Background:The conversion of adenosine(A)to inosine(I)through deamination is the prevailing form of RNA editing,impacting numerous nuclear and cytoplasmic transcripts across various eukaryotic *** of high-confidence RNA editing sites have been identified and integrated into various RNA databases,providing a convenient platform for the rapid identification of key drivers of cancer and potential therapeutic ***,the available database for integration of RNA editing in hematopoietic cells and hematopoietic malignancies is still ***:We downloaded RNA sequencing(RNA-seq)data of 29 leukemia patients and 19 healthy donors from National Center for Biotechnology Information(NCBI)Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)database,and RNA-seq data of 12 mouse hematopoietic cell populations obtained from our previous research were also *** performed sequence alignment,identified RNA editing sites,and obtained characteristic editing sites related to normal hematopoietic development and abnormal editing sites associated with hematologic ***:We established a new database,"REDH",represents RNA editome in hematopoietic differentiation and *** is a curated database of associations between RNA editome and *** integrates 30,796 editing sites from 12 murine adult hematopoietic cell populations and systematically characterizes more than 400,000 edited events in malignant hematopoietic samples from 48 cohorts(human).Through the Differentiation,Disease,Enrichment,and knowledge modules,each A-to-I editing site is systematically integrated,including its distribution throughout the genome,its clinical information(human sample),and functional editing sites under physiological and pathological ***,REDH compares the similarities and differences of editing sites between different hematologic malignancies and healthy ***:REDH is accessible at http://***/.This user-friendly database

Despite the successful application of immune checkpoint therapy,no response or recurrence is typical in lung *** stem cells(CSCs)have been identified as a crucial player in immunotherapy-related ***,a form of cell death driven by iron-dependent lipid peroxidation,is highly regulated by cellular metabolism remolding and has been shown to have synergistic effects when combined with *** adaption of CsCs drives tumor resistance,yet the mechanisms of their ferroptosis defense in tumor immune evasion remain ***,through metabolomics,transcriptomics,a lung epithelialspecific Cptla-knockout mouse model,and clinical analysis,we demonstrate that CPT1A,a key rate-limiting enzyme of fatty acid oxidation,acts with L-carnitine,derived from tumor-associated macrophages to drive ferroptosis-resistance and CD8^(+)T cells inactivation in lung ***,CPT1A restrains ubiquitination and degradation of c-Myc,while c-Myc transcriptionally activates CPT1A *** CPT1A/c-Myc positive feedback loop further enhances the cellular antioxidant capacity by activating the NRF2/GPX4 system and reduces the amount of phospholipid polyunsaturated fatty acids through ACSL4 downregulating,thereby suppressing ferroptosis in ***,targeting CPT1A enhances immune checkpoint blockadeinduced anti-tumor immunity and tumoral ferroptosis in tumor-bearing *** results illustrate the potential of a mechanismguided therapeutic strategy by targeting a metabolic vulnerability in the ferroptosis of CsCs to improve the efficacy of lung cancer immunotherapy.

The luminescence color of molecule-based photoactive materials is the key to the applications in lighting and optical *** continuous regulation of emission color in molecular systems is highly desirable but still remains a challenge due to the individual emission band of purely organic ***,a novel alloy strategy based on molecular co-crystals is *** adjusting the molar ratio of pyrene(Py)and fluorathene(Flu),three types of molecular co-crystal alloys(MCAs)assemblies are prepared involving Py-Flu-OFN-x%,Py-Flu-TFP-x%,Py-Flu-TCNB-x%.Multiple energy level structure and Förster resonance energy transfer(FRET)process endow materials with tunable full-spectra emission color in visible ***,these MCAs and co-crystals can be successfully applied to low optical loss waveguide and optical logic gate by virtue of all-color luminescence from blue across green to red,together with smooth surface of onedimensional microrods,which show promising applications as continuous light emitters for advance photonics applications.

Light emitting diode(LED) is the fourth generation lighting source,but it has some shortcomings such as complex chip packaging process and the unbalanced light color of phosphor in long-time *** this study,a kind of Eu-terephthalic acid/Tb-sulfosalicylate/ZrO_(2)/ZnZrO_(3)(Eu-PTA/Tb-SSA/ZrO_(2)/ZnZrO_(3))phosphor with warm white light emission properties was prepared,and the warm white light LED(wWLEDs) was successfully prepared by encapsulating Eu-PTA/Tb-SSA/ZrO_(2)/ZnZrO_(3) phosphors together with 270 nm *** ZrO_(2)/ZnZrO_(3),Tb-SSA/ZrO_(2)/ZnZrO_(3) and Eu-PTA/ZrO_(2)/ZnZrO_(3) samples show blue emission,green emission and red emission under deep ultraviolet(UV,270 nm) excitation,*** Tb-SSA and Eu-PTA are co-doped into ZrO_(2)/ZnZrO_(3) matrix with blue emission to achieve the warm white light emission,and the light color can be adjusted by controlling the doping amount of Eu^(3+)-and Tb^(3+).Through the excitation method of single-component phosphor by the single chip,the complex chip packaging process of w-LED can be *** doping rare earth organic complexes into porous ZrO_(2)/ZnZrO_(3) matrix,the problems of the light color unbalanced of phosphor and the low luminescence intensity of rare earth doped metal oxides composites can be solved.
