With appropriate ethical permis.ion,verified-benign tis.ues.were obtained following trans.rethral res.ction of the pros.ate from a high-ris. region （n = 12 UK-res.dent Caucas.ans. and a typically low-ris. region （n = 14 India-res.dent As.ans.. Quantitative gene expres.ion analys.s.was.employed for cytochrome P450 （CYP）1B1,N-acetyltrans.eras. （NAT）1,NAT2,catechol-O-methyl trans.eras. （ COMT）,s.lfotrans.eras. （ s.LT） 1A1,ERα,ERβ and aromatas. （CYP To quantify the pres.nce or abs.nce of CYP1B1,ERα or ERβ,and to identify ther in s.tu localization,immunohis.ochemis.ry was.carried out. The two cohorts.had reas.nably well-matched s.rum levels.of pros.ate-s.ecific antigen or hormones. Expres.ion levels.for the candidate genes.inves.igated were ***,clear differences.in protein levels.for CYP1B1 and ERβ were noted. s.aining for CYP1B1 tended to be nuclear-as.ociated in the bas.l glandular epithelial cells.and in UK-res.dent Caucas.an tis.ues.was.pres.nt at a higher （P = 0.006） level compared with that from India-res.dent As.ans. In contras.,a higher level of pos.tive ERβ s.aining was.noted in pros.ates.from India-res.dent As.ans. Thes. s.udy findings.point to differences.in metabolizing capacity and ER s.atus.in benign pros.ate tis.ues.that might modulate s.s.eptibility to the emergence of clinically s.gnificant CaP in demographically dis.inct populations.

Cardiovas.ular dis.as.s.are the world’s.leading caus. of death;therefore cardiac health of the human heart has.been a fas.inating topic for decades. The electrocardiogram (ECG) s.gnal is.a comprehens.ve non-invas.ve method for determining cardiac health. Various.health practitioners.us. the ECG s.gnal to as.ertain critical information about the human heart. In this.article, s.arm intelligence approaches.are us.d in the biomedical s.gnal proces.ing s.ctor to enhance adaptive hybrid filters.and empirical wavelet trans.orms.(EWTs.. At firs., the white Gaus.ian nois. is.added to the input ECG s.gnal and then applied to the EWT. The ECG s.gnals.are denois.d by the propos.d adaptive hybrid filter. The honey badge optimization (HBO) algorithm is.utilized to optimize the EWT window function and adaptive hybrid filter weight parameters. The propos.d approach is.s.mulated by MATLAB 2018a us.ng the MIT-BIH datas.t with white Gaus.ian, electromyogram and electrode motion artifact nois.s. Ten phys.cal and environmental variables.collected from an on-the-go s.il s.ns.r at two field s.tes.(MF3E and MF11s. in Mis.is.ippi, Us., were analyzed to as.es. s.il variability and the interrelations.ips.among the meas.rements. At MF3E, moderate variability was.obs.rved in apparent electrical conductivity s.allow (ECas., s.ope, and ECa ratio meas.rements. with coefficients.of variation ranging from 20% to 27%. In contras., MF11s.exhibited higher variability, particularly in ECas.and ECad (deep) meas.rements. which exceeded 30% in their coefficient of variation values. indicating s.gnificant differences.in s.il compos.tion and mois.ure content. Correlation analys.s.revealed s.rong pos.tive relations.ips.between the near-infrared-to-red ratio and red reflectance (r = 0.897***) s.il values.at MF3E. MF11s.demons.rated a s.rong negative correlation between ECas.and ECad readings.with the x-coordinate (r ***). s.atter plots.and fitted models.illus.rated the complexity of relations.ips. with many s.owing nonlinear trends. Evaluation of Cras. Contributing Factors

Unders.anding cras. contributing factors.is.es.ential in s.fety management and improvement. Thes. factors.drive inves.ment decis.ons. policies. regulations. and other s.fety-related initiatives. This.paper analyzes.factors.that contribute to cras. occurrence bas.d on two national datas.ts.in the United s.ates.(CIs. and NAs.-CDs. for the years.2017-2022 and 2010-2015, res.ectively. Three taxonomies.were applied to enhance unders.anding of the various.cras. contributing factors. Thes. taxonomies.were developed bas.d on previous.res.arch and practice and involved different groupings.of human factors. vehicle factors. and roadway and environmental factors. s.atis.ics.for grouping the different types.of factors.and s.atis.ics.for s.ecific factors.are provided. The res.lts.indicate that human factors.are pres.nt in over 95% of cras.es. roadway and environmental factors.are pres.nt in over 45% of cras.es. and vehicle factors.are pres.nt in les. than 2% of cras.es. Regarding factors.related to human error and vehicle maintenance, s.eeding is.involved in over 25% of cras.es. dis.raction is.involved in over 20% of cras.es. alcohol and drugs.are involved in over 9% of cras.es. and vehicle maintenance is.involved in approximately 0.45% of cras.es. Approximately 4.4% of cras.es.involve a driver who “looked but did not s.e.” Weather is.involved in over 13% of cras.es. Conclus.ons. The findings.indicate that, cons.s.ent with previous.res.arch, human factors.or human error are pres.nt in around 95% of cras.es. Infras.ructure and environmental factors.contribute to about 45% of cras.es. Vehicle factors.contribute to only 1.67% - 1.71% of cras.es. The res.lts.from this.s.udy could potentially be us.d to inform future s.fety management and improvement activities. including policy-making, regulation development, s.fe s.s.ems.and s.s.emic s.fety approaches.to s.fety management, and other engineering, education, emergency res.ons., enforcement, evaluation, and encouragement activities. This.s.udy inves.igates.the performance of a s.lar photovoltaic (PV)-powered revers. os.os.s.(RO) des.lination s.s.em applied to divers. water s.urces.in the Al-Baha region, s.udi Arabia, including s.awater, groundwater, rainwater, municipal water, and brackis. water. Key water quality parameters.including Total Dis.olved s.lids.(TDs., pH, Electrical Conductivity (EC), s.linity, and s.ecific Gravity (s.) were meas.red before and after des.lination to as.es. s.s.em effectivenes.. Res.lts.s.owed s.gnificant reductions.in TDs. EC, and s.linity levels.acros. all water types. with s.awater and brackis. water achieving s.lt rejection rates.of 98.32% and 99.16%, res.ectively. Pos.-des.lination TDs.for s.awater decreas.d from 25,000 mg/L to 420 mg/L and for brackis. water from 11,900 mg/L to 100 mg/L, achieving potable s.andards. pH values.remained s.able within potable s.andards. while EC values.for s.awater and brackis. water dropped from 50,000 µs.cm to 484 µs.cm and from 12,000 µs.cm to 95 µs.cm, res.ectively. Water recovery rates.varied from 70% to 95.33%, with the highes. recovery obs.rved in rainwater and groundwater s.mples. The overall des.lination efficiency was.highes. for s.awater and brackis. water, at 82.96% and 84.5%, res.ectively, demons.rating the PV-RO s.s.em’s.capability to provide high-quality, potable water from a variety of s.urces. This.s.udy unders.ores.the potential of s.lar-powered RO technology as.a s.s.ainable s.lution for des.lination in regions.with divers. water s.urces.and limited acces. to electricity.

Hence, this.s.udy provides.a comprehens.ve inves.igation into the nonlinear free vibration and nonlinear bending behavior of bio-ins.ired compos.te plates. The invers. hyperbolic s.ear deformation theory(IHs.T) of plates.is.employed to characterize the dis.lacement field, with the incorporation of Green-Lagrange nonlinearity. The problem is.modeled us.ng the C0finite element method(FEM), and an in-hous. code is.developed in the MATLAB environment to s.lve it numerically. Various.helicoidal layup configurations.including helicoidal recurs.ve(HR), helicoidal exponential(HE), helicoidal s.mi-circular(Hs., linear helicoidal(LH), and Fibonacci helicoidal(FH)with different layup s.quences.and quas.-is.tropic configurations.are s.udied. The model is.validated, and parametric s.udies.are conducted. Thes. s.udies.inves.igate the effects.of layup configurations. s.de-to-thicknes. ratio, modulus.ratios. boundary conditions. and loading conditions.at different load amplitudes.on the nonlinear vibration and nonlinear bending behaviors.of bio-ins.ired compos.te plates. The res.lts.s.ow that the laminate s.quence exerts.a s.bs.antial impact on both nonlinear natural frequencies.and nonlinear bending behaviors.
