Tactile perception plays a vital role for the human body and is also highly desired for smart prosthesis and advanced *** to active sensing devices,passive piezoelectric and triboelectric tactile sensors consume less power,but lack the capability to resolve static ***,we address this issue by utilizing the unique polarization chemistry of conjugated polymers for the first time and propose a new type of bioinspired,passive,and bio-friendly tactile sensors for resolving both static and dynamic ***,to emulate the polarization process of natural sensory cells,conjugated polymers(including poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophen e):poly(styrenesulfonate),polyaniline,or polypyrrole)are controllably polarized into two opposite states to create artificial potential *** controllable and reversible polarization process of the conjugated polymers is fully in situ ***,a micro-structured ionic electrolyte is employed to imitate the natural ion channels and to encode external touch stimulations into the variation in potential difference *** with the currently existing tactile sensing devices,the developed tactile sensors feature distinct characteristics including fully organic composition,high sensitivity(up to 773 mV N^(−1)),ultralow power consumption(nW),as well as superior *** demonstrations,both single point tactile perception(surface texture perception and material property perception)and two-dimensional tactile recognitions(shape or profile perception)with high accuracy are successfully realized using self-defined machine learning *** tactile sensing concept innovation based on the polarization chemistry of conjugated polymers opens up a new path to create robotic tactile sensors and prosthetic electronic skins.

With the rapid advancement of visual generative models such as Generative Adversarial Networks(GANs)and stable Diffusion,the creation of highly realistic Deepfake through automated forgery has significantly *** paper examines the advancements inDeepfake detection and defense technologies,emphasizing the shift from passive detection methods to proactive digital watermarking *** detection methods,which involve extracting features from images or videos to identify forgeries,encounter challenges such as poor performance against unknown manipulation techniques and susceptibility to counter-forensic *** contrast,proactive digital watermarking techniques embed specificmarkers into images or videos,facilitating real-time detection and traceability,thereby providing a preemptive defense againstDeepfake *** offer a comprehensive analysis of digitalwatermarking-based forensic techniques,discussing their advantages over passivemethods and highlighting four key benefits:real-time detection,embedded defense,resistance to tampering,and provision of legal ***,the paper identifies gaps in the literature concerning proactive forensic techniques and suggests future research directions,including cross-domain watermarking and adaptive watermarking *** systematically classifying and comparing existing techniques,this review aims to contribute valuable insights for the development of more effective proactive defense strategies in Deepfake forensics.

Multivariate time series forecasting iswidely used in traffic planning,weather forecasting,and energy *** decomposition algorithms can help models better understand the underlying patterns of the original series to improve the forecasting accuracy of multivariate time ***,the decomposition kernel of previous decomposition-based models is fixed,and these models have not considered the differences in frequency fluctuations between *** problems make it difficult to analyze the intricate temporal variations of real-world time *** this paper,we propose a series decomposition-based Mamba model,DecMamba,to obtain the intricate temporal dependencies and the dependencies among different variables of multivariate time series.A variable-level adaptive kernel combination search module is designed to interact with information on different trends and periods between *** backbone structures are proposed to emphasize the differences in frequency fluctuations of seasonal and trend *** with superior performance is used instead of a Transformer in backbone structures to capture the dependencies among different variables.A new embedding block is designed to capture the temporal features better,especially for the high-frequency seasonal component whose semantic information is difficult to acquire.A gating mechanism is introduced to the decoder in the seasonal backbone to improve the prediction accuracy.A comparison with ten state-of-the-art models on seven real-world datasets demonstrates that DecMamba can better model the temporal dependencies and the dependencies among different variables,guaranteeing better prediction performance for multivariate time series.

Electrocatalytic conversion of renewable biomass is emerging as a promising route for sustainable chemical production;hence it urgently calls for developing efficient electrocatalysts with low potentials and high current ***,a Pr-doped Co（OH）2hexagonal sheet （Pr/Co=1/9,in mole） is synthesized by electrodeposition as highly performant catalyst for 5-hydroxymethylfurfural （HMF） oxidation reaction（HMFOR） to produce 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid （FDCA）.This novel and low-cost catalyst possesses a rather low onset potential of 1.05 V （***） and requires only 1.10 V （***） to reach a current density of 10 mA cm-2for HMFOR,significantly outperforming Co（OH）2benchmark (i.e.,210 mV higher to reach10 m A cm-2).The origin of Pr promotion effect as well as the evolution of CoOOH catalytic sites and HMFOR process has been deeply elucidated by physical characterizations,kinetic experiments,in situ electrochemical techniques,and theoretical *** unique Pr-ameliorated CoOOH active centers enable 100%conversion of HMF,99.6%selectivity of FDCA,and 99.7%Faraday efficiency,with a superior cycling durability toward *** can be one of the most outstanding results for Co-based HMFOR catalysts to date in the *** this work can help open up new horizons for constructing novel and efficient Co-based electrocatalysts by the utilization of lanthanide elements.

As a laser passes through a scattering medium,the light interacts with the irregular reflections within the medium,resulting in light scattering and the formation of *** this paper,an image sensor based on the combination of a coreless optical fiber and a digital camera is proposed for liquid refractive index sensing *** coreless fiber is used as a sensing unit,and the change in the speckle pattern is measured using the digital correlation method to detect the magnitude of the liquid's refractive *** experimental results indicate that the laser image sensing technique is capable of effectively distinguishing liquid samples with refractive indices ranging from 1.332 8 to1.390 8,with a sensing sensitivity of-1.306 ***,the laser image sensing technique,with its advantages of high experimental reproducibility,simple system design,remote over-control,holds great research significance and potential application in laser communication and sensor integration.

采用密度泛函理论研究了Cu掺杂及缺陷共存对ZnO光催化性能的影响.计算时考虑了富O和贫O两种掺杂条件.研究结果表明富O条件有利于Cu的掺杂,贫O条件则产生抑制作用.当Cu掺杂浓度较低时,不论在何种掺杂条件下,Cu的主要掺杂方式均为Cu_(Zn)型.当Cu掺杂浓度较高时,富O条件下以Cu_(Zn)-Cu_(Zn)型掺杂方式为主,贫O条件下Cu_(Zn)-Cu_(Zn)和Cu_(Zn)-Cui这两种掺杂方式都有可能出现.富O条件下Cu掺杂会促进V_(Zn)和O_(i)缺陷的产生,且引入的V_(Zn)和O_(i)缺陷趋向于距离Cu原子最近.Cu掺杂可有效降低ZnO的带隙宽度,且随着掺杂浓度的增加,相应模型的带隙宽度会继续降低.V_(Zn)、O_(i)和V_(O)缺陷共存使相应模型的带隙宽度有所增加.Cu掺杂及V_(Zn)、O_(i)、V_(O)缺陷共存使模型对可见光发生响应,扩展了模型对太阳光的吸收范围.对于Cu掺杂模型,富O条件下Cu_(Zn)-Cu_(Zn)是有利的光催化模型.对于缺陷共存模型,富O条件下Cu_(Zn)-Cu_(Zn)-V_(Zn)是有利的光催化模型,其次是Cu_(Zn)-V_(Zn)和Cu_(Zn)-O_(i),贫O条件下Cu_(Zn)-V_(O)是有利的光催化模型.

Development of a New High-throughput Screening Model for Human High Density Lipoprotein Receptor (CLA-1) Agonists

To develop a new high-throughput screening model for human high-density lipoprotein （HDL） receptor （CD36 and LIMPⅡ analogous-1, CLA-1） agonists using CLA-1-expressing insect cells. Methods With the total RNA of human hepatoma cells BEL-7402 as template, the complementary DNA （cDNA） of CLA-1 was amplified by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）. Bac-to-Bac baculovirus expression system was used to express CLA-1 in insect cells. CLA-1 cDNA was cloned downstream of polyhedrin promoter of Autographa californica nuclear polyhedrosis virus （AcNPV） into donor vector pFastBacl and recombinant pFastBacl-CLA-1 was transformed into E. coli DH10Bac to transpose CLA-1 cDNA to bacrnid DNA. Recombinant bacrnid-CLA-1 was transfected into Spodopterafrugiperda Sf9 insect cells to produce recombinant baculovirus particles. Recombinant CLA- 1 was expressed on the membrane of Sf9 cells infected with the recombinant baculoviruses. A series of parameters of DiI-lipoprotein binding assays of CLA-1-expressing Sf9 cells in 96-well plates were optimized. Results Western blot analysis and DiI-lipoprotein binding assays confirmed that CLA-1 expressed in insect cells had similar immunoreactivity and ligand binding activity as its native counterpart. A reliable and sensitive in vitro cell-based assay was established to assess the activity of CLA-1 and used to screen agonists from different sample libraries. Conclusion Human HDL receptor CLA-1 was successfully expressed in Sf9 insect cells and a novel high-throughput screening model for CLA-1 agonists was developed. Utilization of this model allows us to identify potent and selective CLA-1 agonists which might possibly be used as therapeutics for atherosclerosis.

探索新型高性能低维热电纳米材料已成为国家重大发展策略.论文采用密度泛函理论结合非平衡态格林函数方法研究了由黑磷、黑砷纳米带构建异质结构在2%、4%、6%和8%四种拉伸应变作用下热电性能调控机理.研究结果表明,6%拉伸应变较其他情形,能够更有效抑制声子输运行为;与此同时,拉伸应变对于器件的电子输运的调控效果并不明显.在费米能附近,黑磷/黑砷异质结纳米器件在6%拉伸应变调控下热电优值达到最大值2.31.
