Biomimetic materials have emerged as attractive and competitive alternatives for tissue engineering(TE)and regenerative medicine.In contrast to conventional biomaterials or synthetic materials,biomimetic scaffolds based on natural biomaterial can offer cells a broad spectrum of biochemical and biophysical cues that mimic the in vivo extracellular matrix(ECM).Additionally,such materials have mechanical adaptability,micro-structure interconnectivity,and inherent bioactivity,making them ideal for the design of living implants for specific applications in TE and regenerative medicine.This paper provides an overview for recent progress of biomimetic natural biomaterials(BNBMs),including advances in their preparation,functionality,potential applications and future challenges.We highlight recent advances in the fabrication of BNBMs and outline general strategies for functionalizing and tailoring the BNBMs with various biological and physicochemical characteristics of native ECM.Moreover,we offer an overview of recent key advances in the functionalization and applications of versatile BNBMs for TE applications.Finally,we conclude by offering our perspective on open challenges and future developments in this rapidly-evolving field.

Analysis on internal mechanism of zedoary turmeric in treatment of liver cancer based on pharmacodynamic substances and pharmacodynamic groups

Zedoary tumeric(Curcumae Rhizoma,Ezhu in Chinese)has a long history of application and has great potential in the treatment of liver cancer.The antiliver cancer effect of zedoary tumeric depends on the combined action of multiple pharmacodynamic substances.In order to clarify the specific mechanism of zedoary tumeric against liver cancer,this paper first analyzes the mechanism of its single pharmacodynamic substance against liver cancer,and then verifies the joint anti liver cancer mechanism of its“pharmacodynamic group”.By searching the research on the antihepatoma effect of active components of zedoary tumeric in recent years,we found that pharmacodynamic substances,including curcumol,zedoarondiol,curcumenol,curzerenone,curdione,curcumin,germacrone,β-elemene,can act on multi-target and multi-channel to play an antihepatoma role.For example,curcumin can regulate miR,GLO1,CD133,VEGF,YAP,lin28B,GPR81,HCAR-1,P53 and PI3K/Akt/mTOR,HSP70/TLR4 and NF-κB.Wnt/TGF/EMT,Nrf2/Keap1,JAK/STAT and other pathways play an antihepatoma role.Network pharmacological analysis showed that the core targets of the“pharmacodynamic group”for anti-life cancer are AKT1,EGFR,MAPK8,etc,and the core pathways are neuroactive live receiver interaction,nitrogen metabolism,HIF-1 signaling pathway,etc.At the same time,by comparing and analyzing the relationship between the specific mechanisms of pharmacodynamic substance and“pharmacodynamic group”,it is found that they have great reference significance in target,pathway,biological function,determination of core pharmacodynamic components,formation of core target protein interaction,in-depth research of single pharmacodynamic substance,increasing curative effect and so on.By analyzing the internal mechanism of zedoary tumeric pharmacodynamic substance and“pharmacodynamic group”in the treatment of liver cancer,this paper intends to provide some ideas and references for the deeper pharmacological research of zedoary tumeric and the relationship between pharmacodynamic substance and“pharmacodynamic gr

以球状星团NGC(New General Catalogue)104、NGC 5139、NGC 6121为实验样区,选取了视差等10个恒星参数,通过引入地学中的空间分析理论和相应的分析框架为定量描述球状星团成员星的空间分布特征提出了一种基于地学的研究范式.通过计算全局和局部莫兰(Moran)指数得到球状星团成员星各恒星参数的空间分布特征.研究结果表明:球状星团NGC 104、NGC 5139、NGC 6121成员星的各恒星参数在总体上呈现出空间正相关特性,表现出空间集聚特征,但不同恒星参数之间存在差异;局部空间分布也呈现聚集特征,而不同的成员星呈现出不同的空间分布特性和趋势.总体而言,用地学空间相关分析系统地定量化描述球状星团成员星空间分布特征,能够为球状星团的研究提供新的思路.

目的探讨早产儿肺高血压(PH)发生的临床资料及预后情况。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2022年6月青岛大学附属妇女儿童医院收治的仅1胎发生PH的双胎早产儿临床资料,将其分为PH组和对照组。比较两组之间的一般资料(出生体重、性别、出生顺序等)、临床资料(呼吸机支持时间、并发症、实验室检查等)及随访结果。结果研究纳入符合入选标准的双胎早产儿共33对。与对照组相比,PH多发生于双胎之次、小于胎龄儿、呼吸支持时间和住院时间长的患儿(P 0.05),PH组中-重度支气管肺发育不良的发生率明显高于对照组(P 0.05)。PH组16例患儿生后早期接受降肺动脉压药物及强心、利尿药物治疗,中位随访时间5.25年,期间无患儿死亡。6月龄时39.4%(13/33)的患儿PH恢复正常,1岁时81.8%(27/33)恢复正常。结论该研究以双胎早产儿为研究对象,对早产儿PH的临床资料进行对比研究发现,生后早期病情危重,呼吸机支持时间及住院时间长可能是导致早产儿发生PH的重要因素,且与中-重度支气管肺发育不良的发生有关。81.8%的PH早产儿在生后1年内恢复正常。

Mobile wallet is a very convenient means of mobile payment to allow the clients to conduct the payment via their mobile devices. To reduce the computation burden of resources-constraint mobile devices, a few mobile wallet protocols with outsourced verification in cloud computing were proposed. But in some of the protocols, there exist the risk of a colluding attack of the customer and the untrusted cloud server. In this paper, we propose an improved protocol, in which the payment information is protected by Hash function and random number. The malicious customer and cloud server cannot change the payment information to conduct a collusion forgery attack to defraud the merchant. The security analysis indicates that the proposed improved protocol can enhance the security in terms of correctness, unforgeability and traceability without increasing the computational burden.

Ovarian cancer is one of the most common gynecological malignancies and can occur at any time in a woman's life.This paper analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of ovarian cancer in traditional Chinese medicine,and simply sorted out the methods and means of oral administration and external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ovarian cancer,hoping to provide new therapeutic ideas for the treatment of the disease.

高速中等精度的模数转换器是通信系统中重要的组成部分。本文提出了一种基于分段冗余电容阵列的高速逐次逼近型模数转换器(SAR ADC)设计方案。该设计方案通过引入分段冗余电容阵列,在降低了面积和功耗的同时,克服了高速采样下,DAC不完全建立对ADC性能的影响。所设计的两级动态比较器,通过噪声分析可知,在满足高速性能的前提下,提高了ADC的精度。基于SMIC55nm CMOS工艺,本文实现了一种12-bit 100-MS/s的SAR ADC。在1.2V电源电压和100MS/s的采样频率,差分输入接近满摆幅下,前仿真结果为SNDR为73.27dB,ENOB可达11.87bit。

BACKGROUND Obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD)is a common mental disorder that varies greatly in manifestation and causes much distress to individuals.We describe a case in which a Chinese woman with OCD became delusional after childbirth,and discuss the possible phenomenological and psychological alterations.CASE SUMMARY A 27-year-old woman presented to the Psychiatry Department of our hospital with obsessions and compulsions.After taking medication,her symptoms were alleviated.Three years later,during her pregnancy,the obsessions returned and even progressed into paranoid delusions after childbirth.After multiple adjustments of treatment along with several fluctuations,she finally achieved remission and gained reasonable insight.CONCLUsiON This case suggests that the patient with OCD appeared to move along a continuum of beliefs,and highlights the importance of effective intervention during pregnancy,which would exert a significant impact on postpartum exacerbation outcomes.
