Human cognition is usually underpinned by intrinsic structure and functional neural co-activation in spatially distributed brain *** to lacking an effective approach to quantifying the covarying of structure and functional responses,how the structural–functional circuits interact and how genes encode the relationships,to deepen our knowledge of human cognition and disease,are still ***,we propose a multimodal covariance network(MCN)construction approach to capture interregional covarying of the structural skeleton and transient functional activities for a single *** further explored the potential association between brain-wide gene expression patterns and structural–functional covarying in individuals involved in a gambling task and individuals with major depression disorder(MDD),adopting multimodal data from a publicly available human brain transcriptomic atlas and 2 independent *** analysis showed a replicable cortical structural–functional fine map in healthy individuals,and the expression of cognition-and disease phenotype-related genes was found to be spatially correlated with the corresponding MCN *** analysis of cell type-specific signature genes suggests that the excitatory and inhibitory neuron transcriptomic changes could account for most of the observed correlation with task-evoked MCN differences.

Objective:To investigate the effects of Danmu Extract Syrup(DMS) on lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced acute lung injury(ALI) in mice and explore the ***:Seventy-two male Balb/C mice were randomly divided into 6 groups according to a random number table(n=12),including control(normal saline),LPS(5 mg/kg),LPS+DMS 2.5 mL/kg,LPS+DMS 5 mL/kg,LPS+DMS 10 mL/kg,and LPS+Dexamethasone(DXM,5 mg/kg) *** pretreatment with DMS and DXM,the ALI mice model was induced by LPS,and the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) were collected to determine protein concentration,cell counts and inflammatory *** lung tissues of mice were stained with hematoxylin-eosin,and the wet/dry weight ratio(W/D) of lung tissue was *** levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-6 and IL-1βin BALF of mice were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent *** expression levels of Claudin-5,vascular endothelial(VE)-cadherin,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),phospho-protein kinase B(p-Akt) and Akt were detected by Western blot ***:DMS pre-treatment significantly ameliorated lung histopathological *** with the LPS group,the W/D ratio and protein contents in BALF were obviously reduced after DMS pretreatment(Phe number of cells in BALF and myeloperoxidase(MPO) activity decreased significantly after DMS pretreatment(Phe levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1β(Phe phosphoinositide 3-kinase/protein kinase B(PI3K/Akt) pathway and reversed the expressions of Claudin-5,VE-cadherin and VEGF(Psions:DMS attenuated LPS-induced ALI in mice through repairing endothelial *** might be a potential therapeutic drug for LPS-induced lung injury.

Linear vibration table can provide harmonic accelerations to excite the nonlinear error terms of Pendulous Integrating Gyro Accelerometer(PIGA).Integral precession calibration method is proposed to calibrate PIGA on a linear vibration table in this *** on the precise expressions of PIGA’s inputs,the error calibration model of PIGA is *** angular velocity errors of PIGA are suppressed by integer periodic precession and the errors caused by non-integer periods vibrating are *** complete calibration process,including planning,preparation,PIGA testing,and coefficient identification,is designed to optimize the test operations and evaluate the calibration *** effect of the main errors on calibration uncertainty is analyzed and the relative sensitivity function is proposed to further optimize the test *** and simulation results verify that the proposed 10-position calibration method can improve calibration uncertainties after compensating for the related *** order of calibration uncertainties of the second-and third-order coefficients are decreased to 10^(-8)(rad.s^(-1))/g^(2)and 10^(-8)(rad.s^(-1))/g3,*** with the other two classical calibration methods,the calibration uncertainties of PIGA’s nonlinear error coefficients can be effectively reduced and the proportional residual errors are decreased less than 3×10-6(rad.s^(-1))/g by using the proposed calibration method.

Epidemiological features of seasonal influenza transmission among 11 climate zones in Chinese mainland

Background Previous studies provided some evidence of meteorological factors influence seasonal influenza transmission patterns varying across regions and latitudes. However, research on seasonal influenza activities based on climate zones are still in lack. This study aims to utilize the ecological-based Koppen Geiger climate zones classification system to compare the spatial and temporal epidemiological characteristics of seasonal influenza in Chinese mainland and assess the feasibility of developing an early warning *** Weekly influenza cases number from 2014 to 2019 at the county and city level were sourced from China National Notifiable Infectious Disease Report Information System. Epidemic temporal indices, time series seasonality decomposition, spatial modelling theories including Moran’s/ and local indicators of spatial association were applied to identify the spatial and temporal patterns of influenza *** All climate zones had peaks in Winter-Spring season. Arid, desert, cold (BWk) showed up the first peak. Only Tropical, savannah (Aw) and Temperate, dry winter with hot summer (Cwa) zones had unique summer peak. Temperate, no dry season and hot summer (Cfa) zone had highest average incidence rate (IR) at 1.047/100,000. The Global Moran’s/ showed that average IR had significant clustered trend (z = 53.69,P hest average IR in Cwa and Cfa (IR= 6.23 and 6.21) with unique dual peaks in winter and spring season showed by seasonality *** Seasonal influenza exhibited distinct spatial and temporal patterns in different climate zones. Two novel phosphors LiBa_(4(1-x))Eu_(4x)Ta_(3)O_(12)(H-LBTO:xEu^(3+)) and Li_(0.25)Ba_(1-x)Eu_(x)Ta_(0.75)O_(3)(C-LBTO:xEu^(3+))were prepared successfully by a molten salt *** transformation between these two structures was realized by changing the sintering temperature or changing the Eu^(3+) ions concentration,which was also demonstrated by the X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),diffuse reflectance spectra(DRS),and photoluminescence excitation(PLE) analyses,Both the sintering temperature and the Eu^(3+)ions doping concentration have significant impact on the formation of the crystal *** these phosphors sintered at 1023 K exhibit two major luminescence lines at 594 and 614 nm under nearuV light of 395 nm excitation,corresponding to Eu^(3+)ions typical transitions of ^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(1) and ^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(2).The optimum concentration of Eu^(3+) ions is 9 mol% for C-LBTO:xEu^(3+) samples and the quenching interaction type is the nearest-neighbor ion *** thermal stability of the C-LBTO:0.09Eu^(3+)sample was investigated in detail and the device application further suggests that C-LBTO:0.09Eu^(3+) can be used as a red phosphor for near-UV excited w-LEDs in lighting.
