Carrimycin inhibits coronavirus replication by decreasing the efficiency of programmed–1 ribosomal frameshifting through directly binding to the RNA pseudoknot of viral frameshift-stimulatory element

The pandemic of SARS-CoV-2 worldwide with successive emerging variants urgently calls for small-molecule oral drugs with broad-spectrum antiviral ***,we show that carrimycin,a new macrolide antibiotic in the clinic and an antiviral candidate for SARS-CoV-2 in phase III trials,decreases the efficiency of programmed–1 ribosomal frameshifting of coronaviruses and thus impedes viral replication in a broad-spectrum *** binds directly to the coronaviral frameshift-stimulatory element(FSE)RNA pseudoknot,interrupting the viral protein translation switch from ORF1a to ORF1b and thereby reducing the level of the core components of the viral replication and transcription *** carrimycin with known viral replicase inhibitors yielded a synergistic inhibitory effect on *** the FSE mechanism is essential in all coronaviruses,carrimycin could be a new broad-spectrum antiviral drug for human coronaviruses by directly targeting the conserved coronaviral FSE *** finding may open a new direction in antiviral drug discovery for coronavirus variants.

The polymeric gel electrolytes are attractive owing to their higher ionic conductivities than those of dry polymer electrolytes and lowered water activity for enlarged potential ***,the ionic conductivity and mechanical strength of the Na-ion conducting polymeric gel electrolytes are limited by below 20 mS cm−1 and 2.2 ***,we demonstrate Na-ion conducting and flexible polymeric hydrogel electrolytes of the chemically coupled poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride)-dextrin-N,N′-methylene-bisacrylamide film immersed in NaClO_(4) solution(ex-DDA-Dex+NaClO_(4))for flexible sodium-ion hybrid capacitors(f-NIHC).In particular,the anion exchange reaction and synergistic interaction of ex-DDA-Dex with the optimum ClO_(4)−enable to greatly improve the ionic conductivity up to 27.63 mS cm−1 at 25◦C and electrochemical stability window up to 2.6 V,whereas the double networking structure leads to achieve both the mechanical strength(7.48 MPa)and softness of hydrogel ***,the f-NIHCs with the ex-DDA-Dex+NaClO_(4) achieved high specific and high-rate capacities of 192.04 F g^(−1)at 500 mA g^(−1)and 116.06 F g^(−1)at 10000 mA g^(−1),respectively,delivering a large energy density of 120.03Wh kg^(−1)at 906Wkg^(−1)and long cyclability of 70%over 500 cycles as well as demonstrating functional operation under mechanical stresses.

Density functional theory study of B- and si-doped carbons and their adsorption interactions with sulfur compounds

Understanding the adsorption interactions between carbon materials and sulfur compounds has far-reaching impacts,in addition to their well-known important role in energy storage and conversion,such as lithium-ion *** this paper,properties of intrinsic B or si single-atom doped,and B-si codoped graphene(GR)and graphdiyne(GDY)were investigated by using density functional theory-based calculations,in which the optimal doping configurations were explored for potential applications in adsorbing sulfur *** showed that both B or si single-atom doping and B-si codoping could substantially enhance the electron transport properties of GR and GDY,improving their surface ***,B and si atoms displayed synergistic effects for the codoped configurations,where B-si codoped GR/GDY exhibited much better performance in the adsorption of sulfurcontaining chemicals than single-atom doped *** addition,results demonstrated that,after B-si codoping,the adsorption energy and charge transfer amounts of GDY with sulfur compounds were much larger than those of GR,indicating that B-si codoped GDY might be a favorable material for more effectively interacting with sulfur reagents.

协议识别技术在网络通信和信息安全领域具有至关重要的地位和作用。针对现有基于时空特征的协议识别方法提取协议特征不充分、不全面的问题,提出了一种基于SENet和Transformer的应用层协议识别方法。该方法关注协议数据的时空特征,由加入SENet注意力的残差网络构成的空间特征提取模块和Trans-former网络编码器构成的时间提取模块组成。空间特征提取阶段,在残差网络结构中加入SE块获取多个卷积通道间的联系,自适应地为通道分配权重,提取不同通道中更加活跃的协议空间特征;时间特征提取阶段,由基于多头注意力机制的Transformer编码器通过堆叠的方式构建时间特征提取模块,利用输入数据的位置信息全面地获取协议数据的时间特征。通过对更加充足的空间特征和更加全面的时间特征的提取和学习,可以获得更有效的协议识别信息,进而提高协议识别性能。在ISCX2012和CSE_CIC_IDS2018混合数据集上的实验结果表明,所提模型的总体识别准确率达到99.20%,F1值达到98.99%,高于对比模型。

With the increasing popularity of wearable electronic devices,there is an urgent demand to develop electronic textiles(e-textiles)for device ***,the difficulty in reconciliation between conductivity and manufacturing costs hinders their large-scale practical ***,we reported a facile and economic method for preparing conductive ***,nonconductive polypropylene(PP)was wrapped by reduced graphene oxide(rGO),followed by the electrodeposition of Ni nanoparticles(NPs).Notably,modulating the sheet size of graphene oxide(GO)resulted in controllable deposition of Ni NPs with adjustable size,allowing for controlled manipulations over the structures,morphologies,and conductivity of the obtained e-textiles,which influenced their performance in electrochemical glucose detection *** optimal material,denoted as Ni/rGO+(0.2)/PP,exhibited an impressive conductivity of 7.94×10^(4)S·m^(−1).With regard to the excellent conductivity of the as-prepared e-textiles and the high electrocatalytic activity of Ni for glucose oxidation,the asprepared e-textiles were subjected to glucose *** was worth emphasizing that the Ni/rGO_(0.2)/PP-based electrode demonstrated promising performance for nonenzymatic/label-free glucose detection,with a detection limit of 0.36μM and a linear response range of 0.5μM to 1 *** study paves the way for further development and application prospects of conductive etextiles.

Sedimentary process research is of great significance for understanding the distribution and characteristics of *** the detailed observation and measurement of the Sangyuan outcrop in Luanping Basin,this paper studies the depositional process of the hyperpycnal flow deposits,and divides their depositional process into three phases,namely,acceleration,erosion and *** the acceleration phase,hyperpycnal flow begins to enter the basin nearby,and then speeds up *** developed in the acceleration phase are *** addition,the original deposits become unstable and are taken away by hyperpycnal flows under the eroding *** a result,there are a lot of mixture of red mud pebbles outside the basin and gray mud pebbles within the *** the erosion phase,the reverse deposits are eroded and become thinner or even ***,no reverse grading characteristic is found in the proximal major channel that is closer to the source,but it is still preserved in the middle branch channel that is far from the *** entering the deceleration phase,normally grading deposits appear and cover previous *** final deposits in the basin are *** are reverse,and others are *** are superimposed with each other under the action of hyperpycnal *** analysis of the Sangyuan outcrop demonstrates the sedimentary process and distribution of hyperpycnites,and reasonably explain the sedimentary characteristics of *** is helpful to the prediction of oil and gas exploration targets in gravity flow deposits.
