The oxygen octahedral rotation(OOR)forms fundamental atomic distortions and symmetries in perovskite oxides and definitely determines their properties and ***,epitaxial strain and interfacial structural coupling engineering have been developed to modulate the OOR patterns and explore novel properties,but it is difficult to distinguish the 2 ***,different symmetries are induced in Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_(3)(NBT)epitaxial films by interfacial oxygen octahedral coupling rather than epitaxial *** NBT film grown on the Nb:SrTiO_(3)substrate exhibits a paraelectric tetragonal phase,while with La_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)MnO_(3)as a buffer layer,a monoclinic phase and robust ferroelectricity are obtained,with a remanent polarization of 42μC cm^(-2)and a breakdown strength of 7.89 MV cm^(-1),which are the highest record among NBT-based ***,the interfacial oxygen octahedral coupling effect is demonstrated to propagate to the entire thickness of the film,suggesting an intriguing long-range *** work provides a deep insight into understanding the structure modulation in perovskite heterostructures and an important avenue for achieving unique functionalities.

The d-d orbital coupling induced by crystal-phase engineering can effectively adjust the electronic structure of electrocatalysts,thus showing significant catalytic performance,while it has been rarely explored in electrochemical acetonitrile reduction reaction(ARR)to ***,we successfully realize the structural transformation of Pd Cu metallic aerogels(MAs)from face-centered cubic(FCC)to body-centered cubic(BCC)through annealing ***,the BCC Pd Cu MAs exhibit excellent ARR performance with high ethylamine selectivity of 90.91%,Faradaic efficiency of 88.60%,yield rate of 316.0 mmol h^(-1)g^(-1)_(Pd+Cu)and long-term stability for consecutive electrolysis within 20 h at-0.55 V *** hydrogen electrode,outperforming than those of FCC Pd Cu *** the membrane electrode assembly system,BCC Pd Cu MAs also demonstrate excellent ethylamine yield rate of 389.5 mmol h^(-1)g^(-1)_(Pd+Cu).Density functional theory calculation reveals that the d-d orbital coupling in BCC Pd Cu MAs results in an evident correlation effect for the interaction of Pd and Cu sites,which boosts up the Cu sites electronic activities to enhance ARR *** work opens a new route to develop efficient ARR electrocatalysts from the perspective of crystalline structure transformation.

以某高负荷、跨声速压气机叶栅为研究对象,应用数值模拟手段探讨通过抽吸控制激波从而控制附面层发展的可行方法。研究结果表明:随着抽吸量的增加吸力面马赫数峰值提高,激波损失增加,同时使得吸力面马赫数峰值点位置后移,附面层分离减弱,分离的减弱所导致的总压恢复系数增加量要远大于激波强度增加所导致的总压恢复系数减小量;抽吸对叶栅性能改善存在一个最佳抽吸量1.2%;在保证叶栅静压压升不变的前提下,相对于未抽吸条件1.2%抽吸使得叶栅总压恢复系数提高10%,扩散因子降低18%,落后角减小5°;通道激波后实施附面层小流量抽吸不能有效改善附面层内部流动参数,当实现前缘入射斜激波投射点位于通道激波上游时,叶表附面层流动得到较大改善。

To improve the plastic deformation performance of a 08AL carbon steel ultra-thin strip,a pulsed electric field was integrated into the plastic processing of the ultra-thin strip,and the effects of high-energy current on its deformation ability were ***-assisted tensile tests were employed,and the results clarified that the pulsed current could reduce the activation energy of faults and promoted dislocation slip within grains and at grain boundaries,leading to a decrease in the deformation resistance of the metal and an increase in its plastic *** the current density of 2.0 A/mm2,the yield strength,tensile strength,and elongation of the rolled sample reached 425 MPa,467 MPa,and 12.5%,*** the rolling process,it was found that the pulsed current promoted the dynamic recrystallization of the ultra-thin strip,reduced its dislocation density and deformation resistance,and promoted the coordinated deformation of the metal.

High density and safe storage of hydrogen are the preconditions for the large-scale application of hydrogen ***,the hydrogen storage properties of Ti_(0.6)Zr_(0.4)Cr_(0.6)Mn_(1.4) alloys are systematically studied by introducing Y element instead of Ti element through vacuum arc *** the partial substitution of Y,a second phase of rare earth oxide is added in addition to the main suction hydrogen phase,C14 Laves *** to the unique properties of rare earth elements,the partial substitution of Y can not only improve the activation properties and plateau pressure of the alloys,but also increase the effective hydrogen storage capacity of the *** comprehensive properties of hydrogen storage alloys are improved by multidimensional regulation of rare earth *** them,Ti_(0.552)Y_(0.048)Zr_(0.4)Cr_(0.6)Mn_(1.4) has the best comprehensive *** alloy can absorb hydrogen without activation at room temperature and 5 MPa,with a maximum hydrogen storage capacity of 1.98 wt.%.At the same time,it reduces the stability of the hydride and the enthalpy change value,making it easier to release *** theoretical analysis and first-principle simulation,the results show that the substitution of Y element reduces the migration energy barrier of hydrogen and the structural stability of the system,which is conducive to hydrogen *** alloy has superior durability compared to the original alloy,and the capacity retention rate was 96.79%after 100 hydrogen absorption/desorption cycles.

BACKGROUND:This study aims to explore whether Xuebijing(XBJ) can improve intestinal microcirculation dysfunction in sepsis and its ***:A rat model of sepsis was established by cecal ligation and puncture(CLP).A total of 30 male SD rats were divided into four groups:sham group,CLP group,XBJ + axitinib group,and XBJ *** was intraperitoneally injected 2 h before *** data(blood pressure and heart rate) were *** intestinal microcirculation data of the rats were analyzed via microcirculation ***-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) kits were used to detect the serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in the *** analysis and transmission electron microscopy were used to analyze the injury of small intestinal microvascular endothelial cells and small intestinal mucosa in *** expression of vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGF-A),phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI3K),phosphorylated PI3K(p-PI3K),protein kinase B(Akt),and phosphorylated Akt(p-Akt) in the small intestine was analyzed via Western ***:XBJ improved intestinal microcirculation dysfunction in septic rats,alleviated the injury of small intestinal microvascular endothelial cells and small intestinal mucosa,and reduced the systemic inflammatory ***,XBJ upregulated the expression of VEGF-A,p-PI3K/total PI3K,and p-Akt/total Akt in the rat small ***:XBJ may improve intestinal microcirculation dysfunction in septic rats possibly through the VEGF-A/PI3K/Akt signaling pathway.

Background:Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)persists as a dominant cause of cancer-related mortality globally,with a notably rapid escalation in mortality *** advent of immunotherapy,particularly immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs),has ushered in a new era in the management of liver cancer,albeit with unresolved challenges in the context of treatment beyond progression(TBP)and stratified prognosis in diverse *** study aimed to develop and validate a novel nomogram model to identify factors that predict the benefit of continued immunotherapy for hepatocellular carcinoma patients following disease progression in clinical ***:This study retrospectively analyzed the efficacy of ICIs in TBP,focusing on the Chinese population with advanced liver cancer.A nomogram was constructed based on four independent risk factors identified through Cox multivariate analysis,aiming to predict patient prognosis post-ICI *** model was validated through receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis and categorized patients into high-,intermediate-,and low-risk groups,with further validation using calibration plots and decision curve analysis(DCA).Results:The low-risk group demonstrated significantly enhanced overall survival(OS)compared to the high-risk group,with the nomogram predictions aligning closely with actual outcomes for 6-and 9-month *** model exhibited commendable predictive accuracy,achieving a C-index exceeding 0.7 in both training and validation *** DCA underscored the clinical utility of the nomogram-based prognostic model,further substantiated by the area under the ROC curve(AUC).Conclusions:The developed nomogram presents a potentially valuable tool for predicting the prognosis of HCC patients undergoing ICI therapy beyond progression,particularly within the Chinese ***,the study is constrained by its retrospective,single-center nature and necessitates further validation through large-scale,multicente

MOF-derived 1D CGO Cathode for Efficient Solid Oxide Electrolysis Cells

Solid oxide electrolysis cells(SOECs)provide a promising way for converting renewable energy into chemical ***,NiO/CGO(nickel-gadolinium doped ceria)cermet has shown its excellent properties in ionic and electronic conductivity under reducing ***,we developed a novel 1D NiO/CGO cathode through a cerium metal-organic framework(MOF)derived *** cathode’s 1D nanostructure integrated with a microchannel scaffold facilitates enhanced mass transport,providing vertically aligned pathways for CO_(2)and H_(2)O ***,the 1D framework increases the number of interfacial sites and reduces ion diffusion distances,thereby simplifying electron/ion ***,this advanced cathode achieved a significant breakthrough in SOEC performance,maintaining efficient CO_(2)and H_(2)O electrolysis at an extraordinary current density of 1.41 A/cm^(2)at 1.5 V and excellent stability over 24 h at 850℃.The enhanced performance of this newly developed cathode not only achieves a remarkable 100%improvement compared to those of NiO/CGO cathodes with varying geometrical configurations but also surpasses those of commercial NiO/CGO catalysts by an outstanding 40%when tested under identical *** development of the 1D NiO/CGO enhances the efficiency and durability of ceramic cathodes for CO_(2)and H_(2)O co-electrolysis in SOECs and improves the scalability and effectiveness of SOECs in renewable energy applications.

Tartary buckwheat(Fagopyrum tataricum)is a well-known pseudocereal for its health and economic ***,abundant antinutritional factors(ANFs)reduces its health *** reported,germination can improve the nutritional profile of *** this study,we systematically evaluate the safety of Tartary buckwheat seeds(TB)and Tartary buckwheat sprouts(TBS)used as high active *** evaluating nutrition levels,bioactive compounds and ANFs in TBS during germinating,5^(th)-day TBS were selected as the raw material.C57BL/6J mice were gavaged daily with distilled water,TB,or TBS for 6 *** physiological indices related to ANFs were *** showed that the TB intake tends to generate negative effects on the gut microbiota,and ***,upon TB intake,the Fe^(3+)content in serum,trypsin activity in pancreas and jejunum decreased,while the cytokine,IgE,and histamine levels in serum,water content in faeces,cytokine levels in liver and jejunum ***,TBS did not induce any obvious negative effects on the above relevant indices and showed better lipid-lowering ***,TBS are safer and more effective as a raw material to produce the functional food for long-term consumption with the intention of preventing and treating hyperlipidaemia.
