Objective: To investigate the main components and potential mechanism of Shuxuening Injection(SXNI) in the treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI) through network pharmacology and in vivo research. Methods: The Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology(TCMSP) and Pharm Mapper databases were used to extract and evaluate the effective components of ginkgo biloba leaves, the main component of SXNI. The Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man(OMIM) and gene Cards databases were searched for disease targets and obtain the drug target and disease target intersections. The active ingredient-target network was built using Cytoscape 3.9.1 software. The STRINg database, Metascape online platform, and R language were used to obtain the key targets and signaling pathways of the anti-MIRI effects of SXNI. In order to verify the therapeutic effect of different concentrations of SXNI on MIRI in rats, 60 rats were first divided into 5 groups according to random number table method: the sham operation group, the model group, SXNI low-dose(3.68 mg/kg), medium-dose(7.35 mg/kg), and high-dose(14.7 mg/kg) groups, with 12 rats in each group. Then, another 60 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: the sham operation group, the model group, SXNI group(14.7 mg/kg), SXNI+LY294002 group,and LY294002 group, with 12 rats in each group. The drug was then administered intraperitoneally at body weight for 14 days. The main biological processes were validated using in vivo testing. Evans blue/triphenyltetrazolium chloride(TTC) double staining, hematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining, terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase d UTP nick end labeling(TUNEL) assay, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), and Western blot analysis were used to investigate the efficacy and mechanism of SXNI in MIRI rats. The deformation and fracture evolution mechanisms of the strata overlying mines mined using sublevel caving were studied via numerical ***,an expression for the normal force acting on the side face of a steeply dipping superimposed cantilever beam in the surrounding rock was deduced based on limit equilibrium *** results show the following:(1)surface displacement above metal mines with steeply dipping discontinuities shows significant step characteristics,and(2)the behavior of the strata as they fail exhibits superimposition ***,failure first occurs in certain superimposed strata slightly far from the ***,with the constant downward excavation of the orebody,the superimposed strata become damaged both upwards away from and downwards toward the *** process continues until the deep part of the steeply dipping superimposed strata forms a large-scale deep fracture plane that connects with the *** deep fracture plane generally makes an angle of 12°-20°with the normal to the steeply dipping *** effect of the constant outward transfer of strata movement due to the constant outward failure of the superimposed strata in the metal mines with steeply dipping discontinuities causes the scope of the strata movement in these mines to be larger than *** strata in the metal mines with steeply dipping discontinuities mainly show flexural toppling ***,the steeply dipping structural strata near the goaf mainly exhibit shear slipping failure,in which case the mechanical model used to describe them can be simplified by treating them as steeply dipping superimposed cantilever *** taking the steeply dipping superimposed cantilever beam that first experiences failure as the key stratum,the failure scope of the strata(and criteria for the stability of metal mines with steeply dipping discontinuities mined using sublevel caving)can be obtained via iterative computations from the ke

The umbilical cable is a vital component of subsea production systems that provide power, chemical agents, control signals et al., and its requirement for reliability is exceedingly high. However, as the umbilical cable is a composite structure comprising multiple functional units, the reliability analysis of such cables involves numerous parameters that can impact calculation efficiency. In this paper, the reliability analysis of a new kind of umbilical cable with carbon fiber rod under tension is analyzed. The global dynamic analytical model is first established to determine the maximum tension load, then the local analytical model of umbilical cable including each unit are constructed by finite element method(FEM). Based on the mechanical analytical model, the reliability of umbilical cable under tension load is studied using response surface method(RSM) and Monte Carlo method. During the calculation process, a new tangent plane sampling method to calculate the response surface function(RSF) is proposed in this paper, which could make sampling points faster come close to the RSF curve, and it is proved that the calculation efficiency increases about 33% comparing with traditional method.

Understanding the effects of microwave irradiation and thermal treatment on the dynamic compression and fragmentation properties of rocks is essential to quantify energy consumption in rock *** this study,Fangshan granite(Fg)specimens were exposed to microwave irradiation and heat *** damage of Fg specimens induced by these two methods was compared using X-ray CT scanning and ultrasonic wave *** temperatures of Fg after microwave irradiation and thermal treatment were effectively evaluated using a newly proposed technique.A novelty method for precisely determining the geometric features of fragments is developed to estimate the fragmentation ***,the dynamic uniaxial compressive strength(UCS),the dynamic fragmentation characteristics,and the fragmentation energy of Fg after these two pretreatment methods can be reasonably *** noticeable distinction of loading rate effect on the dynamic UCS of Fg between these two pretreatment methods is first observed.A relationship is established between the dynamic UCS and the damage induced by microwave irradiation and heat ***,fragmentation energy fan analysis is introduced to accurately compare the fragmentation properties of Fg after two pretreatment methods in dynamic compression tests.

Direct CO_(2) hydrogenation offers an important strategy for promoting the global carbon balance,but high thermodynamic and kinetic stability of CO_(2) has restricted its applicability to only a handful of industrial ***,we introduce a proof-of-concept application of the electron-rich Pt surface to promote hydrogen donation for electron-rich MoC particles acting as hydrogen acceptors,thereby constructing hydrogen-rich surface of MoC active ***,the formed hydrogen-rich and electronrich surface could greatly decrease reaction activation energy to boost the efficient CO_(2) hydrogenation into formic acid over the MoC *** optimized MoC@NC/Pt-0.1(NC:nitrogen-doped carbon)catalyst exhibits a high turnover frequency(TOF)value of 1.2 h^(−1) at a lower temperature of 60℃and a TOF of 24.2 h^(−1) under standard reaction conditions widely used in the literature,exceeding 7 times of MoC@NC catalyst and surpassing the benchmark classical non-noble metal active center-based heterogeneous catalyst.
