Highly water soluble esters of scutellarin with variable molecular weight polyethylene glycol （PEG） were prepared via PEGylation. The physicochemical properties and the stabilities under different conditions were investigated. By PEG modification, the greatly increased water solubility and desirable partition coefficient of scuteUarin were obtained, and the results showed that these conjugates were potential prodrugs for the oral delivery of scuteUarin.

The strain-controlled cyclic deformation behaviour of Mg-9Gd-4Y-2Zn-0.5Zr with different structures was investigated. Alloys were prepared by solution, extrusion and pre-ageing extrusion, and the microstructures before and after the fatigue tests were *** results indicated that the bimodal structure owned the better performance in fatigue test, which was attributed to the higher yield strength. For the equiaxed structure, cyclic hardening induced stress concentration until the failure. Stable cyclic deformation and persistent cyclic softening played an important role at the low and high strain amplitudes, respectively. This was attributed to the formation of fine grains relieving the stress concentration during cyclic loading. In addition, residual twins were observed in equiaxed structure to induce crack, and the bimodal structure effectively restrain it.

In this paper,the structure evolution of cerium cobaltohexanoate(Ce[Co(CN)6],Ce-Co Prussian blue analog(PBA))has been realized by solvent catalysis at room *** hexagonal bipyramidal microcrystals of Ce-Co PBA can be gradually transformed into dendrites by different proportions of ethanol(EtOH)and *** the same time,the porous dendrites CeO_(2)/Co@carbon nanotub(CNT)with oxygen-rich vacancies(OVs)can be obtained by annealing Ce-Co PBA at 700℃.The microstructure study shows that carbon nanotubes will be catalyzed after annealing at high temperature,and the cobalt metal particles encapsulated in carbon nanotubes will be anchored in the matrix,regulating the impedance matching and multi-polarization suppression of the material,and its unique structure,vacancies,and strong interface effect make the material exhibit excellent electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorption *** the matching thickness is 2.5 mm,the minimum reflection loss(RLmin)of the composite is-51.68 dB,and the effective absorption bandwidth(RLsite has excellent EMW absorption *** is expected to be a candidate material for EMW absorption.

Numerous estuaries of the world have been strongly modified by human *** interferences can make great adjustments of not only sediment transport processes,but also the collective behavior of the *** paper provides a typical case of a heavily modified coastal plain estuary of Sheyang on the China coast,where a sluice barrage was built in 1956 to stop the intrusions of storm surges and saline *** sets of instrumented tripods were simultaneously deployed along a cross-shore transect to continuously observe near-bed flow currents and sediment *** in-situ surveys lasted over a spring and neap tide cycle when a strong wind event occurred in the neap *** of flows and sediment transport between tide-dominated and wind-dominated conditions demonstrated the important role of episodic wind events in flows and sediment *** wind-induced currents,bottom stresses,and sediment transport rates were significantly greater when wind was present than corresponding quantities induced by the *** long-shore sediment transport induced by winds exceeds the cross-shore component,especially near the river mouth *** results indicate the noticeable importance of wave-dominated coastal processes in shaping topographic features.A regime shift of estuarine evolution under highly intense human forcing occurs from fluvial to marine *** finding suggests that the management strategy of the estuarine system should focus on the restoration of estuarine processes,rather than the present focus on inhibition of marine dynamics.

Ni-rich cathode material is one of the most promising materials for Li-ion batteries in electric ***,fading capacity,poor cyclic stability and high p H value are still major challenges,which suppress its practical *** this study,spherical LiNi_(0.)9Co_(0.08)Al_(0.02)O_(2)powders with 0.4 wt%TiO_(2)coating layer were prepared by impregnation-hydrolysis *** electron microscopy(SEM),high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)results show that TiO_(2)is uniformly coated on the surface of LiNi_(0.)9Co_(0.08)Al_(0.02)O_(2)particle and slightly embedded into LiNi_(0.)9Co_(0.08)Al_(0.02)O_(2)*** 100 cycles at 2.0 C,0.4 wt%TiO_(2)-coated LiNi_(0.)9Co_(0.08)Al_(0.02)O_(2)electrode delivers much higher discharge capacity retention(77.0%)than the pristine LiNi_(0.)9Co_(0.08)Al_(0.02)O_(2)electrode(63.3%).The excellent cycling performance of 0.4 wt%Ti O_(2)-coated LiNi_(0.)9Co_(0.08)Al_(0.02)O_(2)electrode at a high discharge ratio is due to a TiO_(2)coating layer which can effectively reduce the direct contact between cathode material and electrolyte,suppress the oxidation of electrolyte,improve electrical conductivity of the electrode and increase the stability of the structure.

Cysteine-enhanced reductive degradation of nitrobenzene using nano-sized zero-valent iron by accelerated electron transfer

As an aliphatic amino acid,cysteine(CYS)is diffuse in the living cells of plants and ***,little is known of its role in the reactivity of nano-sized zero-valent iron(NZVI)in the degradation of *** study shows that the introduction of CYS to the NZVI system can help improve the efficiency of reduction,with 30%more efficient degradation and a reaction rate constant nine times higher when nitrobenzene(NB)is used as probe *** rates of degradation of NB were positively correlated with the range of concentrations of CYS from 0 to 10 mmol/*** introduction of CYS increased the maximum concentration of Fe(Ⅲ)by 12 times and that of Fe(II)by four times in this system.A comparison of systems featuring only CYS or Fe(Ⅱ)showed that the direct reduction of NB was not the main factor influencing its CYS-stimulated *** reduction in the concentration of CYS was accompanied by the generation of cystine(CY,the oxidized form of cysteine),and both eventually became *** introduction of CY also enhanced NB degradation due to NZVI,accompanied by the regeneration of *** supports the claim that CYS can accelerate electron transfer from NZVI to NB,thus enhancing the efficiency of degradation of NB.
