Prevalence,risk factors and clinical features of sensory A-V pattern exotropia

AIM:To investigate the potential mechanisms of A-V pattern and evaluate the surgical outcomes used in the treatment of sensory ***:The medical records of patients with sensory A-V pattern exotropia who underwent strabismus surgery between May 2014 to June 2019 was retrospectively *** control group included sensory exotropia patients without A-V pattern and concomitant A-V pattern exotropia patients with normal vision who undergone strabismus surgery over this same time *** alignment,best corrected visual acuity,oblique muscle function,and stereopsis records were ***:Among the 843 eligible patients,91(10.79%;39 males and 52 females)had A-pattern(54,6.4%)or V-pattern(37,4.4%).Age at onset of vision impairment was 4±5y and at the time of surgery was 25±*** significant negative correlations were present between impaired visual acuity and the pre-operative exodeviation(r=-0.198,P=0.016)and patterns(r=-0.207,P=0.015).Age at surgery and exodeviation in patients with concomitant A-V pattern exotropia was significantly earlier as compared with that of sensory A-V pattern exotropia and sensory exotropia(both Psignificant differences in these clinical variables between sensory exotropia with or without A-V *** and pattern were significantly reduced in patients receiving horizontal rectus surgery with or without oblique muscle surgery(both PsiON:The prevalence of sensory A-V pattern exotropia in our study is 10.79%.Visual acuity represents an important factor contributing to the occurrence and development of A-V *** horizontal rectus surgery can provide a good option for the correction of sensory A-V pattern exotropia.

Real-world evidence on the efficacy and safety of vonoprazanamoxicillin dual therapy for Helicobacter pylori treatment in elderly patients

BACKGROUND A dual therapy regimen containing amoxicillin is a common treatment option for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori(***).While substantial research supports the efficacy and safety of vonoprazan and amoxicillin(VA)dual therapy in the general population,there is still a lack of studies specifically focusing on its safety in elderly *** To evaluate efficacy and safety of VA dual therapy as first-line or rescue treatment for *** in elderly *** As a real-world retrospective study,data were collected from elderly patients aged 60 years and above who accepted VA dual therapy(vonoprazan 20 mg twice daily+amoxicillin 1000 mg thrice daily for 14 days)for *** eradication in the Department of Gastroenterology at Peking University First Hospital between June 2020 and January *** status was evaluated by^(13)C-urease breath test 6 weeks after *** adverse events(AEs)during treatment were *** In total,401 cases were ***-one cases were excluded due to loss to follow-up,lack of re-examination,or unwillingness to take *** total of 380 included cases comprised 250 who received VA dual therapy as first-line treatment and 130 who received VA dual therapy as rescue *** was successfully eradicated in 239 cases(95.6%)in the first-line treatment group and 116 cases(89.2%)in the rescue treatment *** overall incidence of AEs was 9.5%for both ***,9.2%of patients experienced an AE in the first-line treatment group and 10.0%in the rescue treatment *** patients discontinued treatment due to AE,with a discontinuation rate of 1.3%.No serious AE *** The VA dual therapy regimen as a first-line treatment and a rescue therapy was effective and safe for elderly patients aged 60 and older.

Fermi Blazars in the Zwicky Transient Facility Survey:A Correlation Study

We report on our correlation analysis for theγ-ray blazars detected with the Large Area Telescope(LAT)onboard the Fermi Gamma-ray Space Telescope(Fermi),for which we use the Fermi-LAT data and the optical zr and zg band data from the Zwicky Transient Facility survey in the time period approximately from 2018 July to *** start from the full sample of the Fermi-LAT blazars and find~38%of them as significant variables in bothγ-ray and optical *** the variables,which are 705 blazars,95 are selected as our targets based on the requirement for theγ-ray *** 15 out of the 95 blazars are found to show theγ-ray-optical correlations in the~3.7 yr time *** of the 15 blazars are classified as low synchrotron peaked(LSP)ones with the time lags between theγ-ray and optical bands in a range from-19 to+25 *** results generally fit the often-considered emission scenario for the LSP *** cases of showing~-100 days time lags are discussed,which require farther studies for *** analysis results suggest that among the detected significant variables,~23%LSPs can showγ-ray and optical correlations,while their averageγ-ray fluxes are above~4×10^(-8)photon cm^(-2)s^(-1).

基于机器视觉的海鲜花螺分类研究

针对目前人工分选海鲜花螺劳动强度大、人工成本高的问题,研究提出一种DPO-SVM海鲜花螺公母分类模型。通过灰度共生矩阵分析提取海鲜花螺外壳间隔纹理特征量,采用SVM作为公母分类模型基体,对不同纹理特征量组合进行分类效果对比,得出使用能量、熵、对比度3种特征量分类效果最好的结论。针对SVM优化问题,以PSO和WOA算法为基础提出DPO算法对SVM的重要参数c、g进行优化;对DPO-SVM性能进行测试,将测试结果与SVM、PSO-SVM、WOA-SVM测试结果对比。相比于其他3种SVM模型,DPOSVM分类准确率大幅度提升,相比于SVM,分类总准确率由85%上升至100%,上升了15%;DPO算法提高了单种群优化算法的寻优性能,相比于PSO算法,DPO算法将最佳适应度从95.26提升至98.68,提升幅度为3.47%。此外,达到最佳适应度的迭代次数由14次减少至6次,下降57.14%,显著优化了收敛速度。研究结果可为自动分拣装置中海鲜花螺公母分类提供技术参考。

In the era of time-domain,multi-messenger astronomy,the detection of transient events on the high-energy electromagnetic sky has become more important than *** gravitational wave high-energy electromagnetic counterpart all-sky monitor(GECAM)is a dedicated mission to monitor gamma-ray transients,launched in December,2020.A real-time on-board trigger and location software,using the traditional signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)method for blind search,is constrained to relatively bright signals due to the limitations in on-board computing resources and the need for real-time *** this work,we developed a ground-based pipeline for GECAM to search for various transients,especially for weak bursts missed by on-board *** pipeline includes both automatic and manual mode,offering options for blind search and targeted *** targeted search is specifically designed to search for interesting weak bursts,such as gravitational wave-associated gamma-ray bursts(GRBs).From the ground search of the data in the first year,GECAM has been triggered by 54 GRBs and other transients,including soft gamma-ray repeaters,X-ray binaries,solar flares,terrestrial gamma-ray *** report the properties of each type of triggers,such as trigger time and light *** this search pipeline and assuming a soft Band spectrum,the GRB detection sensitivity of GECAM is increased to about 1.1×10^(-8)erg cm^(-2)s^(-1)(10-1000 ke V,burst duration of 20 s).These results demonstrate that the GECAM ground search system(both blind search and targeted search)is a versatile pipeline to recover true astrophysical signals which were too weak to be found in the on-board search.

It is of great significance to find safe and effective radiosensitizers. A primary investigation has been made on fisetin's modification of radiation effect, but its radiosensitization and related mechanisms still need to be deeply clarified. Furthermore, fisetin with high hydrophobicity is difficult to dissolve in water,severely limiting its research and application. In this study, we fabricated a safe and soluble radiosensitizer fisetin micelle for precisely enhancing radiotherapy by inhibiting platelet-derived growth factor receptor-β(PDGFRβ)/signal transducer and activator of transcription 1(STAT1)/signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3)/B cell lymphoma 2(Bcl-2) signaling pathway in the tumor. Systematic and detailed studies were performed to verify its radiosensitization effect in vitro and in vivo. On the cellular level, fisetin micelles selectively increased the radiosensitivity of tumor cells(CT26 and 4T1 cells)and had little effect on the sensitivity of normal mouse cells(L929 cells) to radiation. In the mouse models of colon and breast cancers, fisetin micelles showed an efficient radiosensitization capacity without apparent toxicity. Additionally, we first found that fisetin micelles played a radiotherapy sensitization role by inhibiting the PDGFRβ/STAT1/STAT3/Bcl-2 pathway activity. In general, this work not only confirmed that fisetin micelles precisely exhibit a radiosensitization effect in vitro and in vivo, but also profoundly explored its mechanisms underlying, to provide a theoretical and experimental basis for the clinical application of fisetin micelles.
