该研究评估了醋酸菌粉末对急性摄入酒精引起的肝脂质蓄积和氧化损伤的影响。将25只雄性ICR小鼠随机分为对照组、乙醇组、醋冻干粉高(45 mg/kg)、中(15 mg/kg)、低(7.5 mg/kg)剂量组。油红O染色观察肝脏病理变化;测定各组小鼠肝脏中甘油三酸酯(TG)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)含量;分析醋酸菌粉末组小鼠的乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)和乙醛脱氢酶(ALDH)酶活性。结果表明,与乙醇组相比,高剂量组TG浓度显著降低(P0.05),脂肪变性程度减轻;醋酸菌粉末组小鼠的ADH和ALDH酶活性分别为0.48 U/mg和1.38 U/mg。综上,摄入醋酸菌粉末可以减轻急性摄入酒精引起的肝脂质蓄积和氧化损伤。

建筑信息模型(building information modeling,BIM)技术的发展被视为建筑行业的第二次革命,BIM应用的第一步就是搭建3D建筑信息模型。然而手工搭建BIM模型的效率低下,因此结合Auto CAD及Revit二次开发技术,实现基于建筑平面图的三维快速重建功能。在重建过程中,首先对建筑平面图中的数据进行提取,对重要建筑构件识别进行研究,即对直线墙体、门窗进行识别。在此基础上,利用数据分块思想,提出了自适应分块的墙体轮廓提取算法,解决了墙线段断开的情况,有效地提取到墙体的轮廓及其中的坐标点,从而实现了墙体、门窗的三维重建,提高了BIM建模效率。

探究了含醋酸菌粉末的食品(acetic acid bacterial powder-containing food,AF)对急性酒精性肝损伤的缓解作用。利用美国癌症研究所(Institute of Cancer Research,ICR)小鼠(雄性,20~22 g),随机分为对照组、乙醇组和乙醇+AF组。乙醇组按12 mL/kg口服给予50%(体积分数)乙醇。乙醇+AF组中按小鼠体重分别进行低、中、高3种不同剂量的AF灌胃处理(0.033、0.067、0.200 g/kg)。通过测量肝损伤的血清标志物、氧化应激标志物、甘油三酸酯(triglyceride,TG),并进行肝组织病理学观察,从而比较不同浓度AF对肝脏损伤的缓解作用。结果表明,与对照组相比,通过乙醇摄入可以观察到血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)水平升高和肝脏还原型谷胱甘肽(reduced glutathione,GSH)水平降低。通过摄入0.200 mg/kg的AF可以缓解相应指标的变化。摄入乙醇引起肝脏TG水平升高和组织病理学评分降低,而AF给药可缓解肝脏TG水平升高和组织病理学评分降低。结果表明,摄入AF可减轻急性酒精性肝损伤。

针对传统智能视频监控系统不能及时准确地发现危险或者发现危险不能及时报警的问题,提出一种基于模糊迭代自组织数据分析聚类结合直方图熵值算法的异常行为智能检测方法。该方法通过模糊迭代自组织数据分析聚类方法获取视频关键帧,根据分类结果采用直方图熵值法对异常行为进行判断。实验结果表明,所提算法可以对具有复杂背景的监控区域有效地实现人体的检测,并且能准确地识别出人体异常的动态行为,有效地减少了住宅小区和养老院的安全隐患。

In the context of the“dual carbon”goals,to address issues such as high energy consumption,high costs,and low power quality in the rapid development of electrified railways,this study focused on the China Railways High-Speed 5 Electric Multiple Unit and proposed a mathematical model and capacity optimization method for an onboard energy storage system using lithium batteries and supercapacitors as storage ***,considering the electrical characteristics,weight,and volume of the storage media,a mathematical model of the energy storage system was ***,to tackle problems related to energy consumption and power quality,an energy management strategy was proposed that comprehensively considers peak shaving and valley filling and power quality by controlling the charge/discharge thresholds of the storage *** optimization adopted a bilevel programming model,with the series/parallel number of storage modules as variables,considering constraints imposed by the Direct Current to Direct Current converter,train load,and *** improved Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm and linear programming solver were used to solve specific *** results show that the proposed onboard energy storage system can effectively achieve energy savings,reduce consumption,and improve power qualitywhile meeting the load and space limitations of the train.

As battery deployments in electric vehicles and energy storage systems grow, ensuring homogeneous performance across units is crucial. We propose a multi-derivative imaging fusion(MDIF) model, employing advanced imaging and machine learning to predict battery aging trajectories from minimal initial data, thus facilitating effective performance grouping before deployment. Utilizing a derivative strategy and Gramian Angular Difference Field for dimensional enhancement, the MDIF model uncovers subtle predictive features from discharge curve data after only ten cycles. The architecture includes a parallel convolutional neural network with lateral connections to enhance feature integration and *** on a self-developed dataset, the model achieves an average root-mean-square error of 0.047 Ah and an average mean absolute percentage error of 1.60%, demonstrating high precision and *** robustness is further validated through transfer learning on two publicly available datasets, adapting with minimal retraining. This approach significantly reduces the testing cycles required, lowering both time and costs associated with battery testing. By enabling precise battery behavior predictions with limited data, the MDIF model optimizes battery utilization and deployment strategies, enhancing system efficiency and sustainability.

The new energy power generation is becoming increasingly important in the power *** as photovoltaic power generation has become a research hotspot,however,due to the characteristics of light radiation changes,photovoltaic power generation is unstable and random,resulting in a low utilization rate and directly affecting the stability of the power *** solve this problem,this paper proposes a coordinated control strategy for a newenergy power generation system with a hybrid energy storage unit based on the lithium iron phosphate-supercapacitor hybrid energy storage ***,the variational mode decomposition algorithm is used to separate the high and low frequencies of the power signal,which is conducive to the rapid and accurate suppression of the power fluctuation of the energy storage ***,the fuzzy control algorithm is introduced to balance the power between energy *** this paper,the actual data is used for simulation,and the simulation results show that the strategy realizes the effective suppression of the bus voltage fluctuation and the accurate control of the internal state of the energy storage unit,effectively avoiding problems such as overshoot and over-discharge,and can significantly improve the stability of the photovoltaic power generation systemand the stability of the Direct Current *** is of great significance to promote the development of collaborative control technology for photovoltaic hybrid energy storage units.
