This study entailed an investigation of the mechanical properties, microstructural and texture orientation evolutions of CuDCrDCoDTi alloys prepared via twostage cryorolling and intermediate aging treatment. To this end, X-ray diffraction and electron backscatter diffraction were employed. The results indicate that the two-stage cryorolling and intermediate aging treatments led to the development of profuse twin bundles and significantly enhanced the mechanical properties. The initial cryorolling led to coplanar slip and developed a strong Y({111} ) orientation, accelerating the formation of Goss({011} ) orientation and a Brass-type *** intermediate aging treatment relieved the restriction on dislocation slip and reoriented the grains toward the Copper({112} ) and Z({111} ) *** Z orientation, with a relatively high volume fraction,dominated the macrotexture. Secondary cryorolling intensified twinning and shear banding, transforming the Copper-type shear bands into Brass-type shear bands with rhomboidal prism morphology. The areas inside the Brasstype shear bands exhibited a Y orientation, and the areas outside the shear bands exhibited a stable Brass-type texture. The evident decrease in the weighted Schmid factors demonstrated that the two-stage cryorolling and intermediate aging treatment can modify the texture evolution and aid the design of high-performance Cu alloys.

The rapid urban development has caused serious problems such as high energy consumption and carbon emissions, especially under the context of climate change. Buildings are particularly energy-intensive, generating about one third of global energyrelated carbon emissions. Compared with active solutions(like mechanical systems), passive solutions offer the potential to balance energy consumption, thermal comfort, and ecological benefits. One potential solution is the integration of green glass space(GGS) into passive building design. GGS is a transitional building space with glass curtain walls that exhibit excellent insulation performance during winter. However, GGS is susceptible to overheating during summer, which limits its ***, this work proposes a strategy of integrating vertical greenery into GGS, leveraging the nature-based solution of greenery(i.e., flourishes in summer and withers in winter) to address this seasonal challenge of GGS. The results demonstrated that the strategic application of vertical greenery can effectively mitigate the overheating in GGS and improve comprehensive benefits. By using full coverage of vertical greenery in a linear layout, the air temperature of GGS and cooling energy consumption were largely reduced by 8.02℃ and 12.2%, respectively, while the carbon abatement was enhanced by up to 101.11 tons. Based on a comprehensive evaluation of energy, economy, and environmental benefits, it is recommended to use a greenery configuration with 50% coverage in a vertical linear layout for GGS. The integration of greenery into building design can mitigate adverse environmental impacts, reduce energy consumption, and contribute to the sustainable development of low-carbon cities.

A Practical Predefined-Time Stability Criterion and Its Application to Uncertain Nonlinear Systems

In this paper, the singularity-free predefined-time fuzzy adaptive tracking control problem is studied for non-strict feedback(NSF) nonlinear systems considering mismatched external disturbances. An innovative practical predefined-time stability(PPTS) criterion is proposed to provide the theoretical basis for subsequent control design. Compared to the existing predefined-time stability(PTS) criterion, this criterion has a broader application range and can solve the control design issues of nonlinear systems with system uncertainties. Fuzzy logic systems(FLSs) are employed to identify unknown nonlinear functions. Based on the backstepping control technology, a singularity-free predefined-time control(PTC) design method is proposed, in which the hyperbolic tangent function is utilized to avoid the singular problem, and the nature of fuzzy basis function is adopted to resolve the algebraic loop problem. The PPTS of the closed-loop NSF nonlinear system is proven with the Lyapunov theory and the proposed PPTS criterion. Ultimately, the efficiency of the presented PTC design method is verified by several sets of simulations on a single link manipulator system.

To understand the catalytic conversion of lignin into high-value products,lignin depolymerization was performed using a layered polymetallic oxide(CuMgAlO_(x))*** effects of the conversion temperature,hydrogen pressure,and reaction time were studied,and the ability of CuMgAlO_(x)to break the C–O bond was *** CuMgAlO_(x)(Mg/Al=3:1)catalyst contained acidic sites and had a relatively homogeneous elemental distribution with a high pore size and specific surface ***β-O-4 was almost completely converted by disassociating the C–O bond,resulting in yields of 14.74%ethylbenzene,47.58%α-methylphenyl ethanol,and 36.43%*** highest yield of lignin-derived monophenols was 85.16%under reaction conditions of 280℃ and 3 Mpa for 4 *** the reaction progressed,depolymerization and condensation reactions occurred *** temperatures(>280℃)and pressures(>3 Mpa)tended to produce solid *** study establishes guidelines for the high-value application of industrial lignin in the catalytic conversion of polymetallic oxides.

贵州省是我国喀斯特生态系统的典型分布区,生态敏感且脆弱,同时其也曾是我国的连片特困区,经济发展愿望迫切。对区域环境-经济发展状况及相互作用关系进行研究具有重要意义。研究从植被净生态系统生产力、土壤碳储量、岩溶碳通量三方面计算了贵州省陆地生态系统碳吸收,以能源燃烧排放的CO_(2)表征碳排放量,对区域碳吸收和碳排放的时空变化特征进行剖析,在此基础上构建环境碳负荷指数和脱钩弹性系数,用于解析贵州省碳收支状况及环境碳负荷与经济发展之间的脱钩关系。结果显示:(1)贵州省植被净生态系统生产力均值为257.72 g C/m^(2),呈逐步增强趋势,空间上呈现西高东低、南高北低的分布格局;岩溶碳通量的均值为6.71 t C/km^(2),年际波动较大,集中分布在研究区东北和西南部;土壤碳储量的均值为8.38 t/hm^(2),其高值区主要位于研究区南部和东部边缘;(2)区域碳排放呈现出了逐年增长的特征,表明了能源消耗的增强,形成了以城市高值区为中心向外辐射递减,各点之间以道路连通为特征的分布格局;(3)环境碳负荷指数呈逐年增长趋势,表征区域面临的环境压力越来越大,特别是在贵州省主城区出现了明显的收支不平衡,能源结构优化亟待加强;(4)综合脱钩状态整体以弱脱钩和扩张连接为主,且随时间推移脱钩状态由弱脱钩向扩张连接转变,说明环境保护滞后于经济发展,也就意味着贵州省经济的发展一定程度上牺牲了环境保护。未来应进一步强化生态修复工程的可持续性,同时发展绿色经济以促进区域生态-经济可持续发展。

为了解决高原铁路站房部分区域在强太阳辐射的影响下出现过热、地板辐射供暖系统能耗浪费的问题,以某高原铁路车站为研究对象,根据站房内太阳照射情况对地板辐射系统提出了分区供暖方案;利用建筑能耗模拟软件Energyplus对该铁路站房进行模拟分析,对比了地板辐射系统分区前后站房内的热环境和系统供暖量.结果表明:地板辐射系统采用统一的设计及运行控制方案供暖时,站房内太阳直射影响区的平均操作温度在日间最高可达27℃,与非直射影响区之间的温差超过5℃;在地板辐射系统分区供暖时,直射影响区的平均操作温度最高为26℃,室内温度分布更为均匀,局部过热现象得到缓解;在保证站房热舒适性的前提下,地板辐射系统的分区供暖方案能够使直射影响区整个供暖季的供暖量降低38.2%.

Inonotus obliquus， an edible and medicinal fungus， has proven to be beneficial for relieving body aging. Previous research has shown that Inonotus obliquus polysaccharide (IOP) can effectively reduce oxidative stress and alleviate photoaging in UVB-treated HaCaT cells. However， the underlying mechanism is still unclear. This study aimed to investigate the mechanism through which IOP mitigates skin photodamage by modulating mitochondrial autophagy through both in vivo and in vitro experiments. The results indicated that IOP alleviated the thickening of the stratum corneum and inflammatory infiltration caused by UVB radiation. Moreover， IOP effectively inhibited the mRNA expression of MMP1 and MMP3 to prevent collagen breakdown and decreased the expression of aging-related proteins (P53 and P21) and inflammatory factors (TNF-α and IFN-γ) in UVB-induced mice. Both in vitro and in vivo studies demonstrated that IOP increased Sirt3 expression， activated the Foxo3a/PINK1-Parkin pathway and enhanced mitochondrial autophagy to reduce photodamage. Additionally， IOP could regulate the gut microbes in photodamaged mice and increase the relative abundance of Clostridium＿XlVa， Desulfovibrio， and Barnesiella， which are important for protecting the intestinal barrier and alleviating intestinal dysfunction. These results provide a theoretical foundation for the use of IOP as a natural component to reduce skin photodamage.

Background:Liver cancer is largely resistant to *** study aimed to identify the effective chemotherapeutics forβ-catenin-activated liver cancer which is caused by gain-of-function mutation of catenin beta 1(CTNNB1),the most frequently altered proto-oncogene in hepatic ***:Constitutiveβ-catenin-activated mouse embryonic fibroblasts(MEFs)were established by deleting exon 3(β-catenin^(Δ(ex3)/+)),the most common mutation site in CTNNB1 gene.A screening of 12 widely used chemotherapy drugs was conducted for the ones that selectively inhibitedβ-catenin^(Δ(ex3)/+)but not for wild-type *** metabolomics was carried out to examine the alterations of metabolites in nucleotide *** efficacy and selectivity of methotrexate(MTX)onβ-catenin-activated human liver cancer cells were determined in ***-deficient nude mice subcutaneously inoculated withβ-catenin wild-type or mutant liver cancer cells and hepatitis B virus(HBV);β-catenin^(lox(ex3)/+)mice were used,respectively,to evaluate the efficacy of MTX in the treatment ofβ-catenin mutant liver ***:MTX was identified and validated as a preferential agent against the proliferation and tumor formation ofβ-catenin-activated *** nucleotide synthesis was the major metabolic aberration inβ-catenin-active cells,and this alteration was also the target of ***,MTX abrogated hepatocarcinogenesis of HBV;β-catenin^(lox(ex3)/+)mice,which stimulated concurrent Ctnnb1-activated mutation and HBV infection in liver ***:MTX is a promising chemotherapeutic agent forβ-catenin hyperactive liver *** repurposing MTX has the advantages of lower risk,shorter timelines,and less investment in drug discovery and development,a clinical trial is warranted to test its efficacy in the treatment ofβ-catenin mutant liver cancer.
