Plant-spec.fic.transc.iptional regulators c.lled TElOMERE REPEAT BINDING proteins(TRBs)c.mbine two DNA-binding domains,the GH1 domain,whic. binds to linker DNA and is shared with H1 histones,and the Myb/SANT domain,whic. spec.fic.lly rec.gnizes the telobox DNA-binding site ***1,TRB2,and TRB3 proteins rec.uit Polyc.mb group c.mplex 2(PRc.)to deposit H3K27me3 and JMJ14 to remove H3K4me3 at gene promoters c.ntaining telobox motifs to repress ***,we demonstrate that TRB4 and TRB5,two related paralogs belonging to a separate TRB c.ade c.nserved in spermatophytes,regulate the transc.iption of several hundred genes involved in developmental responses to environmental ***4 binds to several thousand sites in the genome,mainly at transc.iption start sites and promoter regions of transc.iptionally ac.ive and H3K4me3-marked genes,but,unlike TRB1,it is not enric.ed at H3K27me3-marked gene ***,TRB4 c.n physic.lly interac. with the c.talytic.c.mponents of PRc.,SWINGER,and c.RlY lEAF(c.F).Unexpec.edly,we show that TRB4 and TRB5 are required for distinc.ive phenotypic.traits observed in c.f mutant plants and thus func.ion as transc.iptional ac.ivators of several hundred c.F-c.ntrolled genes,inc.uding key flowering *** further demonstrate that TRB4 shares multiple target genes with TRB1 and physic.lly and genetic.lly interac.s with members of both TRB ***,these results reveal that TRB proteins engage in both positive and negative interac.ions with other members of the family to regulate plant development through both PRc.-dependent and-independent mec.anisms.

Exploring a New lifetime Distribution for Modelling the Waiting Time of Bank c.stomers

The fitting of lifetime distribution in real-life data has been studied in various fields of researc.. With the theory of evolution still applic.ble, more c.mplex data from real-world sc.narios will c.ntinue to emerge. Despite this, many researc.ers have made c.mmendable efforts to develop new lifetime distributions that c.n fit this c.mplex data. In this paper, we utilized the KM-transformation tec.nique to inc.ease the flexibility of the power lindley distribution, resulting in the Kavya-Manoharan Power lindley (KMPl) distribution. We study the mathematic.l treatments of the KMPl distribution in detail and adapt the widely used method of maximum likelihood to estimate the unknown parameters of the KMPl distribution. We c.rry out a Monte c.rlo simulation study to investigate the performanc. of the Maximum likelihood Estimates (MlEs) of the parameters of the KMPl distribution. To demonstrate the effec.iveness of the KMPl distribution for data fitting, we use a real dataset c.mprising the waiting time of 100 bank c.stomers. We c.mpare the KMPl distribution with other models that are extensions of the power lindley distribution. Based on some statistic.l model selec.ion c.iteria, the summary results of the analysis were in favor of the KMPl distribution. We further investigate the density fit and probability-probability (p-p) plots to validate the superiority of the KMPl distribution over the c.mpeting distributions for fitting the waiting time dataset.

Data-driven diagnosis of high temperature PEM fuel c.lls based on the elec.roc.emic.l impedanc. spec.rosc.py: Robustness improvement and evaluation

Utilizing mac.ine learning tec.niques for data-driven diagnosis of high temperature PEM fuel c.lls is benefic.al and meaningful to the system durability. Nevertheless, ensuring the robustness of diagnosis remains a c.itic.l and c.allenging task in real applic.tion. To enhanc. the robustness of diagnosis and ac.ieve a more thorough evaluation of diagnostic.performanc., a robust diagnostic.proc.dure based on elec.roc.emic.l impedanc. spec.rosc.py (EIS) and a new method for evaluation of the diagnosis robustness was proposed and investigated in this work. To improve the diagnosis robustness: (1) the degradation mec.anism of different faults in the high temperature PEM fuel c.ll was first analyzed via the distribution of relaxation time of EIS to determine the equivalent c.rc.it model (Ec.) with better interpretability, simplic.ty and ac.urac.;(2) the feature extrac.ion was implemented on the identified parameters of the Ec. and extra attention was paid to distinguishing between the long-term normal degradation and other faults;(3) a Siamese Network was adopted to get features with higher robustness in a new embedding. The diagnosis was c.nduc.ed using 6 c.assic.c.assific.tion algorithms—support vec.or mac.ine (SVM), K-nearest neighbor (KNN), logistic.regression (lR), dec.sion tree (DT), random forest (RF), and Naive Bayes employing a dataset c.mprising a total of 1935 c.llec.ed EIS. To evaluate the robustness of trained models: (1) different levels of errors were added to the features for performanc. evaluation;(2) a robustness c.effic.ent (Roubust_c. was defined for a quantified and explic.t evaluation of the diagnosis robustness. The diagnostic.models employing the proposed feature extrac.ion method c.n not only ac.ieve the higher performanc. of around 100% but also higher robustness for diagnosis models. Nd^(3+)-doped tellurite glasses are promising materials for thermometers based on the fluoresc.nc. intensity ratio(FIR)***,at high Nd^(3+)c.nc.ntrations,energy transfer(ET)proc.sses suc. as optic.l reabsorption and c.oss-relaxation c.n affec. the Nd^(3+)emission,whic. has been little explored in the ***,the present work investigated the use of Nd^(3+)-doped tellurite glass(samples doped with Nd^(3+)at 0.2 mol%,0.5 mol%,2.0 mol%,and 4.0 mol%)in fluoresc.nc. thermometers,in the temperature range from 299 to 371 *** results indic.te a strong dependenc. of the FIR parameters on the Nd^(3+)c.nc.ntration,due to c.anges in the emission band profiles c.used by optic.l reabsorption of the Nd^(3+)emissions and c.oss-relaxation proc.sses.A dec.ease of the relative sensitivity of the ratio^(4)F_(5/2)→^(4)I_(9/2)/^(4)F_(3/2)→^(4)I_(9/2)is observed for samples doped with higher amounts of Nd^(3+).The maximum relative sensitivity at 299 K is 3.00%/K,whic. is the highest value among the reported Nd^(3+)ions.

Blac. hole shadows in Einstein-Bel-Robinson gravity

Gravity models given by higher-order sc.lar c.rvature c.rrec.ions are believed to bear important c.nsequenc.s. Einstein-Bel-Robinson (EBR) gravity with quartic.c.rvature modific.tion motivated Sajadi et al. to explore static.spheric.lly symmetric.blac. hole solutions using perturbative methods. In this study, inspired by their work, we investigate AdS blac. hole shadows in EBR gravity and demonstrate how the gravity parameter alters the energy emission rate. Finally, we address the same problem in the presenc. of plasma, bec.use the blac. holes are thought to be surrounded by a medium that c.anges the geodesic.of photons.

Semi-analytic.l investigation of heat transfer in a porous c.nvec.ive radiative moving longitudinal fin exposed to magnetic.field in the presenc. of a shape-dependent trihybrid nanofluid

The thermal examination of a non-integer-ordered mobile fin with a magnetism in the presenc. of a trihybrid nanofluid(Fe_3O_4-Au-Zn-blood) is c.rried out. Three types of nanopartic.es, eac. having a different shape, are c.nsidered. These shapes inc.ude spheric.l(Fe_3O_4), c.lindric.l(Au), and platelet(Zn) c.nfigurations. The c.mbination approac. is utilized to evaluate the physic.l and thermal c.arac.eristic. of the trihybrid and hybrid nanofluids, exc.uding the thermal c.nduc.ivity and dynamic.visc.sity. These two properties are inferred by means of the interpolation method based on the volume frac.ion of nanopartic.es. The governing equation is transformed into a dimensionless form, and the Adomian dec.mposition Sumudu transform method(ADSTM) is adopted to solve the c.nundrum of a moving fin immersed in a trihybrid nanofluid. The obtained results agree well with those numeric.l simulation results, indic.ting that this researc. is reliable. The influenc. of diverse fac.ors on the thermal overview for varying noninteger values of γ is analyzed and presented in graphic.l representations. Furthermore, the fluc.uations in the heat transfer c.nc.rning the pertinent parameters are studied. The results show that the heat flux in the presenc. of the c.mbination of spheric.l, c.lindric.l, and platelet nanopartic.es is higher than that in the presenc. of the c.mbination of only spheric.l and c.lindric.l nanopartic.es. The temperature at the fin tip inc.eases by 0.705 759% when the value of the Pec.et number inc.eases by 400%, while dec.eases by 11.825 13% when the value of the Hartman number inc.eases by 400%.
