Chiral metasurfaces have different electromagnetic responses with circularly polarized lights,showing as circular dichroism and optical activity.Here,a novel kind of all-silicon chiral metasurface is proposed by introducing destructive interference between achiral meta-atoms.The maximum value of circular dichroism spectra can reach 0.49.By adding an antireflective layer at the side of the silicon substrate,the maximum circular dichroism reaches 0.54.What is more,the bandwidth of circular dichroism greater than 0.4 reaches 0.15 THz.Two samples are fabricated to verify the feasibility of this scheme,and the experimental results are in good agreement with the simulations.In addition,the proposed scheme can also be used to generate various interesting functions,such as beam control and vortex generator.This flexible and efficient implementation solution of chiral metasurface can bring new ideas to the development of chiral devices in the future.

目的系统评价BRAF V600E基因突变的检测与细针穿刺细胞学(fine needle aspiration cytology,FNAC)对甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)的诊断价值。方法计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(WANFANG)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane图书馆,自2019年1月至2022年12月以病理组织诊断为“金标准”,对比分析BRAF V600E基因突变的检测与FNAC诊断PTC的诊断性试验文献,应用Review Manager 5.0、MetaDiSc软件进行Meta分析,并绘制汇总受试者工作特征(SROC)曲线,计算曲线下面积。结果最终纳入32篇文献共计7223枚甲状腺结节,BRAF V600E基因突变检测和FNAC诊断PTC合并敏感性分别为0.79(95%CI:0.78~0.80)和0.78(95%CI:0.77~0.79);特异性分别为0.96(95%CI:0.95~0.97)和0.90(95%CI:0.89~0.91);诊断比数比分别为64.87(95%CI:33.96~123.94)和22.55(95%CI:14.47~35.14);两种诊断方法联合的敏感性、特异性、诊断比数比分别为0.92(95%CI:0.91~0.93)、0.93(95%CI:0.92~0.94)和141.37(95%CI:85.30~234.31)。SROC曲线下面积分别为0.89、0.88和0.97。结论BRAF V600E基因突变的检测对于PTC的诊断具有较高的特异性,可以有效减少细胞学诊断意义不明确甲状腺结节患者的不必要手术比率,但是其较低的敏感性,限制了其在临床诊断中的单独应用。BRAF V600E基因突变检测联合FNAC应用于PTC的诊断,具有较高的敏感性和特异性,对PTC的术前诊断具有重要的临床意义。

The preparation of high-quality perovskite films with optimal morphologies is important for achieving highperformance perovskite photodetectors(PPDs). An effective strategy to optimize the morphologies is to add antisolvents during the spin-coating steps. In this work, a novel environment-friendly antisolvent tert-amyl alcohol(TAA) is employed first to improve the quality of perovskite films, which can effectively regulate the formation of an intermediate phase staged in between a liquid precursor phase and a solid perovskite phase due to its moderate polarity and further promote the homogeneous nucleation and crystal growth, thus leading to the formation of high-quality perovskite films and enhanced photodetector performance. As a result, the responsivity of the PPD reaches 1.56 A/W under the illumination of 532 nm laser with the power density of 6.37 μW=cm^(2) at a bias voltage of -2 V, which is good responsivity for PPDs with the vertical structure and only CH_(3)NH_(3)PbI_(3) perovskite as the photosensitive material. The corresponding detectivity reaches 1.47×10^(12) Jones, while the linear dynamic range reaches 110 dB. These results demonstrate that our developed green antisolvent TAA has remarkable advantages for the fabrication of high-performance PPDs and can provide a reference for similar research work.

Harmonic L~p-functions on Complete Riemannian Manifolds

This survey paper concerns some existence theorems of harmonic functions belonging to LP (M), M being a complete Riemannian manifold. It is well known that a function which is analytic and bounded on the whole complex plane must reduce to a constant.This classical result, known as Liouville’s theorem, is also true on a higher-dimensional Euclidean spaces. The generalization of this theorem to other Riemannian manifolds is very interesting. Besides its beauty, the proof usally requires sharp estimates which provide deeper understanding of the Laplacian and hence give broad applications to problems in global analysis.The basic problem in this paper is to study how the geometric conditions of a complete Riemannian manifold affect the validity of the Liouville theorem. The paper consists of two parts. Part I describes the results systematically and Part I will be more technical and will contain the detailed proofs of the results given in the first part.
