扩建后的Sempachersee高尔夫俱乐部成为瑞士最大的高尔夫俱乐部，它距离瑞士的中心城市卢塞恩约15公里。Smolenicky建筑事务所被委托为新扩建的网球场设计两栋新楼——栋用作会所和餐厅，一栋用作新的维修建设。新建的会所恰好位于地嵴上．正是在这个位置上，绿色的球场急剧下降成一个斜坡。可以看到湖泊和瑞士境内的阿尔卑斯山的景色。球场内弯曲延伸的公共行道也是按照这个地形建造的。设计方案：建筑和新楼的室内设计旨在把两处视觉效果明显不同的场景结合成一个单一效果的场景。这种全新的塑造一方面表现出Sempachersee高尔夫文化的城郊特色，另一方面也表现出高尔夫运动的复杂性。由温暖质感的木材建造的谷仓形建筑和清晰的Masserati跑车路线串联起了整个球场的造型外观。这种大胆的尝试正是为了体现出建筑本身的二元性．既是现实的，又具有无限的发展可能。

Piezo proteins are mechanically activated ion channels,which are required for mechanosensing functions in a variety of cell *** we and others have previously demonstrated that the expression of Piezo1 in osteoblast lineage cells is essential for boneanabolic processes,there was only suggestive evidence indicating a role of Piezo1 and/or Piezo2 in *** we addressed the question if and how chondrocyte expression of the mechanosensitive proteins Piezo1 or Piezo2 controls physiological endochondral ossification and pathological osteoarthritis(OA)*** with chondrocyte-specific inactivation of Piezo1(Piezo1^(Col2a1Cre)),but not of Piezo2,developed a near absence of trabecular bone below the chondrogenic growth plate ***,all Piezo1^(Col2a1Cre) animals displayed multiple fractures of rib bones at 7 days of age,which were located close to the growth *** skeletal growth was only mildly affected in these mice,OA pathologies were markedly less pronounced compared to littermate controls at 60 weeks of ***,when OA was induced by anterior cruciate ligament transection,only the chondrocyte inactivation of Piezo1,not of Piezo2,resulted in attenuated articular cartilage ***,osteophyte formation and maturation were also reduced in Piezo1^(Col2a1Cre) *** further observed increased Piezo1 protein abundance in cartilaginous zones of human ***,we identified Ptgs2 and Ccn2 as potentially relevant Piezo1 downstream genes in ***,our data do not only demonstrate that Piezo1 is a critical regulator of physiological and pathological endochondral ossification processes,but also suggest that Piezo1 antagonists may be established as a novel approach to limit osteophyte formation in OA.

Silk fibroin is a biomaterial with multiple beneficial properties for use in regenerative medicine and tissue *** dissolving and processing the reconstituted silk fibroin solution by electrospinning,the arrangement and size of fibers can be manifold varied and according fiber diameters reduced to the nanometer *** nonwovens show high porosity as well as potential ***,electrospinning of most biomaterials demands for the application of additives,which enable stable electrospinning by adjusting viscosity,and are intended to evaporate during processing or to be washed out ***,the use of such additives increases costs and has to be taken into account in terms of biological risks when used for biomedical *** this study,we explored the possibilities of additive-free electrospinning of pure fibroin nonwovens and tried to optimize process parameters to enable stable *** used natural silk derived from the mulberry silkworm Bombyx *** degumming,the silk fibroin was dissolved and the viscosity of the spinning solution was controlled by partial evaporation of the initial solving *** way,we were able to completely avoid the use of additives and manufacture nonwovens,which potentially offer higher biocompatibility and reduced *** and relative humidity during electrospinning were systematically varied(25–35°C,25–30%RH).In a second step,the nonwovens optionally underwent methanol treatment to initiate beta-sheet formation in order to increase structural integrity and *** surface analysis on the different nonwovens was performed using scanning electron microscopy and supplemented by additional mechanical *** was evaluated using BrdU-assay,XTT-assay,LDH-assay and live-dead *** findings were,that an increase of temperature and relative humidity led to unequal fiber diameters and defective *** to penetration decr
