Objectives: The objective is to determine whether there are differences in the position of the hyoid bone at rest in natural head position in subjects with mandibular hyperdivergence and to evaluate whether there are differences in hyoid position and antegonial notch depth in mandibular hyperdivergent males and females. Methods and Materials: This is a retrospective cohort study involving a review of lateral cephalometric radiographs of 45 adult men and women with mandibular hyperdivergency. Hyperdivergency was determined by cephalometric ranges of: SN-GoGn as least +2 SD from normal, Y-axis, PP-GoGN, and gonial angle greater than +1SD from normal. A group of 45 normodivergent adults served as a control, with cephalometric ranges of: SN-GoGn within ±1 SD of normal, with only one measurement of the other three between +1 and +1.5 standard deviations. [Objectives]This study was conducted to explore suitable organic compound application models for watermelon growth.[Methods]With watermelon hybrid material"M22×P18"as the test material,the effects of four functional organic materials,namely garlic straw treatment(T_(1)),onion straw treatment(T_(2)),garlic straw+sheep manure treatment(T_(3))and onion straw+chicken manure treatment(T_(4)),on the morphological indexes,yield and quality of watermelon were investigated.[Results]Different functional organic materials had different effects on morphological indexes,yield and quality of *** morphological indexes,nutritional quality indexes and yield of watermelon treated with garlic straw and sheep manure compound(T_(3))and onion straw and chicken manure compound(T_(4))were significantly higher than those treated simply with garlic straw(T_(1))and onion straw(T_(2)),and T_(3)performed relatively *** with treatment T_(2),T_(3)showed a stem diameter,vine length and leaf number increasing by 43.05%,46.69%and 40.77%respectively,central sugar and side sugar contents increasing by 11.72%and 21.90%respectively,and a yield increasing by 42.91%,with significant differences from T_(2).[Conclusions]This study provides technical support for high-quality and high-yielding cultivation of watermelon.

钢和铝形成的复合结构,可以使铝的低密度、高导热性、良好的耐腐蚀性能与钢的高强度、高韧性、低成本性结合起来,既能充分发挥两种材料的性能优势,又具有良好的经济效益.由于钢和铝的物理和化学性能差异较大、接头中易产生脆性金属间化合物而难以实现可靠的连接.将Fe_(0.2)CoCrMnNiAl_(0.2)高熵合金作为中间层进行了Q235钢/6061铝合金异种金属的电阻点焊研究,利用高熵合金的超级固溶性改善钢/铝异种金属的焊接质量.结果表明,采用Fe_(0.2)CoCrMnNiAl_(0.2)高熵合金作为中间层时,接头截面中钢侧和铝侧均有半椭圆形状的熔核,熔核成形美观,无明显的宏观裂纹和气孔等焊接缺陷,熔核内部组织均由面心立方的固溶体相组成,接头的平均最大拉剪力达到1913 N,比钢/铝直接电阻点焊接头提高了130%,断裂发生在铝合金侧熔核处,铝合金熔核在拉剪力的作用下被撕脱并留在高熵合金表面,呈现出“纽扣状”破坏特征.创新点:利用高熵合金的超级固溶特性,将高熵合金作为中间层应用到钢-铝异种金属的电阻点焊中,设计出了能够可靠连接钢-铝异种金属的高熵合金中间层材料,制备出了成形美观、无焊接缺陷的高质量钢/铝电阻点焊接头.

High frequency pulsating voltage injection method is a good candidate for detecting the initial rotor position of permanent magnet synchronous ***,traditional methods require a large number of filters,which leads to the deterioration of system stability and dynamic *** order to solve these problems,a new signal demodulation method is proposed in this *** proposed new method can directly obtain the amplitude of high-frequency current,thus eliminating the use of filters,improving system stability and dynamic performance and saving the work of adjusting filter *** addition,a new magnetic polarity detection method is proposed,which is robust to current measurement ***,experiments verify the effectiveness of the method.

应用固体与分子经验电子理论,计算了Ni-Al系各相的价电子结构和理论结合能,并应用理论结合能值进一步计算了各相的反应生成焓,通过各相生成焓的比较对界面反应生成相进行了预测。Ni、Al、Ni3Al、Ni5Al3、NiAl、Ni2Al3和NiAl3的结合能计算值分别为427.44,324.58,441.11,440.10,435.51,432.66,395.05kJ/mol,与实验值吻合良好。在Ni/Al界面,Ni2Al3相的生成焓最小,保温过程中,Ni2Al3相将最先析出。随后,NiAl相将在Ni2Al3/Ni的界面形成,而Ni3Al相将在NiAl/Ni的界面形成。在NiAl/Ni3Al界面,Ni5Al3生成焓绝对值较小,需要在较高温度下保温较长时间才可能形成。界面反应生成相预测结果与实验结果吻合。

采用镶嵌式扩散偶技术制备Al/Ti扩散偶,在Al熔点以上Ti熔点以下进行扩散热处理,研究Al/Ti液/固界面扩散溶解层的组织结构演变、形成机制及生长规律。实验结果表明,热处理后的扩散溶解层为TiAl3颗粒和含少量Ti的铝基固溶体的混合组织;TiAl3相是热处理过程中最先出现也是唯一出现的新生相;扩散溶解层的生长机制和生长方向随热处理时间的延长发生了改变,在热处理开始后一段时间,扩散溶解层的生长受化学反应速度控制,与保温时间呈线性关系,之后,转变为受扩散控制,与保温时间呈抛物线关系,扩散溶解层的生长方向也由Ti基侧转变为Al基侧;扩散溶解层的厚度与热处理温度呈指数关系。

Microorganisms are crucial in the bioremediation of organophosphorus pesticides. However, most functional microorganisms (> 99%) are yet to be cultivated. This study applied two cultivation-independent approaches, DNA-SIP and magnetic-nanoparticle mediated isolation (MMI), to identify the functional microorganisms in degrading dimethoate in agricultural soils. MMI identified five dimethoate degraders: Pseudomonas, Bacillus, Ramlibacter, Arthrobacter, and Rhodococcus, whereas DNA-SIP identified three dimethoate degraders: Ramlibacter, Arthrobacter, and Rhodococcus. Also, MMI showed higher resolution than DNA-SIP in identifying functional microorganisms. Two organic phosphohydrolase (OPH) genes: ophC2 and ophB, were involved in dimethoate metabolism, as revealed by DNA-SIP and MMI. The degradation products of dimethoate include omethoate, O,O,S-trimethyl thiophosphorothioate, N-methyl-2-sulfanylacetamide, O,O-diethyl S-hydrogen phosphorodithioate, O,O,O-trimethyl thiophosphate, O,O,S-trimethyl thiophosphorodithioate, and O,O,O-trimethyl phosphoric. This study emphasizes the feasibility of using SIP and MMI to explore the functional dimethoate degraders, expanding our knowledge of microbial resources with cultivation-independent approaches.

Drug-Target Interactions Prediction Based on Signed Heterogeneous Graph Neural Networks

Drug-target interactions(DTIs) prediction plays an important role in the process of drug *** computational methods treat it as a binary prediction problem, determining whether there are connections between drugs and targets while ignoring relational types information. Considering the positive or negative effects of DTIs will facilitate the study on comprehensive mechanisms of multiple drugs on a common target, in this work, we model DTIs on signed heterogeneous networks, through categorizing interaction patterns of DTIs and additionally extracting interactions within drug pairs and target protein pairs. We propose signed heterogeneous graph neural networks(SHGNNs), further put forward an end-to-end framework for signed DTIs prediction, called SHGNN-DTI,which not only adapts to signed bipartite networks, but also could naturally incorporate auxiliary information from drug-drug interactions(DDIs) and protein-protein interactions(PPIs). For the framework, we solve the message passing and aggregation problem on signed DTI networks, and consider different training modes on the whole networks consisting of DTIs, DDIs and PPIs. Experiments are conducted on two datasets extracted from Drug Bank and related databases, under different settings of initial inputs, embedding dimensions and training modes. The prediction results show excellent performance in terms of metric indicators, and the feasibility is further verified by the case study with two drugs on breast cancer.
