Low-cost sensors are widely used to collect high-spatial-resolution particulate matter data that traditional reference monitoring devices *** addition to the mass concentration,the number concentration and size distribution are also fundamental in determining the origin and hazard level of particulate ***,low-cost optical sensors have been improved to establish optical particle sizers(OPSs).In this study,a low-cost OPS,the Nova SDS029,is introduced,and it is evaluated in comparison to two reference instruments—the GRIMM 11-D and the Tsi *** first tested the sizing accuracy using polystyrene latex ***,we assessed the mass and number size distribution accuracy in three application scenarios:indoor smoking,ambient air quality,and mobile *** evaluations suggest that the low-cost SDS029 rivals research-grade optical sizers in many *** example,(1)the particle diameters obtained with the SDS029 are close to the reference instruments(usuallyge;(2)the number of particles and mass concentration are highly correlated(r≥0.99)with the values obtained with the reference instruments;and(3)the SDS029 slightly underestimates the number concentration,but the derived PM_(2.5)values are closer to monitoring station than the reference *** successful application of the SDS029 in multiple scenarios suggests that a plausible particle size distribution can be obtained in an easy and cost-efficient *** believe that low-cost OPSs will increasingly be used to map the sources and risk levels of particles at the city scale.

Objective:To determine the role of Tripterygium wilfordii multiglycoside(TGW) in the treatment of psoriatic dermatitis from a cellular immunological ***:Mouse models of psoriatic dermatitis were established by imiquimod(IMQ).Twelve male BALB/c mice were assigned to MQ or IMQ+TGW groups according to a random number *** changes in vivo were assessed by hematoxylin and eosin *** of immune cells and cytokines in mice,as well as PAM212 cell proliferation in vitro were assessed by flow ***-inflammatory cytokine expression was determined using reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain ***:TGW significantly ameliorated the severity of IMQ-induced psoriasis-like mouse skin lesions and restrained the activation of CD45^(+)cells,neutrophils and T lymphocytes(all Psignificantly attenuated keratinocytes(KCs) proliferation and downregulated the mRNA levels of inflammatory cytokines including interleukin(IL)-17A,IL-23,tumor necrosis factor α,and chemokine(C-X-C motif) ligand 1(Psion of mice and draining lymph nodes(Psions:TGW improved psoriasis-like inflammation by inhibiting KCs proliferation,as well as the associated immune cells and cytokine *** inhibited IL-17 secretion from γδ T cells,which improved the immune-inflammatory microenvironment of psoriasis.

The albumin-bilirubin(ALBI)score,which was proposed to assess the prognosis of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma,has gradually been extended to other liver diseases in recent years,including primary biliary cholangitis,liver cirrhosis,hepatitis,liver transplantation,and liver *** ALBI score is often compared with classical scores such as the Child-Pugh and model for end-stage liver disease scores or other noninvasive prediction *** is widely employed because of its immunity to subjective evaluation indicators and ease of obtaining detection *** increasing number of studies have confirmed that it is highly accurate for assessing the prognosis of patients with chronic liver disease;additionally,it has demonstrated good predictive performance for outcomes beyond survival in patients with liver diseases,such as decompensation *** article presents a review of the application of ALBI scores in various non-malignant liver diseases.

Deconvolution is a commonly employed technique for enhancing image quality in optical imaging ***-nately,its application in optical coherence tomography(OCT)is often hindered by sensitivity to noise,which leads to ad-ditive ringing *** artifacts considerably degrade the quality of deconvolved images,thereby limiting its effect-iveness in OCT *** this study,we propose a framework that integrates numerical random phase masks into the deconvolution process,effectively eliminating these artifacts and enhancing image *** optimized joint operation of an iterative Richardson-Lucy deconvolution and numerical synthesis of random phase masks(RPM),termed as De-conv-RPM,enables a 2.5-fold reduction in full width at half-maximum(FWHM).We demonstrate that the Deconv-RPM method significantly enhances image clarity,allowing for the discernment of previously unresolved cellular-level details in nonkeratinized epithelial cells ex vivo and moving blood cells in vivo.

Phospholipase C zeta(PLC)is a key sperm-borne oocyte-activating factor that triggers Ca^(2+)oscillations and the subsequent block to polyspermy following gamete *** in PLCZ1,the gene encoding PLCζ,cause male infertility and intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICsi)fertilization failure;and PLCζ expression and localization patterns are significantly correlated with ICsi fertilization rate(FR).However,in conventional in vitro fertilization(cIVF),whether and how sperm PLCζ affects fertilization remain ***,we identified one previously reported and two novel PLCZ1 mutations associated with polyspermy in vitro that are characterized by excessive sperm-zona binding and a delay in pronuclei(PN)*** staining and oocyte activation testing revealed that virtually all spermatozoa from patients lacked functional PLCζ and were thus unable to evoke Ca^(2+) *** with an artificial oocyte activation treatment successfully rescued the polyspermic phenotype and resulted in a live ***,we analyzed PLCζ in an additional 58 males after cIVF treatment in the Reproductive and genetic Hospital of CiTiC-Xiangya(Changsha,China)between February 2019 and January *** found that the proportion of spermatozoa that expressed PLCζ was positively correlated with both 2PN rate and total *** optimal cutoff value below which males were likely to experience low FR(total FR≤30%)after clVF was 56.7%for the proportion of spermatozoa expressing *** study expands the mutation and the phenotypic spectrum of PLCZ1 and further suggests that PLCζ constitutes a promising biomarker for identifying low FRs cases in cIVF due to sperm-related oocyte activation deficiency and that sperm PLCζ analysis may benefit the widermale population and not onlymen with Icsi failure.

资源受限项目调度问题(RCPSP)是最具代表性的项目调度问题之一,针对实际情况中考虑资源投入的必要性,建立一种以资源投入为变量的基于广义资源日历约束的项目调度优化模型.首先,引入组合优先关系的概念对广义资源日历的概念和具体内容进行整合和完善,为了避免传统网络图在表示组合优先关系时出现的网络循环等弊端,使用节点表示活动开始和结束的瞬时状态改进节点网络图;其次,考虑活动优先关系、活动持续时间、不可更新资源总量和资源日历约束,以项目工期最短和项目成本最小为优化目标,运用CP优化器求解所建立的多目标优化模型;最后,通过设计仿真算例并进行数值实验验证模型的准确性和高效性.
