Dapoxetine hydrochloride is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor and the first drug approved for the on-demand treatment of premature ejaculation （PE）, Our objective in this study was to characterize the efficacy of on-demand dapoxetine （30 and 60 mg） and daily paroxetine （20 mg） usage in treating PE, We conducted a 1 month study involving a total of 150 patients. Patients were divided into three groups of 50, Group 1 were treated with on-demand dapoxetine （30 mg）, Group 2 with on-demand dapoxetine （60 mg） and Group 3 with daily paroxetine （20 rag）, Our outcome measurement was increased from baseline intravaginal ejaculatory latency time （IELT） after treatment, The IELT increased from baseline to posttreatment by 117%, 117% and 170% in the paroxetine group （P 〈 0,01）, 30 mg dapoxetine group （P 〈 0,01） and 60 mg dapoxetine group （P 〈 0.01）, respectively, The increase from baseline IELT were similar for the 30 mg dapoxetine and paroxetine groups （P 〉 0,05）, while the 60 mg dapoxetine group had a larger posttreatment IELT increase compared with the 30 mg dapoxetine （P〈 0.05） and paroxetine （P〈 0.01） groups, Dapoxetine （60 mg） 1-3 h before planned intercourse is a very effective treatment modality for PE. However, an on-demand dose of 30 mg dapoxetine is no more effective than the currently prescribed paroxetine treatment.

Time dependent wave packet calculations have been performed for the H-+ H2nonreactive scattering, summed of elastic and inelastic probabilities, on the recent reported potential energy surface of the systems. The total probabilities for total angular momentum J up to 35 have been calculated to get the converged integral cross sections over collision energy range of 0.20 - 1.42 eV. Integral cross-sections and rate constants have been calculated from the wave packet transition probabilities for the initial states (υ = 0, j = 0) by means of J-shifting method and uniform J-shifting method for J > 0.

Mechanical force is crucial in the whole process of embryonic ***,the role of trophoblast mechanics during embryo implantation has rarely been *** this study,we constructed a model to explore the effect of stiffness changes in mouse trophoblast stem cells(mTSCs)on implantation:microcarrier was prepared by sodium alginate using a droplet microfluidics system,and mTSCs were attached to the microcarrier surface with laminin modifications,called T(micro).Compared with the spheroid,formed by the self-assembly of mTSCs(T(sph)),we could regulate the stiffness of the microcarrier,making the Young’s modulus of mTSCs(367.70±79.81 Pa)similar to that of the blastocyst trophoblast ectoderm(432.49±151.90 Pa).Moreover,T(micro)contributes to improve the adhesion rate,expansion area and invasion depth of ***,T(micro)was highly expressed in tissue migration-related genes due to the activation of the Rho-associated coiled-coil containing protein kinase(ROCK)pathway at relatively similar modulus of ***,our study explores the embryo implantation process with a new perspective,and provides theoretical support for understanding the effect of mechanics on embryo implantation.

Metamaterials such as architected lattice structures have aroused broad interest in being applied as mechanical supports for their lightweight and custom-shaped *** various prior efforts have been devoted,a multiscale fabrication of micro-nano lattice structures without penalizing the mechanical properties is still a challenging but highly desirable *** we put forward a strategy to produce a mechanically enhanced micro-nano lattice structure by conformally depositing a CoCrFeNiTi high-entropy alloy(HEA) coating layer onto a three-dimensional(3D) printed polymer *** template for the 3D printing employs a six-membered tricapped trigonal prism(6M-TTP) structure derived from a medium-range order structure motif in amorphous *** topological complexity of the 6M-TTP can substantially avoid the stress concentration by offering stress-release channels,while the HEA film incorporating with amorphous and nanocrystalline constituents can further reinforce the lattice architecture through its size hardening *** from the above,the fabricated polymer/HEA-hybrid lattice exhibits a high specific compressive strength(～0.055 MPa kg-1m3at a density below 500 kg m-3),a superior elastic recoverability(～70% recovery rate under>30% compression),an enhanced plasticity(40% strain) and a high specific modulus(0.135 MPa kg-1m3).Our strategy initiates a perspective way to fabricate multiscale micro-nano lattice structures with improved mechanical properties,which could be extended to widespread metamaterial research.

This study deals with the climatic parameters and the climatic differences in Elazig and its close regions (cities of Malatya, Tunceli, Bing?l, Erzincan). Data on mean monthly temperature, daily maximum-minimum temperature, rela-tive humidity, pressure, wind speed, rainfall, solar radiation and sunshine duration were analyzed and modeled for 10-year period, from 1994 to 2003. Malatya city was the hottest area whole period, while the Erzincan city was the coldest area. Maximum temperatures were at highest values in Tunceli. Minimum temperatures reached the warmest values in the Malatya. Erzincan city was the most humid area almost throughout the period while Malatya was the least humid area. Wind speed reached the highest values in the Elazig and the lowest values in the Tunceli. Pressure reached the highest values in the Malatya and the lowest values in the Erzincan. Direct solar radiation reached the highest val-ues in the Tunceli and the lowest values in the Erzincan. Sunshine duration reached the highest values in the Malatya and the lowest values in the Erzincan. A regression analysis was carried out by using the linear regression technique to model the climatic parameters. The models developed can be used in any study related to climatic and its effect on the environment and energy. The models developed in this study can be used for future predictions of the climatic parame-ters and analysing the environmental and energy related issues in Elazig and its close regions (cities of Malatya, Tun-celi, Bing?l, Erzincan).

Thermal stability and the crystallization kinetics of a phase-separated Zr-Cu-Fe-Al bulk metallic glass were investigated using in situ high-energy synchrotron X-ray and neutron diffraction,as well as small-angle synchrotron X-ray *** was revealed that this glass with excellent glass-forming ability possesses a two-step crystallization *** crystalline products and their evolution sequence are more complicated than a homogeneous Zr-Cu-Al glass with average glass-forming *** experimental results indicate that a finely distributed nanometer-sized cubic Zr_(2)Cu phase forms first and then transforms to a tetragonal Zr_(2)Cu phase,while the matrix transforms to an orthorhombic Zr_(3)Fe *** strength of the Zr-Cu-Fe-Al composite containing cubic Zr_(2)Cu phase and glass matrix increases,and the plasticity also improves compared to the as-cast Zr-Cu-Fe-Al bulk metallic *** results suggest that the formation of multiple and complex crystalline products would be the characteristics of the Zr-Cu-Fe-Al glass with better glass-forming *** study may shed light on the synthesis of bulk-sized glass-nanocrystals composites of high strength and good plasticity.

Objectives:To preliminarily evaluate the clinical effectiveness and safety of computed tomography(CT)imageguided irreversible electroporation(IRE)for the treatment of recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)after surgical ***:From January 2016 to February 2018,18 patients diagnosed with recurrent HCC after surgical resection received IRE under CT image guidance for 22 *** were enrolled for IRE when ineligible for thermal ablation due to tumor *** records and imaging data were reviewed to assess complete ablation rate,local tumor progression free rate(LTPFR),local tumor progression free survival(LTPFS)and complications after a median follow-up time of 14 ***:Successful complete ablations were achieved in 20/22(90.1%)*** LTPFS was 10.5?9.4 *** 3-,6-and 12-months LTPFR in 22 tumors following IRE were 68.2%(95%confidence interval[CI]:45%–83%),59.1%(95%CI:33%–76%)and 36.4%(95%CI:17%–56%),*** included pneumothorax(2/18,11.1%),localized pain(3/18,16.7%),bile duct dilation(1/18,5.6%)and transient hypertension(1/18,5.6%).No major complications or treatment-related deaths were *** alphafetoprotein levels of two patients decreased to the normal range at 3 and 4 months,***:This study showed that percutaneous CT image-guided IRE can serve as a safe and effective treatment for recurrent HCC not suitable for thermal ablation.

In terms of battery design and evaluation,Electric Vehicles(EVs)are receiving a great deal of attention as a modern,eco-friendly,sustainable transportation *** this paper,a novel battery pack is designed to maintain a uniform temperature distribution,allowing the battery to operate within its optimal temperature *** proposed battery design is part of a main channel where a portion of cool air will pass from an inlet then exit from an outlet where a uniform temperature distribution is ***,a 3-D model of a battery cell was created,followed by thermal simulation for 15C,25C,and 35C ambient *** simulation results reveal that the temperature distribution is nearly uniform,with slightly higher values in the middle portion of the cell ***,using finite element analysis(FEA),it was determined that the heat flux per unit area is nearly uniform with a slight increase at the ***,a machine learning model is proposed by utilizing a neural network(NN).Lastly,the heat flux values were predicted using the NN model that was *** model was assessed based on statistical measures where a root mean square error(RMSE)value of 0.87%was *** NN outperformed FEA in terms of time consumption with a high prediction accuracy,leveraging the potential of adopting machine learning over FEA in related operational assessments.
