Differences of carbon and nitrogen stoichiometry between different habitats in two natural Korean pine forests in Northeast China's mountainous areas

There is a strong link between vegetation and environmental ***,to elucidate how the stoichiometric characteristics of plants respond to different habitats,we studied organic carbon(C)and total nitrogen(N)stoichiometry characteristics of plants in four different habitats of two different natural Korean pine *** of the habitats(gaps,mounds,and pits)were formed via tree uprooting,whereas an undisturbed site(closed canopies)was used as a *** followings were our main findings:(1)the organic carbon content of more than half of the 12 picked plants showed significant differences in different *** of the plants in pit-mound complexes exhibited lower organic carbon contents than plants in gaps and closed canopies;(2)there was no significant differences in the total nitrogen content in 13 of the 25 groups of plant samples;(3)interestingly,the C/N of the sample groups with significant differences in total nitrogen also showed significant differences;(4)there was no significant variations in the stoichiometric characteristics of plants that grew in gaps;however,the variations among plants that grew in pits and mounds were significant;(5)through redundancy analysis(RDA),we find that the main factors effecting the C and N stoichiometric characters of the plants were plants own regulation and the change of photosynthetically active radiation(PAR).In conclusion,the C and N stoichiometric characteristics of plants did not respond to gap formations,but they did strongly respond to pit-mound complex *** active radiation was the most important effective factor to plants in the four habitats.

我国金矿资源对外依存度长期居高不下,立足国内,寻找并探明一批大型金矿床是一项迫在眉睫的重大任务。中低温岩浆热液型金矿床是我国金的最主要来源,如何寻找其隐伏矿和深部矿成为当前矿产勘查研究的热点。本文以勘查区找矿预测理论为指导,以中低温岩浆热液型金矿床为研究对象,总结了中低温岩浆热液型金矿床地质特征,构建了以成矿地质体、成矿构造和成矿结构面特征和成矿作用特征标志为核心内容的找矿预测地质模型,为该类型金矿床找矿预测提供了新的思路,指导隐伏矿和深部矿金资源勘查取得突破。中低温岩浆热液型金矿床分为中温岩浆热液型金矿床和低温岩浆热液型金矿床两个亚类,广泛发育于陆块区和造山带中,赋矿围岩多种多样,成矿时代广泛,主要集中在中生代。本文厘定了中低温岩浆热液型金矿床成矿地质体为中酸性侵入体,与矿床(体)呈现出空间上相依(1~5km)、时间上相近(10Myr)、成因上相关的内在成生联系和时空配置关系。成矿构造属褶皱、断裂、岩浆侵入复合构造系统;成矿结构面主要有断裂、硅钙面、岩溶构造及岩体侵入接触带、爆破角砾岩体及水压裂隙等;矿化样式受成矿结构面控制,大致可分为四个类型:层状、脉状、块状及其组合而成的复合型。中温岩浆热液型金矿床成矿作用早阶段温度可达450℃左右,形成强度不等的钾长石化、钠长石化或铁白云石化;主成矿阶段成矿温度250℃左右,蚀变主要为硅化、绢云母化、伊利石化,Au和Ag共伴生,同时伴生少量Pb、Zn、Cu等,主要金属矿物为黄铁矿,次为黄铜矿、磁黄铁矿、方铅矿和闪锌矿;而低温岩浆热液型金矿床成矿作用主阶段温度低于250℃,Au和As、Sb共伴生,Ag含量低,常见毒砂和辉锑矿等矿物,成矿作用早阶段蚀变则主要为硅化,有的为次生石英岩化。金的沉淀富集机制包括流体的沸腾、混合和交代等机制。成矿作用中心位于岩体外接触带2~3km和接触带之内,由浅部到深部形成“上脉下层”的二元结构模式,脉状矿体具有侧伏延深规律,在此基础上构建了找矿预测地质模型。在该模型指导下,我们重新厘定了我国重要成矿区带金矿床类型,在深部发现新的矿体样式,拓宽了深部找矿空间,提升了我国重要成矿区带成矿规律的认识水平,带动了我国重要成矿区带金矿找矿新突破。

Strong metal–support interaction(SMsi),namely the strong electronic and structural interaction between metal nanoparticles and supports,one of the most typical synergetic catalytic effects in composite catalysts,has been found critically important in the design of catalyst for thermocatalysis in the ***,however,important and great progress of SMsi-based synergetic effects has been made in electrocatalysis,such as electrocatalyst design and electrocatalytic mechanism *** better understand the nature of the synergetic effect assisting the further development of electrocatalysts,a comprehensive and in-depth overview highlighting and discussing the recent advances of SMsi in electrocatalysis is necessary and highly desirable but still ***,this review firstly presents various strategies of designing and constructing composite catalysts featuring *** from the perspectives of electrocatalysis,the characterization techniques towards the electron structure,local interfacial and morphological features and active sites for SMsi-based electrocatalysts,have been summarized in ***,the recent advances in the design of single-and bi-functional electrocatalysts featuring SMsi-based synergetic catalytic effects,and the key roles of SMsi during the electrocatalytic reactions are ***,the challenges and prospects are discussed to highlight the key remaining issues in the future development of SMsi-based electrocatalysts.

We focus on the localized characteristics of lump and interaction solutions to two extended Jimbo–Miwa *** on the Hirota bilinear method and the test function method,we construct the exact solutions to the extended equations including lump solutions,lump–kink solutions,and two other types of interaction solutions,by solving the underdetermined nonlinear system of algebraic equations for associated ***,analysis and graphical simulation are presented to show the dynamical characteristics of our solutions and the interaction behaviors are revealed.

Digital health technologies/interventions in smart ward development for elderly patients with diabetes:A perspective from China and beyond

Diabetes is highly prevalent among the elderly worldwide,with the highest number of diabetes cases in ***,the management of diabetes remains *** advances in digital health technologies have facilitated the establishment of smart wards for diabetes *** is a lack of smart wards tailored specifically for older diabetes patients who encounter unique challenges in glycemic control and diabetes management,including an increased vulnerability to hypoglycemia,the presence of multiple chronic diseases,and cognitive *** this review,studies on digital health technologies for diabetes in China and beyond were summarized to elucidate how the adoption of digital health technologies,such as real-time continuous glucose monitoring,sensor-augmented pump technology,and their integration with 5th generation networks,big data cloud storage,and hospital information systems,can address issues specifically related to elderly diabetes patients in hospital ***,the challenges and future directions for establishing and implementing smart wards for elderly diabetes patients are discussed,and these challenges may also be applicable to other countries worldwide,not just in *** together,the smart wards may enhance clinical outcomes,address specific issues,and eventually improve patient-centered hospital care for elderly patients with diabetes.

目的探讨腹腔镜手术麻醉中应用羟考酮对结直肠癌老年患者围术期疼痛及认知功能等的影响。方法前瞻性随机对照试验。选取本溪市中心医院2022年6月年2023年12月择期行腹腔镜手术的结直肠癌老年患者88例, 采用随机数字表法分为试验组(44例)和对照组(44例)。试验组麻醉诱导予以羟考酮0.2～0.3 mg/kg, 术中维持羟考酮0.1～0.15 mg·kg-1·h-1, 术后镇痛泵静脉注入羟考酮;对照组麻醉诱导予以舒芬太尼0.2～0.3 μg/kg, 术中维持瑞芬太尼0.1～0.3 μg·kg-1·min-1, 术后镇痛泵静脉注入舒芬太尼。比较两组麻醉诱导前(T0)、气管插管时(T1)、切皮时(T2)、拔管时(T3)的血压和心率, 术后30 min、6 h、24 h、48 h疼痛数字评定量表(NRS)评分, 术后1、3、7 d意识模糊评估法(CAM)评估结果及简易智能量表(MMSE)评分评估术后早期认知功能下降等不良反应发生情况。结果最终有81例纳入研究, 其中试验组41例, 包括男性20例, 女性21例, 年龄(76±3)岁;对照组40例, 包括男性19例, 女性21例, 年龄(75±2)岁。两组间性别构成、年龄、体质量指数、手术时间、术中出血量差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。试验组T0、T2及T3时血压[(91±8)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)比(89±10)mmHg、(92±9)mmHg比(90±8)mmHg、(93±9)mmHg比(92±9)mmHg]和心率[(70±15)次/min比(69±16)次/min、(68±12)次/min比(67±12)次/min、(70±15)次/min比(69±14)次/min]与对照组比较, 差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);试验组T1时血压和心率[(101±9)mmHg, (83±15)次/min]均高于对照组[(93±11)mmHg, (70±17)次/min], 差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为3.73、3.77, 均P0.05)。试验组术后早期认知功能下降[4.9%(2/41)比22.5%(9/40)]、术后恶心呕吐[7.3%(3/41)比25.0%(10/40)]发生率均低于对照组, 差异均有统计学意义(χ2值分别为5.36、4.70, P值分别为0.021、0.030)。结论结直肠癌老年患者腹腔镜手术中应用羟考酮可以满足围术期镇痛需求, 并且有助于改善术后早期认知功能状态。

Two new 5-alkylpyrrole-2-carboxaldehyde derivatives,mycalenitrile-15（1） and mycalenitrile-16（2）,along with five known related ones（3-7）,were isolated from the South China Sea sponge Mycale *** structures of the new compounds were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis and by comparison of their NMR data with those reported in the *** bioassay,compounds 1 and 7 exhibited significant PTPIB（Protein-tyrosine phosphatase 1B,a recognized target for diabetes and obesity） inhibitory activities with IC（50） values of 8.6 and 3.1 μmoI/L,respectively.A preliminary SAR analysis of the isolated compounds with their PTP1 B inhibitory effects was described.

Structure and Performance Changes of Ni-Co-Al Shape Memory Alloys in Relation to Co/Al Atomic Ratio

As a potential ferromagnetic shape memory alloy, Ni-Co-Al has excellent mechanical properties, large ma gentic-field-induced strain and high martensitic transformation temperature. The relationship between microstructure and performance （mechanical and magnetic properties） of Ni-Co-Al with different Co/Al atomic ratios （RCo/Al） was investigated. Samples exhibit β and γ dual-phase structure. The γ phase grows coarse and the volume fraction of γ phase increases with the rise of RCo/Al. Besides, sample with high amount of γ phase content has smaller βgrains ow- ing to the pinning effect of γ phase. The martensite, transformed from β phase, is tetragonal L10 structure with a （111） twinning plane. The martensitic transformation temperature of samples ascends with increasing R co/Al owing to more Co embedded into the cell, which makes the valence electron concentration （e/a） of system rise. The satura- tion magnetization （Ms） of samples increases as Rco/Al rises because Co-rich 7 phase has excellent magnetic property. Meanwhile, both compressive and micro-hardness tests reveal that the samples containing more γ phase have excel- lent ductility due to the intrinsic good ductility nature of γ phase.

铂负载介孔碳球的制备及其电催化析氢性能分析

为制备具有较低铂(Pt)负载量的碳铂催化剂并提高其电催化析氢(HER)性能,采用一种简单的硬模板法制备了铂负载介孔碳球催化剂。通过调控添加试剂的间隔时间t(t=2,8,16,32 min)制备得到具有不同核壳结构的介孔二氧化硅微球(siO_(2)-t);然后以其为模板,以盐酸多巴胺为碳前驱体,制成具有不同形貌结构的铂负载介孔碳球催化剂(Pt/C-t)。利用SEM、TEM和BET表征制备所得Pt/C-t微球的形貌和结构,通过电化学测试分析Pt/C-t微球的电催化析氢性能。结果表明:Pt/C-2和Pt/C-8微球表面具有较好的放射状介孔,而Pt/C-16和Pt/C-32微球形成凹凸不平的结构。在Pt纳米粒子理论负载量为3.19%(质量分数)的情况下,Pt/C-32微球表现出了最佳的HER性能,10 mA/cm^(2)电流密度条件下过电势降至22.24 mV,Tafel斜率为56.23 mV/dec,电荷转移电阻为4.58Ω,双电层电容值Cdl为36.95 mF/cm^(2)。Pt/C-8、Pt/C-16、Pt/C-32的过电势均优于Pt负载量为20%(质量分数)的商业Pt/C催化剂,反映出制备所得铂负载介孔碳球具有较高的电催化性能。该研究结果为开发高电催化析氢效率的碳铂催化剂提供了重要参考。

Triterpene esters comprise a class of secondary metabolites that are synthesized by decorating triterpene skeletons with a series of oxidation,glycosylation,and acylation *** triterpene esters with important bioactivities have been isolated and identified,including those with applications in the pesticide,pharmaceutical,and cosmetic *** also play essential roles in plant defense against pests,dis-eases,physical damage(as part of the cuticle),and regulation of root ***,there has been no recent summary of the biosynthetic pathways and biological functions of plant triterpene ***,we classify triterpene esters intofive categories based on their skeletons andfind that C-3 oxidation may have a significant effect on triterpenoid *** acid and aromatic moieties are common li-gands present in triterpene *** further analyze triterpene ester synthesis-related acyltransferases(TEsACTs)in the triterpene biosynthetic *** an evolutionary classification of BAHD acyltrans-ferases(BAHD-ATs)and serine carboxypeptidase-like acyltransferases(SCPL-ATs)in Arabidopsis thaliana and Oryza sativa,we classify 18 TEsACTs with identified functions from 11 *** the triterpene-skel-eton-related TEsACTs belong to BAHD-AT clades IIIa and I,and the only identified TEsACT from the SCPL-AT family belongs to the CP-I *** comprehensive review of the biosynthetic pathways and bioactivities of triterpene esters provides a foundation for further study of their bioactivities and applica-tions in industry,agricultural production,and human health.
