目的:观察祛痰化瘀消痛方联合常规西药治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床效果及对血清炎性因子的影响。方法:选取80例急性痛风性关节炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予祛痰化瘀消痛方治疗。评价2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后症状评分、尿酸(UA)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平,并比较治疗安全性。结果:观察组总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组85.00%(P0.05)。结论:祛痰化瘀消痛方联合常规西药治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效确切,可有效改善症状,降低UA及炎性因子水平,且安全性良好。

Compared with cloud computing environment, edge computing has many choices of service providers due to different deployment environments. The flexibility of edge computing makes the environment more complex. The current edge computing architecture has the problems of scattered computing resources and limited resources of single computing node. When the edge node carries too many task requests, the makespan of the task will be delayed. We propose a load balancing algorithm based on weighted bipartite graph for edge computing(LBA-EC), which makes full use of network edge resources, reduces user delay, and improves user service experience. The algorithm is divided into two phases for task scheduling. In the first phase, the tasks are matched to different edge servers. In the second phase, the tasks are optimally allocated to different containers in the edge server to execute according to the two indicators of energy consumption and completion time. The simulations and experimental results show that our algorithm can effectively map all tasks to available resources with a shorter completion time.

Background: Gut-resident macrophages (gMacs) supplemented by monocytes-to-gMacs differentiation play a critical role in maintaining intestinal homeostasis. Activating transcription factor 4 (ATF4) is involved in immune cell differentiation. We therefore set out to investigate the role of ATF4-regulated monocytes-to-gMacs differentiation in sepsis-induced intestinal injury.Methods: Sepsis was induced in C57BL/6 wild type (WT) mice andAtf4-knockdown (Atf4+/-) mice by cecal ligation and puncture or administration of lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Colon, peripheral blood mononuclear cells, sera, lung, liver, and mesenteric lymph nodes were collected for flow cytometry, hematoxylin and eosin staining, immunohistochemistry, quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, respectively.Results: CD64, CD11b, Ly6C, major histocompatibility complex-II (MHC-II), CX3CR1, Ly6G, and SSC were identified as optimal primary markers for detecting the process of monocytes-to-gMacs differentiation in the colon of WT mice. Monocytes-to-gMacs differentiation was impaired in the colon during sepsis and was associated with decreased expression of ATF4 in P1 (Ly6Chi monocytes), the precursor cells of gMacs.Atf4 knockdown exacerbated the impairment of monocytes-to-gMacs differentiation in response to LPS, resulting in a significant reduction of gMacs in the colon. Furthermore, compared with WT mice,Atf4+/- mice exhibited higher pathology scores, increased expression of inflammatory factor genes (TNF-α, IL-1β), suppressed expression of CD31 and vascular endothelial-cadherin in the colon, and increased translocation of intestinal bacteria to lymph nodes and lungs following exposure to LPS. However, the aggravation of sepsis-induced intestinal injury resulting fromAtf4 knockdown was not caused by the enhanced inflammatory effect of Ly6Chi monocytes and gMacs.Conclusion: ATF4, as a novel regulator of monocytes-to-gMacs differentiation, plays a critical role in protecting mice against sepsis-induc

Accurate and rapid estimation of canopy cover(CC)is crucial for many ecological and environmental models and for forest management.Unmanned aerial vehicle-light detecting and ranging(UAV-LiDAR)systems represent a promising tool for CC estimation due to their high mobility,low cost,and high point density.However,the CC values from UAV-LiDAR point clouds may be underestimated due to the presence of large quantities of within-crown gaps.To alleviate the negative effects of within-crown gaps,we proposed a pit-free CHM-based method for estimating CC,in which a cloth simulation method was used to fill the within-crown gaps.To evaluate the effect of CC values and withincrown gap proportions on the proposed method,the performance of the proposed method was tested on 18 samples with different CC values(40−70%)and 6 samples with different within-crown gap proportions(10−60%).The results showed that the CC accuracy of the proposed method was higher than that of the method without filling within-crown gaps(R^(2)=0.99 vs 0.98;RMSE=1.49%vs 2.2%).The proposed method was insensitive to within-crown gap proportions,although the CC accuracy decreased slightly with the increase in withincrown gap proportions.

目的探讨老年内科住院病人血清脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]水平与静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)风险的相关性。方法收集2021年1—6月就诊于河北省人民医院老年内科的病人246例,根据Padua评分分为VTE风险低危组(<4分),VTE风险高危组(≥4分)。收集2组的临床资料,并对比2组病人Lp(a)水平的差异。应用Spearman相关分析研究Lp(a)和Padua评分的相关性,应用多因素Logistic回归分析老年内科住院病人VTE高风险的相关因素,并进一步利用ROC曲线分析Lp(a)对VTE风险的预测价值。结果 VTE风险高危组的年龄及Lp(a)、D-二聚体(D-D)水平明显高于低危组(P<0.01);Lp(a)水平与Padua评分、D-D均呈正相关(r分别为0.427、0.225,均P<0.01)。多因素Logistic回归分析表明,Lp(a)、D-D、年龄均与老年内科住院病人VTE风险密切相关(均P<0.01)。ROC曲线分析显示,Lp(a)评估老年内科住院病人VTE高风险的AUC为0.742,截断值为268.5 mg/L,敏感度为66.0%,特异度为76.0%。结论 Lp(a)水平与老年内科住院病人VTE风险明显相关。

The catalytic performance of Molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2)) has been still far from that of Pt-based catalysts for inadequate active sites and sluggish electron transfer kinetics. Through engineering the interface between MoS_(2)-based materials and supported substrates, hybrid Ru-doped MoS_(2) on carbonized lignin(CL) is designed and prepared as efficient catalyst for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER). The CL substrate not only facilitates the growth of MoS_(2) nanoflowers, but also promotes the electron transfer. Ru doping increases active sites greatly for HER. The hybrid catalyst achieves a low onset overpotential of 25 mV and a low Tafel slope of 46 m V dec^(-1). The favorable HER activity ascribes to the interfacial interaction between MoS_(2) and CL. Density functional theory calculations further confirm the improved HER performance with doped Ru atoms. This study presents a prototype application to design electrocatalysts with enhanced carrier mobility and high-density active sites based on interface effect.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Xiangsha Liujun pills(香砂六君丸) on the decreased digestive function in patients in the recovery phase of the Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).METHODS:A randomized,double blind,placebo controlled clinical trial was conducted.A total of 200 COVID-19 patients in the recovery phase were included in our study in Ezhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Totally 200 subjects were randomly divided into a treatment group(Xiangsha Liujun pills) and a control group(placebo),with 100 in each group.Subjects took Xiangsha Liujun pills or placebo orally three times a day for two weeks.Three visits were scheduled at week 0(baseline),week 1(the middle of the intervention) and week 2(the end of the intervention) for each eligible patient.The total efficacy rates for improving the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) symptoms(fatigue,poor appetite,abdominal distension and loose stools) and the disappearance rates of symptoms were observed and compared in the treatment and control groups.Adverse events were recorded during the study period.SAS 9.4 was used to analyze the data.RESULTS:A total of 200 patients were included in this study,among which 4 participants withdrew because the drugs did not work.Three patients were excluded for age.Before the treatment,there was no significant difference between the TCM symptoms scores of subjects.After 1 week of treatment,the full analysis set(FAS) showed that the efficacy rates for abdominal distension and loose stools in the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group(P 0.05).In addition,the disappearance rate of fatigue in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P 0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the efficacy r
