one of the best waste management *** this study,energy analysis of MsW is carried out based on the material and energy balance of 2000 kg wet MsW,which contains 50%*** the leachate is removed,the dry MsW is sent for carbon content enhancement in carbonization to produce MsW-based ***,the combustion of MsW-based char provided high heat and syngas to be used in a hydrothermal process for MsW leachate *** result shows that the char fuel of MsW produces a sufficient amount of energy,13501.29 MJ(84.55%),in the form of synthetic gas by-product,which has a big potential as an energy *** novelty of the proposed integrated thermal system is to produce 84.55%synthetic gas by-product,which is used for electricity production,cooking,food,and heat energy for industrial *** proposed applications of this paper offer insightful information for policymaking regarding novel MsW techniques,which are economical,energy-efficient,and environmentally ***,it increases the effectiveness of MsW utilization.

Radiative Blood-Based Hybrid Copper-Graphene Nanoliquid Flows along a source-Heated Leaning Cylinder

Variant graphene,graphene oxides(GO),and graphene nanoplatelets(GNP)dispersed in blood-based copper(Cu)nanoliquids over a leaning permeable cylinder are the focus of this *** forms of graphene are highly beneficial in the biological and medical fields for cancer therapy,anti-infection measures,and drug *** non-Newtonian sutterby(blood-based)hybrid nanoliquid flows are generalized within the context of the Tiwari-Das model to simulate the effects of radiation and heating *** governing partial differential equations are reformulated into a nonlinear set of ordinary differential equations using similar transformational *** equations are then transformed into boundary value problems through a shooting technique,followed by the implementation of the bvp4c tool in *** influences of various parameters on the model’s nondimensional velocity and temperature profiles,reduced skin friction,and reduced Nusselt number are presented for detailed *** results indicated that Cu-GNP/blood and Cu-GO/blood hybrid nanofluids exhibit the lowest and highest velocity distributions,respectively,for increased nanoparticles volume fraction,curvature parameter,sutterby fluid parameter,Hartmann number,and wall permeability ***,opposite trends are observed for the temperature distribution for all considered parameters,except the mixed convection *** in the reduced skin friction magnitude and the reduced Nusselt number with higher values of graphene/GO/GNP nanoparticle volume fraction are also ***,GNP is identified as the superior heat conductor,with an average increase of approximately 5%and a peak of 7.8%in the reduced Nusselt number compared to graphene and GO nanoparticles in the Cu/blood nanofluids.

This research aims to measure the current gender representation in membership of boards of directors,and to study the factors affecting the presence of women on *** results of the study will support the decision makers and policy makers at all levels by providing knowledge that contributes to bridging the current gap in participation of women *** methodology used in this research is the descriptive analytical approach,which relies on quantitative methods in the process of collecting and analyzing *** study represents the boards of directors in the three sectors(public,private,and non-profit)in the Kingdom of saudi Arabia,The study sample contained 350 targets,where a random sample of 150 people in the public sector,100 people in the private sector,and 100 people in the non-profit sector were *** research result found that the majority of the responses believe that the lack of experience and training,and social factors,are the most impact areas of explaining the reasons for the existence of a gap in women’s membership in boards of directors in the three *** the most important reasons for the existence of a gender gap in board membership are:there is no statutory minimum percentage for women’s representation on boards of directors,and scarcity of female competencies in general,and the lack of women occupying leadership positions.

single-cell RNA sequencing analysis of the retina under acute high intraocular pressure

High intraocular pressure causes retinal ganglion cell injury in primary and secondary glaucoma diseases,yet the molecular landscape characteristics of retinal cells under high intraocular pressure remain *** models of acute hypertension ocular pressure were established by injection of cross-linked hyaluronic acid hydrogel(Healaflow■).single-cell RNA sequencing was then used to describe the cellular composition and molecular profile of the retina following high intraocular *** results identified a total of 12 cell types,namely retinal pigment epithelial cells,rod-photoreceptor cells,bipolar cells,Müller cells,microglia,cone-photoreceptor cells,retinal ganglion cells,endothelial cells,retinal progenitor cells,oligodendrocytes,pericytes,and *** single-cell RNA sequencing analysis of the retina under acute high intraocular pressure revealed obvious changes in the proportions of various retinal cells,with ganglion cells decreased by 23%.Hematoxylin and eosin staining and TUNEL staining confirmed the damage to retinal ganglion cells under high intraocular *** extracted data from retinal ganglion cells and analyzed the retinal ganglion cell cluster with the most distinct *** found upregulation of the B3gat2 gene,which is associated with neuronal migration and adhesion,and downregulation of the Tsc22d gene,which participates in inhibition of *** study is the first to reveal molecular changes and intercellular interactions in the retina under high intraocular *** data contribute to understanding of the molecular mechanism of retinal injury induced by high intraocular pressure and will benefit the development of novel therapies.

Molluscicidal effect of green synthesized silver nanoparticles using Azadirachta indica on Biomphalaria alexandrina snails and schistosoma mansoni cercariae

Classification and Diagnosis of Lymphoma’s Histopathological Images Using Transfer Learning

Current cancer diagnosis procedure requires expert knowledge and is time-consuming,which raises the need to build an accurate diagnosis support system for lymphoma identification and *** studies have shown promising results using Machine Learning and,recently,Deep Learning to detect malignancy in cancer ***,the diversity and complexity of the morphological structure of lymphoma make it a challenging classification *** literature,many attempts were made to classify up to four simple types of *** paper presents an approach using a reliable model capable of diagnosing seven different categories of rare and aggressive *** Lymphoma types are Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma,Nodular Lymphoma Predominant,Burkitt Lymphoma,Follicular Lymphoma,Mantle Lymphoma,Large B-Cell Lymphoma,and T-Cell *** proposed approach uses Residual Neural Networks,ResNet50,with a Transfer Learning for lymphoma’s detection and *** model used results are validated according to the performance evaluation metrics:Accuracy,precision,recall,F-score,and kappa score for the seven *** algorithms are tested,and the results are validated on 323 images of 224×224 pixels *** results are promising and show that our used model can classify and predict the correct lymphoma subtype with an accuracy of 91.6%.

This manuscript presents the comprehensive study of thickness stretching effects on the free vibration,static stability and bending of multilayer functionally graded(FG)carbon nanotubes reinforced composite(CNTRC)*** nanoscale and microstructure influences are considered through a modified nonlocal strain gradient continuum *** on power-law functions,four different patterns of CNTs distribution are considered in this analysis,a uniform distribution UD,FG-V CNTRC,FG-X CNTRC,and FG-O CNTRC.A 3D kinematic shear deformation theory is proposed to include the stretching influence,which is neglected in classical ***'s principle is applied to derive the governing equations of motion and associated boundary *** solutions are developed based on Galerkin method to solve the governing equilibrium equations based on the generalized higher-order shear deformation theory and the nonlocal strain gradient theory and get the static bending,buckling loads,and natural frequencies of *** with previous works is presented.A detailed parametric analysis is carried out to highlight the impact of thickness stretching,length scale parameter(nonlocal),material scale parameter(gradient),CNTs distribution pattern,geometry of the plate,various boundary conditions and the total number of layers on the stresses,deformation,critical buckling loads and vibration *** new results are also reported in the current study,which will serve as a benchmark for future research.
