The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic,caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),has claimedmillions of lives and caused innumerable economic losses ***,state-of-the-art treatments still lag behind the continual emergence of new *** to resolving this issue is developing antivirals to deactivate coronaviruses regardless of their structural ***,we report an innovative antiviral strategy involving extracellular disintegration of viral proteins with hyperanion-grafted enediyne(EDY)*** core EDY generates reactive radical species and causes significant damage to the spike protein of coronavirus,while the hyperanion groups ensure negligible cytotoxicity of the *** EDYs exhibit antiviral activity down to nanomolar concentrations,and the selectivity index of up to 20,000 against four kinds of human coronavirus,including the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant,suggesting the high potential of this new strategy in combating the COVID-19 pandemic and a future“disease X.”

Lack of a causal relationship between tea intake and sleep disorders: a two-sample Mendelian randomization study

Background:The relationship between tea intake(TI)and sleep disorders(SDs)has been a topic of interest for some time,but there remains a lack of data showing a causal *** aimed to use a two-sample Mendelian randomization study to determine whether there is a causal link between TI and ***:We collected data regarding TI,with a focus on green tea intake(GTI),herbal tea intake(HTI),and rooibos tea intake(RTI);and data regarding SDs and insomnia from genome-wide association *** analyzed these data using an inverse variance-weighted two-sample Mendelian randomization study,by means of the TwoSampleMR package in R4.2.3 ***:We found no genetic causal relationships of TI,GTI,HTI,or RTI with *** odds ratios(ORs)for these relationships were as follows:TI:OR=0.61,95%confidence interval(CI):0.29–1.28;GTI:OR=1.04,95%CI:0.95–1.14;HTI:OR=0.98,95%CI:0.82–1.17;and RTI:OR=1.04,95%CI:0.99–*** addition,there were no genetic causal relationships of TI,GTI,HTI,or RTI with *** OR values for these relationships were as follows:TI:OR=0.6,95%CI:0.34–1.06;GTI:OR=1,95%CI:0.93–1.07;HTI:OR=0.89,95%CI:0.66–1.2;and RTI:OR=1.02,95%CI:0.98–***:We found no causal relationships of TI with SDs or insomnia,irrespective of the type of tea ***,additional Mendelian randomization studies are required to further explore the relationships of the timing and quantity of tea consumption with SDs and insomnia.

揭示城镇化与生态系统服务的时空耦合关系,有助于厘清地域发展差异,优化城镇化实施路径及改善生态系统服务质量.以闽东南地区为例,在分析2000~2020年城镇化多维系统与典型生态系统服务演变特征的基础上,采用皮尔逊相关系数和耦合协调度模型探索二者的时空耦合状态及趋势,提出区域协调发展改善建议.结果表明:(1)闽东南地区综合城镇化水平持续提升,年均增幅7.3%,近94%的区域已步入中高发展阶段;生态系统服务趋于衰退,尤以粮食供给和水源供给服务最为显著,分别下降61.9%和46.9%.二者空间分布呈现东南沿海“高城镇化水平-弱生态系统服务”与西北内陆“低城镇化水平-强生态系统服务”的错位格局.(2)城镇化与生态系统服务相关性以负向为主,较之人口和空间城镇化,经济和社会城镇化对生态系统服务的负向效应较弱且进一步弱化趋势明显.伴随人口和空间城镇化大幅降速及经济和社会城镇化进程加快,城镇化发展动力逐渐由增“量”转为提“质”,生态系统服务衰退得到缓解.(3)综合城镇化与各项生态系统服务经历“失衡-过渡-调和”这3个阶段,耦合协调度平均增幅60.5%~120.6%,但高度协调区域依然匮乏,仍存在较大提升空间.二者相对关系从城镇化滞后向生态系统服务滞后演变,城镇化过度超前而导致耦合协调等级倒退的波动性问题在东南沿海地区初步显现.因此,在未来建设中闽东南地区须重视经济质量与社会效益的提高,强化生态空间统筹管理与保护修复,增强城镇化与生态系统服务协调发展的有序性与稳定性.

削弱环境风对间接空冷塔散热器性能的不利影响,有助于其安全和经济运行。该文提出一种新型间接空冷塔地下进风系统,将空冷散热器整体布置在低于地表平面的地下空间内。建立配置地下进风系统的间接空冷塔数值计算模型,得到间接空冷塔的空气流场特性和热力特性。基于凝汽器和空冷散热器协同调节、相互制约的作用机制,采用机理模型和数值模拟相结合的方法建立排汽压力的计算模型,在此基础上计算地下进风系统的热经济性。结果表明,在4 m/s风速下,虽然迎风扇段空气流量减少14.5%,热负荷降低12.4%,但侧风扇段和背风扇段冷却空气量分别增加46.0%、8.0%,热负荷分别提升30.9%、3.2%。在高风速工况下,地下进风系统削弱环境风对排汽压力的影响,具有抵御自然大风的能力。某660 MW间接空冷机组,采用地下进风系统全年可节约标煤9554.3 t,节省燃料费1094.0万元。

Association between tobacco exposure and bladder cancer recurrence:A systematic review and meta-analysis

BACKGROUND However,the connection between smoking and the prognosis of patients with bladder cancer remains *** To determine whether smoking is linked to the recurrence and progression of bladder *** As of July 20,2022,relevant English-language research was identified by searching pubMed,the Web of Science,and the Cochrane *** pooled the available data from the included studies using a random effects *** analysis and sensitivity analysis were also *** A total of 12 studies were included in this *** combined analysis revealed that tobacco exposure was associated with a significantly greater recurrence rate than nonsmoking status[odd ratios(OR)=1.76,95%CI:1.84-2.93],and the progression of bladder cancer was significantly greater in smokers than in nonsmokers(OR=1.21,95%CI:1.02-1.44).Stratified analysis further revealed that current smokers were more likely to experience relapse than never-smokers were(OR=1.85,95%CI:1.11-3.07).Former smokers also had a greater risk of relapse than did never-smokers(OR=1.73,95%CI:1.09-2.73).Subgroup analysis indicated that non-Caucasians may be more susceptible to bladder cancer recurrence than Caucasians are(OR=2.13,95%CI:1.74-2.61).CONCLUsiON This meta-analysis revealed that tobacco exposure may be a significant risk factor for both the recurrence and progression of bladder cancer.

纳米材料基质对基质辅助激光解吸电离质谱（MALDI-MS）的小分子分析具有独特优势。本研究在比较不同表面活性剂的基础上，建立了预涂纳米碳-十二烷基硫酸钠（SDS）复合基质的方法，避免了纳米碳颗粒作为基质使用时易团聚的问题。实验结果表明，纳米碳-SDS复合预涂基质能够有效抑制纳米基质背景离子峰，显著提高待测成分质谱峰的强度和信噪比。在优化的条件下分析胆固醇、1,2-二棕榈酰-sn-甘油-3-磷酰胆碱（DPPC）和三油酸甘油酯标准品，MS峰强度的点内重复性（RSD）≤5%，点间重复性≤7%。在0.05～1.0 mg/mL范围内测定环磷腺苷和DPPC两种样品时，峰强度与浓度的线性相关系数R2>0.993，显示出较好的定量分析潜力。将纳米碳-SDS复合预涂基质用于猪脑组织的MALDI-MS成像，观察到了猪脑白质和脑灰质中的成分分布差异，显示纳米碳-SDS复合预涂基质具有可用于MALDI-MS成像的潜力。

Diamond/aluminium composites have attracted attention in the field of thermal management of electronic packaging for their excellent *** order to solve the interfacial problem between diamond and aluminium,a novel process combining pressure infiltration with vacuum-assisted technology was proposed to prepare diamond/aluminum *** effect of diamond particle size on the microstructure and properties of the diamond/Al-12si composites was *** results show that the diamond/Al-12si composites exhibit high relative density and a uniform *** thermal conductivity and coefficient of thermal expansion increase with increasing particle size,while the bending strength exhibits the opposite *** the average diamond particle size increases from 45μm to 425μm,the thermal conductivity of the composites increases from 455 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)to 713 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)and the coefficient of thermal expansion increases from 4.97×10^(-6)K^(-1)to 6.72×10^(-6)K^(-1),while the bending strength decreases from 353 MPa to 246 *** research demonstrates that high-quality composites can be prepared by the vacuum-assisted pressure infiltration process and the thermal conductivity of the composites can be effectively improved by increasing the diamond particle size.
