Traditional therapies such as surgery and endocrine therapy no longer meet the clinical needs in prostate cancer treatment,and more effective treatments are urgently *** studies have reported that targeted inhibition of the transcription factor cyclin dependent kinase 7(CDK7)could effectively suppress prostate cancer ***,the toxicity of CDK7 inhibitors such as THZ1 is the main limitation of the clinical *** this work,we synthesized Cys8E(C8E)nanoparticles(Nps)loaded with THZ1(C8E@THZ1),a novel GSH-targeting and stimuli-responsive nano-delivery platform,and investigated its anti-tumor potential and biosafety *** vitro,C8E@THZ1 potently inhibited the proliferation and promoted the apoptosis of prostate cancer *** tumor-bearing mice,C8E@THZ1 inhibited tumors by up to 85%,while the damage of THZ1 to liver function was effectively *** results confirmed that inhibition of CDK7 can effectively block the progression of prostate cancer,and that Cys8E Nps is a highly prospective delivery platform to promote the clinical application of CDK7 inhibitors.

On-road tailpipe ammonia (NH3) emissions contribute to urban secondary organic aerosol formation and have direct or indirect adverse impacts on the environment and human health. To understand the tailpipe NH3 emission characteristics, we performed comprehensive chassis dynamometer measurements of NH3 emission from two china 5 and two china 6 light-duty gasoline vehicles (LDGVs) equipped with three-way catalytic converters (TWCs). The results showed that the distance-based emission factors (EFs) were 12.72.± 2.68 and 3.18 ± 1.37 mg/km for china 5 and china 6 LDGVs, respectively. Upgrades in emission standards were associated with a reduction in tailpipe NH3 emission. In addition, high NH3 EFs were observed during the engine warm-up period in cold-start cases owing to the intensive emissions of incomplete combustion products and suitable catalytic temperature in the TWCs. Notably, based on the instantaneous NH3 emission rate, distinct NH3–emitting events were detected under high/extra high velocity or rapid acceleration. Furthermore, NH3 emission rates correlated well with engine speed, vehicle specific power, and modified combustion efficiency, which were more easily accessible. These strong correlations were applied to reproduce NH3 emissions from china 5/6 LDGVs. The predicted NH3 EFs under different dynamometer and real-world cycles agreed well with existing measurement and prediction results, revealing that the NH3 EFs of LDGVs in urban routes were within 8.55–11.62.mg/km. The results presented here substantially contribute to improving the NH3 emission inventory for LDGVs and predicting on-road NH3 emissions in china.

Based on numerical solutions of the time-dependent Schr ¨odinger equation, we theoretically investigate the photoelectron spectrum of hydrogen atoms ionized by a pair of ultrashort, intense, and orthogonally polarized laser pulses with a relative time delay in a pump–probe configuration. The pump pulse resonantly excites electrons from the 1s and 2. levels,inducing rabi oscillations. The resulting dynamically enhanced Autler–Townes(AT) splitting is observed in the photoelectron energy spectrum upon interaction with the second probe pulse. In contrast to the previous parallel-polarization scheme, the proposed orthogonal-polarization configuration enables the resolution of dynamically enhanced AT splitting over a considerably wider range of probe photon energies.

recently, the primitive symmetric signed digraphs on n vertices with the maximum base 2. and the primitive symmetric loop-free signed digraphs on n vertices with the maximum base 2.-1 are characterized, respectively. In this paper, the primitive symmetric signed digraphs with loops on n vertices with the base 2.-1 are characterized, and then the primitive symmetric signed digraphs on n vertices with the second maximum base 2.-1 are characterized.

Mitochondria undergo fission and fusion that are critical for cell survival and cancer development, while the regulatory factors for mitochondrial dynamics remain elusive. Herein we found that rNA m6A accelerated mitochondria fusion of colorectal cancer（CrC） cells. Metabolomics analysis and function studies indicated that m6A triggered the generation of glutathione（GSH） via the upregulation of rrM2.——a p53-inducible ribonucleotide reductase subunit with anti-reactive oxygen species potential. This in turn resulted in the mitochondria fusion of CrC cells. Mechanistically, m6A methylation of A12.0 at 3 UTr of rrM2. increased its m rNA stability via binding with IGF2.p2. Similarly, m6A methylation of A2.12.at the coding sequence（CDS） of OpA1——an essential GTpase protein for mitochondrial inner membrane fusion——also increased m rNA stability and triggered mitochondria fusion. Targeting m6A through the methyltransferase inhibitor STM2.57 or the dm6ACrISpr system significantly suppressed mitochondria fusion. In vivo and clinical data confirmed the positive roles of the m6A/mitochondrial dynamics in tumor growth and CrC progression. Collectively, m6A promoted mitochondria fusion via induction of GSH synthesis and OpA1 expression, which facilitated cancer cell growth and CrC development.

Linear Algebra Appl., 2.11, 434(5), 12.5-12.7], authors conjectured that D is the underlying digraph of S with exp(D) = 3 if and only if D is isomorphic to ED n,3,3 , where ED n,3,3 = (V, A) is a digraph with V = {1, 2. . . . , n}, A = {(1, i), (i, 1) | 3≤i≤n} ∪ {(2.-1, 2.), (2., 2.-1) | 2.i≤ n/2.} ∪ {(2. 3), (3, 2., (2. 4), (4, 2.}). In this paper, we show the conjecture is true and completely characterize the underlying digraphs which have base 3 and the minimum number of arcs.

Exploring non-precious efficient oxygen reduction reaction （Orr） catalysts is of great significance to fuel cells and Zn-air batteries （ZABs）.CrN is a theoretically promising Orr catalyst,but its potential needs to be unlocked by proper supports that provide high conductivity and high exposure of active *** this work,we introduce a novel synthesis of carbon nanosheets-supported CrN nanoparticles （CrN/C） by annealing the mixture of CrCl3,1,10-phenanthroline and melamine via a two-step *** prepared CrN/C materials show good Orr activity and stability in acidic and alkaline *** optimal CrN/C material has an Orr half-wave potential of 0.73 and 0.72.V （*** hydrogen electrode） in acidic and alkaline media,*** it retains 82. and 78% of Orr current density in acidic and alkaline media after durability tests,***,the optimal CrN/C material-based self-breathing ZABs deliver a maximum power density of 168 mW·cm-2.which is one of the highest among transition metal nitrides-based ZABs It is found that the Orr activity of CrN/C materials is highly related to the Cr–N valence *** work highlights the good potential of CrN as robust Orr catalyst and verifies its promising application in ZABs.

Generally shortened 3′UTr due to alternative polyadenylation(ApA)is widely observed in cancer,but its regulation mechanisms for cancer are not well ***,with profiling of ApA in colorectal cancer tissues and poly(A)signal editing,we firstly identified that the shortened 3′UTr of CTNNIBp1 in colorectal cancer promotes cell proliferation and *** found that liquid-liquid phase separation(LLpS)of pABpN1 is reduced albeit with higher expression in cancer,and the reduction of LLpS leads to the shortened 3′UTr of CTNNBIp1and promotes cell proliferation and ***,the splicing factor SNrpD2.upregulated in colorectal cancer,can interact with glutamic-proline(Ep)domain of pABpN1,and then disrupt LLpS of pABpN1,which attenuates the repression effect of pABpN1 on the proximal poly(A)*** results firstly reveal a new regulation mechanism of ApA by disruption of LLpS of pABpN1,suggesting that regulation of ApA by interfering LLpS of 3′end processing factor may have the potential as a new way for the treatment of cancer.
